Westridge Construction LLC

I don’t even know if Westridge Construction is worthy of one star.
For the last three and a half months we have tried to get resolution to a roofing job done in 2014. This roofing job was a result of a hail storm that occurred in August 2014. In this area there was a lot of that. Needless to say we didn’t even see the owner the majority of the time during the repairs, as he farmed the job out to someone else.
We didn’t know this until we had problems and he blamed it on them. Go figure! We had problems with our gutters as well that got farmed out, they still leak!

Does Jay do any work himself? Seems like it’s all farmed out to other people!

We had a huge rotten spot in our roof, so he tells us it’s where the exhaust pipe was located and it was causing the problem and it needed to be moved. ‍♂️
Ok??? So no problems before the shingles got replaced. We have lived here since 1988 , remodeled in 2004 and if it was existing damage they would have seen that when they replaced the roof in 2014.
Good thing we had it repaired by a reputable company because the roof was almost ready to cave in we have tons of pictures to prove it.We tried contacting Jay Button with
numerous texting, emails and calls we hear nothing.

It’s up to him what the next step is. We will not refer him to anyone as the work done is shabby and trying to communicate with him is impossible.

Very unhappy X customers

I chose Westridge to replace the roofs in our townhome complex. They did an awesome job with one of the owners there everyday to oversee the project. All our homeowners were very happy with the service and quality of the work. Jo Gordon
