Great experience with getting an estimate for my commercial flat roof. Patrick Carns promptly arrived, inspected the roof and provided a professional quote within a week. I’m very pleased and I’m typically not a big fan of roofers.

Although I haven’t had my roof replaced yet, the customer service that Westmoreland Commercial Roofing provided was outstanding. Pat was able to come down and take a look and provide an estimate quickly. Once I close on the building and take care of a few other pressing repairs, I will be glad to call them to replace my roof.

As a whole I experienced very poor quality workmanship with my home's roof replacement. The new roof itself is problematically uneven, and the trim install is horrendous, horrendous, horrendous. I had had to ask this company to fix the depressions they left in my new roof- and instead of providing me warranty coverage, they quoted me $9k to come back out and add to their initial work. Additionally, they coated the exterior of my house in tar when they removed the old roof - prompting me to have window trim on numerous windows replaced by someone else.

Otherwise, the owner is attentive.

We have used WCR for several years on a variety of small and large jobs. They are easy to work with, extremely honest, and have very reasonable pricing.

2023 update: we had Steve and his crew do another large roof for us this year, our last on the property. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job. I would never hire anyone else. These are the kind of guys you can give a key to and tell them to lock up when they are done.

2025 update: as described above, these guys are the best. We had storm damage and within days they were out here and had things repaired. Patric, Wes, Kyle, and Jayden are true professionals.

We have worked with Steve and the guys on a few commercial projects now. The price was great and the quality of the work was superb, they got us scheduled quickly and efficiently got the job done on time. They have completed 3 roofs for us now. They replaced our flat rubber roof with their PVC roofing where we have noticed big differences with our heating and cooling of the building. And the others have been good and dry!
