I had KLR do a complete kitchen and bath remodel. I definitely made the right choice in choosing them. The entire staff was completely professional, pleasant, and great to work with. Both the kitchen and bathroom had had very little updates over many years. But Ken and his staff worked very patiently with me through the whole process: design, demolition, and construction. Communication was incredible, and any hiccups that arose were promptly addressed and resolved. His workers were meticulous and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the final result. I highly recommend KLR for any construction projects you are considering.

KLR was efficient from start to finish. Our project consisted of a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and finishing the basement. KLR helped with all aspects including the specific kitchen layout and interior design. The communication was wide open for discussions on all phases including pricing, timeline, and expectations. They listened to our ideas and provided great suggestions that we used in the final decisions. KLR was very accommodating with changes that were requested along the way and the finished product looks great.

We had KLR replaced the walk-in shower in our master bedroom, which had been leaking and causing water damage. We had to wait a few months before they could get to us - they are in high demand!
However, once they started, their crew worked consistently and efficiently to get the job done. They had the whole project completed in 10 working days, and the result is beautiful, and better than the original!
Of course, it's never fun to have a construction project going on in a small home like ours, but KLR's crew was friendly and hard-working. Ken, the supervisor, checked in most days, and was always ready to discuss details or explain what was going on.
This is our second experience with KLR, and we were just as impressed the first time. While we're in no hurry to undertake any similar large renovations, we would call KLR first if we needed someone to do it!

KLR Construction has done two major renovation for a mid-50s home I purchase 2+ years ago. The first project was a complete renovation of the kitchen, dinette area, dining room and family. This was a huge renovation which required the removal of several walls to create an open concept, removal of different types of flooring and installation of hardwood flooring, and, of course a complete replacement of kitchen cabinets and installation of a large island. I got quotes from different companies but none provided the detailed quote received from KLR Construction. I also like how engaged the owner was with the project, giving me ideas on kitchen placement using existing plumbing to minimize cost. He also suggested companies where I could get the flooring and cabinets to lower my costs. Throughout the renovation, the owner and/or his project manager continuously checked on the project to ensure the quality of work. Given the size of this renovation, KLR made it easy through constant communication. I highly recommend KLR - this is a professional, quality-oriented company.

My second renovation was the update of my 50s master bathroom. I was happy to see that KLR updated their customer services with concept design and cabinetry. Their concept design services was extremely helpful since I was completely changing the footprint of the bathroom. The owner gave me suggestions on where to place the shower, tub, sinks and toilet to reduce plumbing changes to reduce cost. Similar to my first project, I received a detailed quote so I knew exactly the services that were provided and those where additional cost might be incurred. Great services! Great communication! I highly recommend KLR Construction.

Ken and his team were wonderful to work with. I hired them for a remodel on a very old building I purchased which had many unexpected surprises along the way. Ken was patient and worked with me to come up with solutions while keeping my budget in mind. The finished product is beautiful and I couldn't be happier! We had a complete bathroom remodel and we are very pleased with the final result.Workmanship exceeded our expectations and cost was what we expected.We also had KLR put on a new roof with the same result very pleased with the workmanship and cost was better than anyone else we contacted.We just had new Provia windows installed,beautiful very satisfied.on a scale of 1 to 10 istallation and detailed workmasnship 10.

Ken installed our building addition. 60’ x40’. His crew did an amazing job and he facilitate it great. Since then we have had the pleasure of working on multiple jobs with him. His work is always top of the line.

Ken and his team raised my second floor by 2 inches. It had sagged in the middle and needed corrected. For my boyfriend and I, this was a very complex and unusual operation and we had many concerns, but Ken and his team answered all of our questions as they came up and were very respectful and attentive to our every anxiety. KLR corrected the sagging floor and drywalled the ceiling and the new supports. They also corrected the drywall on the second floor that had cracked during the lifting process. KLR Construction went above and beyond with their superior quality work and customer service. I highly recommend them.
