Bo came to my house to review my project and provide an estimate. He also involved a subcontractor who also came out to give me an estimate on materials. After that, he completely ghosted me for several weeks and ignored all my follow up requests to contact me. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and unreliable. I cannot believe a construction company would act this way!

I would never hire them. again. My contract said I was going to have a 30 yr composition roof and Bo had his workers put down a torchdown roof without my consent...I took them to court and lost on technical verbiage.. they put up a screen door that won't close most of the time and won't stay open when it's suppose to..I feel that their wor

We had this company build us a Garage/Studio "turnkey" structure, designed by us, where we handed them our custom design and requirements and they handed us the keys in the end. Contrary to some of the reviews out there, we found them to be quite responsive and professional to our requests and communications throughout the entire process. There were some sizable challenges to overcome because of Covid-19 issues and supply chain problems but they were prompt in alerting and working with us to resolve them. We are very pleased with the final product they provided. Bo was great to work with during the whole process and we would definitely recommend this company to others.

Was referred to these guys by a bigger company and I had them give me a bid on a job that included pouring a slab foundation and some driveway work. The price of the work caused me to rethink the project.

Shane was prompt in responding to a request for a quote. And when he provided a start date to replace the entire roof the crew was there that date! Shortly after work began a leak occurred in an area they had NOT gotten to during a strong storm. A call was made to the office on Saturday evening & they responded by sending Don out on a Sunday to correct the situation. They finished the entire roof replacement timely & did a great job.

Not sure what to say about the reviews about their driving.... I thought that reviews are for workmanship. So, that being said, these guys did an amazing job! They came early, don’t think they broke any speed records, they worked hard and the finished product is amazing! They had to fix the builders screw ups and they were so professional, extremely detailed and I cannot say enough about how knowledgable they were. As a homeowner it would be nice if I didn’t have to sift through the oh so very unhelpful driving reviews in order to see something about their amazing work... but whatever. Helpful hint, if someone drives that poorly, Call the police people and make a difference, don’t just post nasty comments. Totally recommend this company to anyone needing something done on their home.

These people are pretty badass when it comes to this industry. I've had the pleasure to talk to the owner and his staff numerous times and they know their stuff. I felt confident in my conversations with them after talking to other companies that these guys will be our go to when we start the roofing remodel. Super happy with their fun attitide but also the knowledge they all had. Anywho I'm happy to give them a great review...check them out online or stop by their small office in hoquiam...

I was seriously Tailgated by one of their trucks today, 12/13/17, heading east on HWY 12 at approximately 12:15pm. Was following so close, I could not get a picture of his front plate. It was a male with a beard. And when he felt he had an opening, cut around almost hitting the vehicle beside me, and immediately started tailgating the vehicle in front of me. I took a picture of the back of the truck. But that plate was to messed up to read. Picture attached.
If their work is anything like their driving...

I have been working with this company getting a new roof on our church. It is a small project but not too small for Western Washington to bid on or complete. The workers are conscientious of their surroundings on the roof and on the ground. The workmanship is to be commended. Thank you for the work you have done as you continue finishing our church project.

If you want the best then you called the right contractors... Never judge a Company by a couple bad reviews here's why! I contacted Western Washington and Bo came out the same day to give me an estimate on replacing my roof!! Not only was it affordable he was very polite and had no problem breaking down the Man language that a girl could understand on what needed to be done!! They completed my roof it record time and it looks amazing!! I couldn't be happier!! The crew was very fast in the installation and they did a great clean up as well. I did not find one nail!! Very pleased and would highly recommend Bo Shane Ron and Robin and the rest of the crew!!
So if you want a beautiful Roof give them a call!! Thanks guys for making this a learning and great experience!! My roofers for life!!

If you have this company perform the work, proceed at your own peril! The problems start with the clerical end of it. Very scattered - wrong address, no followup. After persisting we finally got a proposal. In bold letters their proposal form says any work not listed will cost extra. Fair enough. However, the proposal left out critical work that had to be done. We required the following, that this required drain and down spout be added to the proposal, that the exact roofing shingles color (available at Home Depot) be used so that it matched the existing roof. And, most importantly, a time frame they choose of start date and completion of work. We also said we would not give them 1/2 down until one week prior to the start date. This was done due to having a complaint against this company on BBB regarding a deposit.
We never heard from them again. We consider this to be our good fortune. So, if you use this company I advise you to read their proposal VERY carefully. As Judge Judy says, if it is not written in the contract, it doesn't exist.

The people were really easy to work with. They came up after the storm and did the repairs that were needed. They also put a roof on a few years earlier after the Dec. storm and they were efficient and no issues after.

These guys are so very unprofessional. We had them replace the insulation under our home and the entire time our family had to listen to them yelling at one another, throwing profanities back and forth. This went on for weeks. They show up when they want to and don't show up for weeks at a time. I even had to ask these guys to stop smoking in our garage (we have windows in the garage that go directly into our bedrooms). They were using my husband's tools without asking, broke a hose, tried to steal electrical tape (I caught the guy and said something). Just an all around horrible experience. My husband complained to one of the "bosses" and he was supposed to talk to the crew and replace the hose, I bet you can guess that never happened. Steer clear of this place.
