It's my first time purchasing a home, and thanks to my circumstances, needed to be done quickly. Anthony was able to meet me at the property the same day that my realtor asked him to perform the inspection. He walked me through the house and showed me what needed correcting, quoting building codes from memory, and explained how they should be corrected. Anthony did such a great job on the first inspection we used him for that we hired him again next time we needed it! He was very thorough in checking the systems of the home, and so patient explaining what everything meant to us. He also answered all our questions about things we were hoping to change and how they were affected by inspection findings. He sent over the report quickly and uses an extremely easy to read and understandable format, plus he points out and explains regular maintenance issues he notices.
