I recently hired Rapid Restoration to build a brick wall at my home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Freeman was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.

They were extremely helpful navigating the complexities of my insurance company. They inspected my roof multiple times and shared the pictures with my insurance company which ultimately convinced the company it was a necessary and timely repair. They were professional throughout the process and replaced my roof in one day right before heavy storms blew in. They did an exceptional job and my roof looks really good. They were patient waiting for the insurance company to pay me before I paid them. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Rapid! I personally dealt with Josh, he was the kindest. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The crew used tarps to make sure there was no nails left in my yard and the cleaned up after themselves! If I could give 100 stars I would!

If you want a contractor who shows up, charges a reasonable fee, employs professional, polite crews, and finishes the job, look no further than Keith Abney at Rapid Restoration. His painting crew took down popcorn ceilings on our entire main floor, then painted 3 bedrooms, 3 walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, and a linen closet. One of the bathrooms had wallpaper removed first. The job took 8 days, and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. When it’s time for more work to be done on our house, we know who we will call!

Best experience with a contractor ever, there showed up when they said they would. They were cheaper and way more thorough than the other 2 contractors I had come out. Also cleaned up after and left everything better than before. 1000% recommend this company for any of your insurance needs. Brady was my project manager and was great!!!!

I had a positive experience with Rapid Restoration and Construction. I used them for roof replacement following hail damage. They were timely and did a good job. I would recommend them.

From start to finish the company was very professional. Communicated the process to assist in submitting the claim, completed the roof in one day with cleanup and worked directly with the insurance for the remaining balance. I am very satisfied. Minor things to improve is I did find a good handful of roofing nails around the house and leftover parts/materials occupied my driveway a little longer than i would’ve liked but that was partly because it was a holiday weekend. Excellent job by a professional company!

Very professional and prompt. We had a large piece of a tree fall and hit our roof and back porch. They were at our house within 24 hours to get an idea of the damage and materials needed, within the next 24 hours we had a reasonable quote, they recommended another company to remove the trees, when the trees were removed they came out and repaired all of the damage. The whole process was finished within 6 days for my family to get back to normal. Highly recommend.

The construction crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and knocked my project out quick. Even went above and beyond the work they were there for. Little small details that could have been ignored weren’t.
Same with the floor guy. Showed up on time and did great work. My floors look great!
I did 2 rooms in my house this time and will do 3 others at a later date. Will definitely use Rapid Restoration and Construction for that project too.

Rapid Restoration painted three rooms in the house we just purchased. Their painter showed up when he said and did a great job. Cleaner when he left than when he got here.

I posted on a local Facebook page about some help I was needing with removing some paneling so a plumbing company could replace our 50 year old cast iron drain pipe and BAM two people immediately recommended Rapid Restoration. I called right then (yesterday afternoon) and the owner came out this morning to access our needs and was back this afternoon to so the work!!!! AWESOME company!!!! They will also be helping us fix the panel wall and damaged carpet once the plumbing issue is resolved. I am so glad I found this company and will have them as my "Go To"!!!!

Rapid restoration started my project within days of speaking with them.They painted the exterior of our home and I couldn’t be happier. They built and installed cedar shutters. They were professional and left no mess. We will be calling them again for home projects.

We came home from being out of town for Christmas to a busted water heater in our attic. I called several places and no one could get to us except Keith and Brady. They came over right away and started cutting out our drywall and pulling up carpet trying to air out everything. They kept in constant contact with us and let us know anytime there was an update. Their handyman Geraldo did fantastic work. He was quick and efficient. The company they partner with for carpeting were also very quick, efficient, and so nice. In a time of panic and uncertainty they kept us sane and we are incredibly grateful for them. I even asked them to build a pantry for us while they were already there and had leftover material. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that may need a contractor in the future and we will be using them for all our future renovations!

Great company! I needed a fence built for my backyard and my neighbor recommended this company. Josh responded quickly with my quote. Quote was reasonable and in two days I had a very good constructed fence with a gate. I am very pleased with the whole process.

I called Rapid Restoration & Construction about replacing my steps on my porch that were starting to fail and they came out same day to give me a quote, which was very competitive, and started and finished construction the next day. Very pleased with both their responsiveness as well as the workmanship of the new stair case they constructed and expect it to last much longer than my last one. I’ve used Rapid Restoration twice now for home projects and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They built a deck on our home for us and I was blown away by the attention to detail this company showed. The owner showed up daily and made sure all of our needs and concerns were met during this project. Our local building inspector told my wife and I that our deck was the most well built deck he has seen in his entire career. Rapid Restoration also remodeled our kitchen and we couldn’t be any happier with how it turned out. I’ve recommended Rapid Restoration to friends and neighbors and will continue recommending them.

Rapid Restoration did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel and cabinet painting! From start to finish Keith stayed in communication with me and answered any questions I had. Great work and even better customer service.

I would not recommend Mr. Abney to anyone. I hired him on a Friday to do water mitigation and reconstruction of my kitchen and dining area. He said he would have his demo crew at my house Monday morning. They did not show up, he did not communicate with me and this never changed during the entire project. On Saturday morning the sub-contractor he hired to do the demo showed up without prior notice. Mr. Abney later showed up long enough to help her for a little bit and disappeared afterwards. He finally sent another subcontractor out to handle the restoration. I advised Mr. Abney that I had security video of this subcontractor plundering through my person items including prescription and attempting to enter locked rooms in my home. He never acknowledged this information and continued to send him to my home. It took them a total of 33 days to complete what was originally suppose to take 10-14 days. They only worked on my home 9 of the 33 days. Mr. Abney indicated up front that it would be his employees performing the work when in fact it was all subcontractors. The quality of the work was pathetic and I am having to have a lot of the finishing work redone. They did not replace the insulation in my exterior walls, I had to demand it be replaced and my old molded cabinets remained on my back porch for a majority of the 33 days.
