Based on my experience I would not count on West Ny to take responsibility for damage caused by it. My instance involved the apparent destruction of my air conditioner. An independent report confirmed that WNY had not bothered to protect it, that it was covered with debris, and that it did not function. Images of the interior of the a/c confirmed the presence of the debris. Despite this, WNY has refused to make good on the minor costs to replace the a/c, obliging me to initiate a lawsuit. If WNY won’t make good on this relatively small sum with seemingly undeniable evidence of WNY's negligence and consequential damages, it can’t reasonably be expected to stand by its work having greater financial significance. That aside, its workers punctured walls in the process of repairing the building's facade.

Used this company for facade restoration in Manhattan. The price point was a little higher than competitors, but I’m so happy with the results! Great, quality service with friendly and helpful staff.

This is an excellent company and the staff is great! I received a violation from the NYC Dept of buildings and needed immediate attention. I had contacted several companies and got proposals. The proposal presented was fair and within my budget. The work was done efficiently and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company.
