The customer service was amazing. We had three Littles with us under the age of six (one autistic) during signing. They were really really good with them. They actually went and got them a snack and made sure that the kids were more comfortable than us adults. It's really refreshing to know that we can actually take our kids with us to buy a vehicle. Our sales rep actually went out and got his hands, dirty to takeoff our truck bed cover off the old truck to put on the new one. Very, very helpful.

Wyatt was awesome and help me purchase an a used Ram 1500. He was extremely honest and upfront and helpful during the whole process. I honestly do not enjoy car buying experiences normally because car salesmen generally have a reputation of talking quick, not telling the whole story and really just feeling disingenuous. Wyatt was not any of those. He was respectful, personable and made buying a truck easy. There is a way to be an honest sales person and I think Wyatt and the folks at West Motors embody how car sales should be done. The truck was priced fair and Wyatt was upfront about what they had into the truck and why it was priced the way it was and I appreciated that level of honesty. For me, feeling like I’m buying a truck from an honest person means the most to me and Wyatt was exactly that. I would absolutely buy another truck from him!

After experiencing several bad experiences repairing my Jeep in Cache Valley, I decided to drive the extra 30 minutes and try West Motor in Preston. It was well worth the extra time driving! They were accurate in their wait time, precise in the estimate and the fixed what was wrong! I will ALWAYS be taking my Jeep there for all repairs.

They took my car in a couple hours later it was fine my windshield was in and oil change that i had asked them to do after the windshield.
They have me a car to use while they worked on my car. I feel friends and family to go to west motor for there windshield repeat.

Shawn and Brandon over at west motor ford was eager to help me, returned my phone calls and took the time to talk to me. They pointed out it was fraudulent. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. After searching for the right preowned F150 for over a year, I finally found one on line. The truck a 2015 F150 fx4 Lariat in the exact color I wanted, Bronze Fire. I called West Motor Co. of Preston Idaho and had the pleasure of working with Steve Steven's, I live in Montana so My eyes and ears were Steve, since I was not there to test drive it, he sent me pictures a video of the trucking running, and made this long distance deal very easy, they also delivered my truck for a very fair cost! I am super happy with my purchase, I bought the exact truck I had been searching for and better yet Steve made it a smooth transition! West motor WAS my dealer of choice until I bought a new Gladiator that had an extreme death wobble. West motor took terrible advantage of the situation and hosed me $10,000 to get out of this defective vehicle. I would never refer them to anyone and I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
