I had them come out, give me a bid, and then stated they are back-logged about 2-3 weeks out. A few days later while I was at work, I was notified by my roommate who was at home, Wesco was there and installing gutters. I did not get a notification that they were planning on being there, which is always nice to get a heads up someone is on your roof and around your house. I also did not get a call to say they had completed the work.
when I came home i had some concerns regarding the installation, and I called them and left a message. no replies. I've left over 6 messages with no callback in 2 weeks. we had a huge rain two days ago and the gutters leaked like a faucet. these are the one piece Aluminum....how does that leak?!?!?
still no response. will have to contact another company to fix the problem/concerns, that I gave ample time for Wesco to amend.

Can I give a minus star? I'm a top producing realtor in the state of Alaska with a situation which was detrimental to to a sale of a property which I was trying to sell. Westco advised they would be at the property on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, but never showed nor had any consideration to call to let me know they had NO INTENTION of EVER coming to my property. I called everyday and on Friday Mary told me that they would be at the property on Saturday. I NEVER had the consideration of receiving a phone call, text or email and I spent four entire days at the property waiting for them to show up. I highly recommend that you NEVER TRUST THEM as they are a Monday through Friday company and could careless about your time or devistating situation. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THEM! because they will NEVER BOTHER TO CALL YOU OR SHOW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
