We had a boulder retaining wall built between my house and the neighbors. Themba was the project manager and he was amazing to work with. He has a ton of experience and was very interested in doing what was best for our space. He was one of the only people who came in talking about drainage and doing it correctly so it last a long time. Our project took 6 working days and the crew or Omar, Enrique, Jose and Ivan did amazing work. They were wizards with the mini excavator and left the work space neat, safe and tidy every day. I have little kids and they were so patient and safe with them. I cannot say enough about how great the whole Titan team was to work with. Communication with Themba was always quick and straight forward and the working crew was clean, respectful and skilled. They took time selecting the best boulders in each spot. Any crew can stack rocks but these guys were meticulous artists and were doing it right the first time. I am confident that this wall will outlast me and that it was build by the best team around. I would highly recommend Titan for boulder walls, they look great and function in many spaces. Titan has more experience building these types of walls than anyone else I looked at and they are building them the right way, 5 stars for sure!!!

Great job, professionally executed.
We needed some leveling and widening to the driveway and front of house parking area. Mid hillside, steep drive with some difficult contours to blend in with the house - and of course a reasonable budget. Alex responded quickly and professionally with quotes, plan and scheduling. The team got onsite in early May and effected a total transformation in 4 days - including a couple of last minute change orders. Highly recommended.

Alex Grant and his team did a great job on our landscaping project. We had old pavers that were starting to become uneven and detached and Titan replaced the entire sidewalk with new pavers and a fresh look. They also tackled the side of the house that had old weed block and gravel that was starting to sprout weeds. Titan replaced it all and added some shrubs to replace the old dull look. Great job that was completed on the agreed timeline and estimate.

I had a wood fence installed this spring. Tumbo and his crew did a great job. The quote process was fast and easy. They came in lower than other companies and were still the first to be here to do it. The installation went well and they even made a few customizations to the fence to allow for bunny traffic. Will for sure be using them in the future for other projects.

It is rare in this day and age to find a company to give five stars to for their professionalism and caring about their client. Titan LLC is such a company. From the free estimate where they write out everything that you want done to the completion of the work and the cleanup afterwards. They are a fantastic company. They did exactly what they promised to do, they showed up early and completed the job in a timely manner. And their pricing is very reasonable.If you need anything to do with building or landscaping, I highly recommend you call Titan LLC. They are the best.

Titan did a rock retaining wall as a replacement for a preexisting block wall. They did an excellent job as well as adding to an adjacent entryway that was close to the wall. Extremely happy with the job and gets comments from neighbors driving by all the time. Communication with Luke was excellent.

From the initial call the office, site visit with Alexander, and the guys who came out for 3 days and knocked out our garden step. This team did an amazing job, from start, to clean up when the job was completed. A well Oiled machine!

I live in AZ and have a rental property in Spenard. The fence I installed back in the 80's was rotting. I contacted Luke at Titan, got an immediate fair estimate and ordered the work done.
Luke and his crew coordinated with the tenants and the neighbors with regards to isolating dogs, and he kept in contact with both sides throughout the project.
They were fast, efficient and the fence is awesome.
Can't say enough about how this was handled - being an out-of-state owner, it gives me much peace of mind to have contractors I trust doing the work. Everyone's happy with the results!

Alex Grant and Titan were great to work with. We had them do the following: clear a few areas of Willow/Alder/Weeds, level the areas, and put down topsoil & hydroseed; plant a number of flowering bushes and trees; extend a rock retaining wall & add a 2nd tier of retaining wall; ring several trees & septic standpipes (which we cut down to camouflage) and put down landscape fabric & river rock; also extended aluminum edging/landscape fabric/river rock around the rest of the house. Alex was great to work with, and the crew were hard working and did a great job. We're very happy with how everything turned out.

This is the third year that we had Themba Maphosa and his crew Yan, Jorge, and Marley do additional work replacing our deteriorating deck and railing, installing a rain gutter downspout extension underground, cleaning up and putting shrubs, flowers, and plants into our flowerbeds and mining bowl. Their team worked really hard and do a phenomenal job. Themba and his crew are always professional and courteous throughout the entire project. Themba made sure that the job was done correctly and well and always makes great suggestions.

Alex from Titan came to the house to discuss our project on Friday 5-10-24. He took measurements and discribed kind of what our landscaping and front porch would look like. Said he would send over a proposal and we would need to sign it and send it back ASAP to get on the schedule for the end of June or early July. My husband and I discussed it and said it was expensive but we wanted to do it. Alex wanted us to deliver the check for 50% of the project ($13,000) the next day, 5-11-24 and we did. Then silence..... May 22 email of the summer schedule. If you do not see your name on the list that means you recently signed up and will be included in our updated schedule "next week." June 11 I email Alex back because I still have not seen another summer schedule. I get a schedule on June 12 and it has us scheduled for the front porch portion July 12, 15th and 16th. July 12th comes and my husband is waiting at home. He sends me a text at 10am that Titan must be on bankers hours, nobody there yet. 11:30am I text him asking if anybody has shown up yet - Nope. I call Alex on his cell, msg that he is not available, I left him a msg asking where the HExx are his deck guys, we are on the schedule for the 12th and its lunchtime and nobody has made it to the house yet. I call the work number and get another recording. I push option 3 and speak to a lady in the office who says she cannot see the schedule to verify if we are still listed. She takes my number and said that Project Manager Chris will call me back. I get a call from Alex, he says they have had delays with other projects going longer....Now he is saying we could get done around July 29th. I told him no I want my money back. I leave on the July 19th for a trip to CA that Alex new about when we met in May. No Communication at all from Titan. If I had not called today to find out why nobody showed up to work when would I have heard from Titan? Maybe never. Super unhappy customer and the work has not even started yet.

Titan LLC completed a structural wall and added a large crushed concrete area. It turned out beautiful and extremely well done. Themba was our planner/advisor. He is knowledgeable, personable, and entirely professional. Interacting with him was easy and enjoyable. He answered our request the next day, showed up to look at the progress every day, and kept us well informed. The 3 men who were working here every day were Sergio, Presi, and Raymond. They arrived early and stayed till end of day every day. They were professional and always seemed to have a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and never complained or looked annoyed when we added something to their work. They used their extensive experience and did the job with extreme care. We have more landscaping in the future and will continue to use Titan LLC.

After having our water service line repaired this last winter our front yard was in pretty bad shape after the snow melt. For the repair and reseeding we interviewed and received bids from several contractors in town. We made the decision to go with Titan LLC and believe we made a good choice. The various bids were in the same range, so it came down to who we thought we could work with most easily and would do the best job.

Overall, we felt that Titan was professional, top to bottom, including both the office/sales team as well as the laborers performing the work. The Titan sales rep, Luke Millen returned our call promptly and set up an appointment to see what the work would entail. Luke listened to what we wanted and helped us work within our budget to get our yard returned to far better condition than even before the water line break.

The crew working the job was courteous, professional, and hard working. It was apparent they took pride in their work and our new yard shows the fruits of their labor.

We are happy to give Titan LLC 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone needing their services.

Luke Millen & Titan LLC & crew did a great job making my yard look beautiful! Jr was great on the bobcat and the whole crew did wonderful landscaping and leveling over 3000sf of hillside into beautiful grass. They are still checking on the last touches to make everything complete & have been wonderful to work with.

Titan was wonderful and easy to work with for the retaining wall with steps they installed for our patio. Themba, Marcos, and Alex have great communication, skilled, and provided valuable input on throughout the project. We will gladly contact Titan and Themba if we have any landscaping type projects in the future.

Titan did an incredible job on our yard. Themba, their lead, accommodated us in less than a week, his crew, Marco and Alex were the best, they went above and beyond with landscaping ideas, no complains at all, just super happy with the results so far. We're still waiting on hydroseed but I have no doubt about the final results.

I know this was probably not a huge project for them but we're happy that we will have grass and they could get us in so quick.

You won’t go wrong with Titan and Themba. Full stop.

I engaged Titan for two large projects; the first is all but wrapped up; the second has just started. Project 1 involved building a retaining wall, re-grading a tricky 1/4 acre(+) slope and transforming it into a wildflower meadow. Themba, an excellent communicator, listened to my ideas, and developed an affordable, well reasoned plan. He fielded an excellent crew just as the melting snow permitted the work to begin and visited the site daily; most often at least twice per day, collaborating with the crew and me to support the vision. As things evolved—and in my experience, landscaping plans will do that—his suggestions were pragmatic and on target. Themba answered my every question and addressed every concern, usually on the spot but never with longer than an over night delay. He is a dream to work with.

I was particularly struck by how well the crew, led by Sergio, worked as a team with cheerfulness and good humor. Their work ethic is immense and Sergio, a virtuoso performer with an excavator. Pressy and Rodrigo are well versed in handling machinery and the skills required for the work. Rodrigo’s nickname is “the kid” (I’m pretty sure he knows that). I spent more time watching them, mesmerized by their skill and effort, than I should have but it also gave me an appreciation for how they shared the work and how they mentored Rodrigo along the way. Others were involved,too; all a pleasure to get to know. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

If this sounds as much like a commercial for Titan as a review of the project, I suppose that’s a valid observation. I do not, as a rule, post reviews but I feel this is well deserved. I made contact with Titan at the 2024 Anchorage Home Show and several others in addition. I chose Titan’s proposals on the strength of their cost as well as my increasing confidence, as we discussed matters, in their commitment to making sure I’d be more than satisfied with the work. I absolutely am. Thank you, Themba, Sergio, Pressy and Rodrigo for your hard work work over these last weeks and the fabulous result.

Themba and his team did an exceptional job transforming my uneven yard and fixing my water drainage issues. From start to finish, the professionalism and expertise by him and his crew were outstanding. Great experience working with Themba and Titan! Wanted to get my yard renovated taking out about 30 trees, bring in topsoil to have it leveled, and have lawn hydroseeded along with a few fruit trees. Themba came out with a drawing showing the proposed work and allowed me to break it up into smaller stages over three years which was budget friendly and ideal for a homeowner.

I was assigned Themba as a project manager for our grading, hydroseeding, and fencing. I couldn’t recommend him more. He was out there everyday checking on the job, answering questions, and making recommendations. The project turned out better than expected. Will for sure do the next project with Titan and Themba.

Titan did a fantastic job on our backyard patio and even though it was probably just a small job for them, the estimator Themba was in regular contact with us regarding the timeline and the plans. Alex Grant and his crew at Titan delivered a wonderful landscaping and deck repair project for my wife and me. We had persistent issues on our property of conventional foundations jacking upward due to frost action each winter. The back deck was almost to the point of tearing away from the house. Alex was able to get his crew into the back yard through a very narrow access point, install helical piers that will prevent future frost jacking, and set the deck back down to its level condition. This required them to adjust and partially rebuild the stairs and railings, which they did skillfully and effectively. Alex and his foreman Themba then worked with us to design and devise some very attractive landscaping features and solutions for our back yard, including crushed stone, a walkway, repair and regrading of a hill that had always been a problem, and a beautiful new cedar plank fence at the property line. Work was performed quickly and on-schedule, and Alex and his crew were very sensitive to their impacts to our property and that of our neighbor. We are absolutely pleased with the work Alex / Titan performed at our property!

Amazing!!! I can't say enough about how wonderful they are, but I'll try! I called them after spending days trying to get someone to come out for an emergency consultation. We desperately needed someone to inspect the existing disaster "fence" and give us a quote for ripping out the old one and building a new one.

We had one 'built' by the tenant claiming to be a professional, and instead, he put together one from pallet wood & used parts. Then proceeded to sue, claiming he hadn't been paid for his 'work' (which they had) and refused to pay their rent. The court told us to get an inspection and estimate done to defend against him. We called around for days trying to find someone to help. Everyone either told us it'd be several weeks (if not months) before they could get out for the inspection or wanted $200+ just to come out, despite our emergency situation.

Then Aron G. called me back... When we spoke, Aron was so kind and understanding of our situation. In fact he was upset at how we'd been treated. Not only did he come out to the property the very next morning (before his normal work hours so he could fit us in) he also WAVED the fees! Aron was so kind when he was explaining everything that was done wrong (which was everything) and what would need to be done to put up a safe fence.

He not only did an inspection and estimate for the court case, he wrote a statement for the judge explaining just how poorly things had been done and were actually a safety hazard. He sent the quote and everything to us only hours later.

When I say Aron G. is our hero, I couldn't be more sincere. He took the stress and panic out of this situation, and helped us realize just how bad the existing fence is (it's actually already falling in some places). I'm so grateful to him and this company for their grace, professionalism, integrity, and heart. I highly recommend working with them, I know I'm looking forward to doing so!

Aron (Grant) came out and inspected the fence that a tenant built. I am not a professional and require that for court. He came out. Checked out the fence and waved the fee after seeing the fence. He even wrote up his professional opinion while mentioning how the fence was already leaning over and that tells him the not all of the posts were set in cement. I knew that but now I have proof.

Fast, PROFESSIONAL and after seeing what type of work they do through their pictures, I am so grateful they came and did the inspection. Their work looks beautiful compared to what I have currently.

My husband and I were looking for a company that could do some do fence work along with landscaping. Titan seemed like it might be a good fit and even though the estimate we got after meeting with Alex was higher than expected, we were happy to get it done by one company and by the end of the summer.
Although most of it got done, we were very disappointed with the process and the work. Alex forgot many of the specifics we had originally discussed and what items were selected for the work. When these things came up, he just kept trying to add more to the original proposal amount. His communication was terrible and with him being the middle man between us and the actual people working, it became very frustrating. The landscaping work was good, but the fence work looked like we tried to do it ourselves with no attention to detail: loose boards, slats not even, rough holes made for gate latches, cheap latches (one broke the first time used), etc. They also pushed old rotten pieces of wood from the previous fence into my neighbors yard and never followed through on returning to trim sections of the fence and posts that were left sticking up above other sections. In the end, we paid much more than the original estimate and they did not truly finish the project. I would definitely NOT recommend using Titan for any project!

I can't say enough good things about Titan. I have used them for several jobs, including: building a fence, paving & landscaping a driveway, building a patio, and building a fire pit. Everything they touch turns to gold. The only thing to watch out for is they do such a good job you will want to find more projects for them to do ;)

Titan LLC. Provided professional quality landscaping rock work on our property. The crew that constructed the natural rock retaining wall did so with master skills for a beautiful outcome. Themba Maphosa, who oversaw the project from the estimate to the final walk through, is understanding of the customers wishes, knowledgeable, and professional.

I contacted Titan in early April, 2023 to request a bid to remove and replace ~220 feet of a failing wooden retaining wall with a rock wall. Senior Estimator/Consultant Alex Grant contacted me the next day, even though he was traveling out-of-state. Soon after meeting with Alex on site, my wife and I had a reasonable proposal for a tiered rock wall and replacement of a smaller Allan Block wall near our front entrance.

The demolition phase of work began in late June, within a week of the anticipated schedule. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished project. We expanded the scope a bit along the way to include a fresh topping of asphalt over the entire driveway. Alex provided valuable suggestions and was extremely responsive throughout the duration of the project. He stopped by to check on progress nearly every day. Titan's Themba Maphosa was also a frequent on-site presence to oversee the work.

The demolition and construction team did a masterful job of placing the rocks, ensuring slope stability, and working in tight quarters. They also consistently cleaned up the site before leaving each day, and repaired any unavoidable damage to the lawn and existing gravel areas at the conclusion of the project.

The paving crew did an excellent job integrating the driveway with the new retaining wall.

Since many of our neighbors has Titan for their fences, I joined.
I got quotes for fence and top soil with hydro seeding. I only picked them for fence because another company offered better price for the top soil and hydro seeding. Man, I'm regretting it badly. Should had used Titan all the way. (The price does go higher, but now I see how the other guy can offer lower price. )
Titan certainly is one of the best in town for work. Look for Alex if you need work. There are few more houses getting build, and if new owner ask, I'll point them right to Titan.

I can only speak to the proposal process and the people at this time. I was given a referral for Alex with Titan. Called and surprisingly was given a time to meet the very next day. Throughout numerous meetings and conversations with Alex and my neighbor; Alex being very generous with his time helped my neighbor and myself work through our impasse, as both our yards are involved. Proposal was received by end of day. We requested some changes and the revised proposal was returned the following day. We were very pleased that Alex could get our project on the calendar and completed in a reasonable time frame for this season.

Met with Aron to discuss work that is schedule for this summer. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of bring my landscaping design concept to life. I am looking forward to see the work as it starts, progresses and when it is completed.

Am in the process of scheduling landscaping for a new construction home. Aaron has been professional, courteous, and timely with his bid. I look forward to working with his company.

We are very disappointed in the quality of our chain link fence and work done from Titan. We felt a lot of pressure from Aron in the beginning to sign a contract and pay the deposit quickly, which we understand summer projects have a small window of good weather. We felt it was unprofessional to pressure clients.

When the project started, we agreed upon post sizes, gates, and how we wanted the fence laid out. The team installing changed the gate and post sizes we agreed upon without discussing with us first. The project was left unfinished and we asked the team to come back to complete small tasks like tightening screws, securing loose posts and tightening chain link. Our brand new home was chipped from the team digging posts. Overall, communication and finishing touches were lacking on what we felt was an expensive project. We could have done this project ourselves (we built a fence at our rental home) after we saw the team hand-digging holes after were advised that drilling was the only option on our lot. We opted to not use them for landscaping and will do that ourselves next year.

I consulted with Aron on landscape design including pavers and replacing a wood deck with trex. He arrived on time, communicated well and listened to the importance of my time line for completion. Project has not begun yet but I feel confident Titan and Aron will deliver a beautiful design in a timely manner.

Contacting Titan started out as a shot in the dark. I have an old house with a tired front yard that robs my home of curb appeal. But Aron Grant responded promptly to my call for help. He scheduled a consult promptly, offered guidance and expertise, helped me address problem areas, and designed a project that proved affordable and will almost certainly increase the value of my home. Alex Grant with Titan landscaping and his team have done a fantastic job completing a complex landscaping project for my wife and I on our home. Alex has been very professional and responsive, with great followup on design and execution. One of his team members, Themba Mafosa did an excellent job during the execution of the project, working with us and the landscaping crews (thanks to Sergio and Javier and team!) to insure everything was completed as planned . This is a great team, and the outcome was fantastic - my wife and I are very happy to have our new outdoor space and look forward to enjoying it in the years to come. 2022-We had two retaining wall projects that were done by Titan, LLC. It was a pleasure working with Themba. He was prompt in getting quotes back to us and diligent in following up. He also came with the project manager to discuss the logistics of the project. I could count on them to get the project done for when they said it would be done. The team did a beautiful job with our retaining walls.

Themba was also thorough in doing the walk-through with me and making sure that the project was done well.

2023-We again went with more projects with Themba and Titan, LLC due to the success of the projects that they completed for us in 2022. We were really happy with them and so we asked for several more projects which involved creating a D1 parking pad with metal edging, the addition of fill in our backyard with hydroseeding afterwards, clearing side and front planters, and covered pergola. The team worked really hard and everything turned out really well. We're really happy with the response, communication, and the completed work. We have confidence that when we reach out to Themba and Titan, the work will get done!

Spring Cleanup - Power Raking by Titan LLC is the best thing you can do for your lawn if you are not able to do the work yourself. My yard has never been so lush and green! Workers are polite, professional and get the job done!
