Well Done Roofing

This guy is amazing super friendly and does all the work required to get the job done right! Been at it for over 20 years. We had a small job some fascia need to be replaced but he was on it and took care of it super quickly!

The team did a great job replacing a boot on our roof. Because the roof was very steep, it was a difficult job. I’d definitely use them again!

We just used Well Done Roofing for our roof repair. We started this process in July and due to insurance issues we were unable to move forward until just 1 week ago. Well Done Roofing was extremely patient with us, helped us when our leak worsened after hours by coming out to tarp our roof at 8pm while it was raining and then when we finally had everything in order with our insurance they were out to our home in 2 days and finished the job in 2 days as well. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were flexible with our meetings as my husband and I both have jobs that aren’t easy to work around. The work is stellar and we would recommend Well Done Roofing for ALL your roofing needs!! Thanks again for the outstanding job.

Well Done Roofing replaced my roof on my home and building, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their roof. The owner stayed in contact with me, they was on time and they worked non stop all day until it was completed. Cleaned up afterwards and was very respectful to the property and myself. They made it a smooth and non stressful process and I didn't have to worrying about anything. Could not have asked for better people or better work.Would give them more than just 5 stars if possible. I would not recommend this company if you truly want “well done” roofing services. The owners did come out quickly to assess the issue and made recommendations. The owner stated he could repair the roof and guaranteed no leaks or he would return to repair at no additional charge. I asked several times for a contract or written warranty which was never delivered. No receipt no paperwork, nothing. Once he finished his work he then tells me that he thinks there’s another area that would also need repair and it would cost more money. Once he finished the repair we had busted vinyl, no written warranty, and still .... leaking! I’m frustrated at the unprofessionalism shown by this company for the amount of money we spent to protect our home. Integrity and quality means the most. Extremely disappointed and will not use again.

Luis accomplished an excellent job. He contacted me to promptly tell me he was on his way. He performed an impressive incredible job and cleaned up everything. I would certainly recommend 'Well Done Roofing' for all my roofing needs. If you ever have a problem with your roof or need a new one, you WILL be satisfied with this company. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I had the best experience with this company and it would be my pleasure to recommend them. Mr. And Mrs. Berrios own the company and they came to examine my roof. They showed me pictures and explained what the problem was so that I could understand. The work was done perfectly by Mr. Berrios. It was a joy to meet with the owners and an owner doing the work as opposed to it being farmed out to an unknown third party. The Berrios Team are the best!

My wife and I noticed two leaks in the ceiling at our home, one downstairs and one upstairs. Within an hour of calling this business, the husband and wife team showed up at my front door and quickly determined the cause of the leaks was from the booting around the pipes at the back of my house on the roof. The booting had just worn out over time! The very next day, the booting around these pipes was repaired by this company. What exceptional customer service and in advance of the rain we are expecting early next week! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing repairs!

We had Well Done Roofing redo a bad roofing job done on a roof that is only 2 years old. After iinspection Luis the owner discovered all our flashing around 2 dormers has been installed wrong . We had repeated leaks that the original roofer blamed leaves were the problem. Luis did a first rate job replacing flashing and reshingled areas around the dormers. I've never seen someone care so much about getting it right and so neat and precise to detail. He is great at his job and offers fair prices and is dependable to do what he says he will do.He and his wife Yvette were a pleasure to work with and any roofing work we may need in the future is his to do.

I couldn't be more impressed with the job done by Well Done Roofing in High Point. They gave me a quote very quickly, responded to my inquiries and requests in a timely manner, and completed the job in one day. Well Done Roofing is run by a married couple who are the nicest people. They were so kind and I'm so thankful that we chose their company to replace our roof. It had been damaged after the storms of this winter and spring, and had never been replaced. They were able to replace existing vents, repair several boards and even fixed our gutter that had come loose. Their prices are wonderful (I got two other quotes from different companies) and they stick to their first quote. They are a very honest and hardworking group of people. You should definitely consider having your roof repaired or replaced by Well Done Roofing if you live in the Triad area of NC.

We now have a great roof on our house and garage/shed! The estimate was right on and they came as expected. The job took shorter than I thought as they worked so hard on it. I recommend Well Done to anyone needing a roof!!

A great company to do business with. They worked with my schedule to come by to quote the job. Gave a very competitive estimate and delivered with top quality work. In a couple days time I went from having a leaking roof to a perfectly done new roof that looks great and gives me peace of mind during storms. And they didn’t leave a single old shingle or nail behind in the clean up, very good eye for detail.

After getting to know the owners of Well Done Roofing and getting several other quotes, I decided to have Mr. Berrios and his hard working wife replace my roof. We got several roofing quotes before and after getting one from Well Done Roofing; even with the cost of our special order shingles, they were the most fairly priced in the area, by far.

They quoted us 1.5 to 2 days worth of work, and finished in 1 day. The owners were professional, courteous, and quick to respond to inquiries. Our roof was installed almost a month ago-- we've had multiple freezes and some rain since then, and it appears to be quality work done.

Save yourself from getting any more quotes, and just get one from these guys. Thanks for a job well done!

This company did a great job. They gave an estimate about noon and had the job finished in 5 hours. The work they did was high quality and the price was very fair.
