My experience with this company was an absolute pleasure start to finish. The estimate was a no pressure informative, experience. The salesman kept in touch throughout the entire process. The installation was extremely proffesional. The workmanship was amazing. The cleanup after the job was meticulous. They actually went through the property with magnets to make sure no nails were present. The owner was present a few times and did a post completion inspection.

What a wonderful job.Roof off and back on in 2 days.They even cleaned out my gutters at NO additional charge. Very friendly, cleaned up each day.This will get you, they also did leaf blowing from the front and back yard to make sure no nails or trash was left. The price was not the highest or lowest.My wife sometimes can be pretty tough on work being done at our house. She gave them the Blue Ribbon !!! And 5 *****. How about that?

This has been the best roofers I have ever dealt with. Doug and Robert inspected my mom’s roof and noted all the damage. They met with insurance adjustor and helped us every step of the way. Their crew was very professional and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. (A home and 2 sheds). They filed the final paperwork so my mom could get her final check. After our home was recently damaged by a severe hailstorm, we contacted Doug Isley with Home Solutions Roofing. He immediately sent Robert McDaniel to our home for a complete inspection. Robert confirmed that we had damage and the roof needed to be replaced. Doug visited our home again, fully explained the process to us and offered to work with our insurance company if needed.

Within a matter of just a few days, Doug scheduled the repair work for us. The crew that came was professional, polite and took care to make sure that no roofing materials were left in our yard or driveway. We had many contacts with Doug Isley throughout this process, and it was very comforting knowing that he monitored the job closely and that he was always available if we had any questions. This type of customer service is refreshing as it is rarely found this day in time, but not with Doug. He by far exceeded our expectations, did quality work and did it all in a very timely manner.

I used this business few years ago. My roof was leaking even after it was replaced, due to a wrong flushing. The owner had given me a written warranty of several years so I tried to call and sent texts/emails to the owner, Jason Pruitt several times but he was totally unresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional. One time he even hung up on us. I spent too much time dealing with AGs office and BBB. Finally, his business was removed from BBB accreditation and I am glad to see that this business is still not BBB accredited. I am surprised to see that inspite of few serious complaints (which are very similar to mine) filed against this business, he got some rewards.
Customers: please stay away from Jason Pruitt, who will be very nice and professional before getting your business but after that he will not care about you at all. Please read other complaints too. There must be a reason that his business is not BBB accredited and there are files of complaints against him in NC AG’s office. Thanks

From the first contact I had with Doug, he led me through the process (which I had been dreading) and made it so easy. He was very responsive and patient as I asked a lot of questions. Robert McDaniel and Oscar are excellent! For example, during the last storm in Greensboro, our cap from the chimney was blown away. I called Robert that evening, he and Oscar showed the next morning to assess the damage. The job was completed within 24 hours. This was our second interaction with Home Solutions. The first time was immediately following the high wind storms in August 2019. Our roof, gutters and skylights were all damaged but they repaired them nicely. Home Solutions Roofing provides excellent service and our home looks better than ever. I strongly recommend them for any roofing work.

Thanks to the crews working with Home Solutions Roofing, we were able to repair all the damage we sustained from the severe hail, wind and rain storm in late May 2017. They inspected the damage, helped file the claim with the insurance company. They were also present when the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage. In the process of the repair, if additional damage was discovered, they notified the insurance company and forwarded any needed additional required information. I give Home Solutions Roofing an A+. I needed a new roof, screen for my screen porch and ceilings repaired and painted because of hail and water damage. This company did a great job on my roof. They started and finished the roof within a few days. The owner gave me names of people he knew personally to work on my ceilings and screen porch. The people he suggested also did great work and finished within a few weeks so we didn't have to wait around from months for our home to be completed. I highly recommend this company. Great work, professional, and the owner is a kind man who kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. He would contact me and return my calls if I contacted him.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They put a roof on my house over a year ago, and it has leaked ever since. I have contacted them literally dozens of times, and they just won't come and fix the problem. They say they will come out but never do - their promises have gone unfilled for over 9 months now. The rain continues to come into my home, and cause damage, including mold growth. These guys have NO INTEGRITY - find someone else!

Home Solutions Roofing did a wonderful job on our house and shop in Elon. Jason did a fantastic job explaining how the project would take place. I am still looking around the house and shop for any debris from the two roofs that they removed and replaced, and I have not found a thing.
