We came home from Hawaii to a slab leak that buckled my floors. We immediately called a piping service to confirm the leak. In the process, they recommended Pro Care to do the dry out of our home. John from Pro Care came right out and started the process. Their team was professional and communicated the whole process. John worked very well with my insurance. A huge thank you to John and his team for making this whole stressful process a little less.

When our HVAC unit stopped up and ruined walls, ceilings and floor at a time of wondering what to do next. Pro care stepped in and was speedy and professional and took charge of the what next. When they finished every detail was taken care, and looked great.

Imagine being over 450 miles/7 hours away from home and getting a call telling you there was a leak in your kitchen and water was standing in your cabinet and floor. We were overcome with panic. A quick call to our insurance agent brought Pro Care Restoration to our rescue. Ken Chambers was willing to meet my brother that evening to access the situation. He was there the next morning with his crew to set up fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. Once the drying was complete, they did the repairs and restored our kitchen to the way it was before the leak. This was no easy task as there was some custom work that could not be easily duplicated. They were not intimidated by having to remove cabinets and countertops. Everything that Ken and his staff did was excellent. They were very careful with all of our things. Their work was of the highest quality. Everyone with whom we worked was courteous, understanding, and very professional. Having Ken work with the insurance adjuster was a plus. I cannot imagine finding any other group who would be as good as Pro Care. We would definitely recommend them for any restoration work you might have. I called this company after experiencing a house fire, they came out and I spoke with a project manager named Brandon. In my first conversation with Brandon, I explained we were renters and the only services needed were for the contents of the home. Brandon acknowledged that and went about taking pictures and reviewing the damages. After 2 days I reached out to Brandon and he acted as if the owner I believe his name was Ken was reviewing things and trying to contact the property owner. I inquired as to why he was contacting the property owner even though I already knew the game they were playing. I was transfered to Ken's phone and he explained they were trying to speak to the property owner about doing the structure repairs even though I had already told Brandon that wasn't a needed service. The owner then went on to tell me that if they couldn't do the structure they did not want the contents only. So my things sat smoky and wet for 3 days waiting on Pro Care to play the sales game and waste my time. Do not waste your time with this company, I would be very concerned if my grandparents had to rely on their services and the questionable tactics they use to get all of your insurance money. Don't let their fancy cameras and smooth talking drag you into wasting your time and possibly getting taken advantage of. Even after I confronted them and requested the pictures they told me they would provide for me to submit to insurance, they sent me someone else's home. I really fear if a vulnerable person is referred to this company.

Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! We had some water damage due to our hot water tank leaking. From our first initial contact with the guys at Pro Care, they were there within a few hours. We had damage to our bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. They were quick to get everything set up to stop more potential damage due to the water leakage. All of these guys were very professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When the repairs started, they were finished within a few days. Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ and Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with.

During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job!

Hi! This is Mary Whitley. I had Pro-Care Restoration come to my home to restore my bedroom from water coming from a stopped up gutter. They did a fantastic job! The rooms (closet and storage room were affected also) were put back together in a better way than I even had them! Look at the photos- their contents division organized and set back all of my belongings EXACTLY as they were prior to the loss! I especially like that they were honest about everything!

Pro-Care Restoration responded immediately to my call after a tree crushed part of my roof. They came over right away and covered the gigantic hole in my roof and attic wall so the rain could not get in to do more damage. Then they coordinated the tree removal with a wonderful tree service, Holliday Landscape & Tree. They brought out a structural engineer to assess the damage and worked with my Allstate Insurance company. Pro-Care is an excellent company that is extremely responsive and professional. They rescued me after this horrific trama to my home. I highly recommend them for your emergency needs on your home.

We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did. Also, every team member was friendly, professional, and in touch throughout the entire process. Thanks ProCare!

My mother name is Iris Dixon she did not write the review on this site! She doesn't even know how to use a computer!! She is 79 years old and the work was not good quality! I have to find someone else to fix the mess they made!! And she is really having a hard time, they never even put the cabinet doors up yet!! And the doors they did put up are unsafe! Did a very bad job!! I have pictures for anyone that wants to see the work that they did!! And now trying to collect the insurance money and gave her some laminate that she didn't want it is the wrong color!

I had a water line drain back up in my entire condo was flooded by the back up.They arrived at my condo within a hour of the call at after 10 pm at night they were 5 people that arrived and there supervisor.They immediately accessed the situation and went to work to stop the water damage and correct the problem. They were non stop till the next morning ,they helped me clean up the towels and blankets I had layed in the floor to try soak up the water.they hauled all these items off and left fans and equipment to pull any moisture out if the condo. They pulled the water damaged carpet pad and sprayed and sealed the floors and walls molding to make sure there were no mold or water issues left. They answered All my questions and concerns about water damage. To make sure I was safe, over the next few days they arrived to take readings and check and make sure there were no mold or more water damage.Unbelievable company and people and quality of work is unmatched. Only company to call if you ever have any issues, I highly recommend this company and would tell you to call no one else.I was so impressed that my company will use them.

I have made a relationship and gained a trusted advisor and friend with this company. The Pro-Care crew was very professional with my loss from start to finish. It helps that they keep good relationships with the insurance adjusters because they certainly corresponded with the insurance companies perfectly; no surprises! They got me covered! The technicians and subs went above and beyond the scope of work. They got my home BETTER than new within ONE MONTH. They got it all dry and put back with premium materials very quickly. No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. I, unfortunately, have had experienced several large water losses in my home and it took other competitors way too long (3-6 months) for mitigation and repairs. I am very glad that I was referred to these great folks and I am happy with Pro-Care Restoration and their work. I will ALWAYS refer these folks any chance I get to family and friends and will use them again if an emergency arises again!

Procare was extremely expensive with only a minor damage that needed to be fixed. Even the guys who came to check it out said it was an extremely small problem.

After telling me they’d be able to charge me less than my insurance deductible for sure, they quoted me only $100 less than my deductible.

I then only decided to let them dry out the wet spot in my ceiling which was not a large area by any means, and just to leave a drying equipment at my house for 2 days, they still charged me $800.

I do not recommend their services at all and will never use them again.

The Pro Care crew came to our rescue from water damage from three floors of our home due to a leaky toilet. They worked quickly after accessing all of the areas of our home that had water behind the walls. They were able to dry our tile and carpet keeping the repair work to a minimum and get us back just in time for Christmas. We would definitely call them again and refer them for any job.

Fastest demo, mitigation, and REBUILD around. Nov. 23rd grease fire happened. They came out the same day and worked to mitigate the fire loss and all of the meticulous detail clean and pack-out that comes with these losses. It is now Dec. 4th and all the drywall, paint, popcorn ceiling removal and air quality control is complete! It sounds to good to be true! Pro-Care Restoration responded very quickly to my homes grease fire. Every technician and management showed the up-most care while solving problems. They worked well into the night and came over at night to address issues. Very thankful !

These guys are hands down the absolute best! It was around about 10:30 or so at night when I called and I was immediately helped. They sent out their guys instanatly and they jumped right in and eased my anxiety!! My sump pump did not kick on one night when we had constant hard down pours and my basement was soaked!! Ken and his guys we're so caring, professional, clean and very knowledgeable about the whole process they documented and took pictures for the insurance claim, he literally took care of everything for us, and they left their dyers and dehumidifiers everyday until our basement was completely dry and eased our minds in the process and kept us updated on things regularly along the way!!
