Weirs GMC

I would start by saying this is a Horrible and disgusting dealer to work with and here is my story. I found this truck online at carguru.com and contacted the dealer about purchasing the truck so they sent out a purchase order for to sign which I did and I told them I was going to get my own funding which I did and got insurance and my bank sent the check directly to the dealer next day, they then called me to confirm they received the check and we are good to move forward I said great then I asked if the truck can be delivered to a location and the sales man told me he would ask the owner of the dealer if it was possible. The sales person then called me back and left a voice note stating that they don’t want to do the deal anymore and won’t give a valid reason why they don’t want to move forward with the deal and just wasted my time and money so I won’t do business with this dealer if I was you they seem like they do fraudulent business

My husband is deployed so I was looking and purchasing on my own. On a whim I made the 2 hour drive to see a car they just got in. It was more than worth the trip! I never felt anything but comfortable and like they really cared about helping me! Josh 1 & 2 were the BEST! From beginning to end I can't say enough good things! I'll never buy anywhere else!

Top shelf service in the parts/plow division convinced me to shop for a new truck and plow there. Very happy with the results.

The salesman, Josh, was fantastic keeping me constantly informed about the build progress of my 2026 GMC Terrain. He explained the systems to me and made the entire process easy. Great salesman who I'd recommend to anyone!

Just got a new vehicle today and the whole process was smooth, fast, and all the guys there got me what I needed, a good rate and top notch service. Chandler was exceptional and suggested some additional items that were helpful for preventative maintenance. The waiting room provides a decent area to work with a laptop. As I worked remotely in the waiting room from 10AM - 2PM it was nice that the remote control was available to turn the volume on the TV down.

The snacks, though I only ate some popcorn was a nice novelty for patrons.

Very pleased with Chandler and hope others see his value.

Went to Weirs while in the in the market for a new truck, and had a great experience. Even though I did not end up buying a new truck from them, i felt like I should still share the great experience that I had. Nathan Allen was amazing to deal with, super easy to talk to, and very helpful. If you are planning on shopping for a GMC, you should definitely stop by Weirs and meet with Nathan. To be honest the whole team there made me feel right at home, even after I decided on something different they still followed up with me to make sure that I had a good experience with them, and I did!

Phil Moeller and the Collision Center staff provided excellent results and customer service. Although I hope to never need their services again, they are our first choice if we do.

I was mistreated by Courtney and be littled when I asked for a loaner. I have been a longtime customer of Weirs. Courtney made me feel like a second class citizen. She was speaking to me in a very loud and disrespectful manner. I am not the type of person that will raise my voice but I will make sure the other people hear me. In today’s society people should not have to put up with mistreatment specially where the cost of serving is so high. Thanks to Gregg for making it right.

My husband and I just bought a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 from Nick at Weirs Buick GMC. We have been put through the ringer by dealerships in the past. So we walked into Weirs GMC already approved by our bank. We simply wanted to purchase the truck. Nick was extremely nice and professional. Very courteous service advisor. He constantly kept in touch with me regarding the status of my repair. Collin listened to all of my concerns and advised me as needed. I highly recommend that Collin and Weirs body shop be used for any repairs and/or body work that is needed.

I had my truck and sander there for service last year, they backed another truck into my sander leaving it damaged. They said they would call when the part came in to fix it but they never called me. It has been over a year now and have not heard a word from them and still have a damaged sander.

I’ve had my car repaired here a few times. I’m always taken very good care of by the staff and I’ve never had any problems, I will continue to use this as my mechanic shop.

The salesman was enthusiastic and friendly and also knowledgeable. The team was fair when negotiating the deal. I was very disappointed that I was not given a copy of the warranty agreements, and received only one key that malfunctioned. I need two keys that work as intended. There’s a lot more to learn about the car. They offered to help me.

Chase was exceptionally professional during the whole purchasing process!! He seemed very knowledgeable and sincere as well as willing to listen and relate to our situation with a new driver. The service department is wonderful! They complete repairs on my fleet vehicles quickly, and consistently communicate with us regarding issues and timelines on the repairs.

Weirs service is first class. I have bought and serviced my GMC trucks with Weir's for twelve years, and they are always accommodating responsive and top notch in quality. In a pinch they also always find a way to assist me with service. I love my new GMC Sierra ATX4 HD, and I know with Weirs it will be another long term solid experience.

Someone swiped the side of my truck I had for only four months. My truck looks like nothing ever happened to it. The skill of the person doing the repair is amazing. Ryan is the person who orchestrates everything. So professional.

My experience with purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership could not have been more positive. From the first contact I had with both Joshes, through working with finance and taking delivery of the new truck, they were top notch! We are from CT. This is our second vehicle we purchased from your dealership. Once in 2015 and again this year. We used the same salesman, Pete Gonneville.

Quick and easy service appointment. Used the express service and was done in less than an hour. All service people were courteous and professional.

I bought a 24 Canyon Denali. Pete was awesome in sales. The F&I person was awful to deal with. Ryan in the body shop is amazing and should get a raise. At first i started to regret buying the truck after the sale because of the F&I person and defects in the paint. After all said and done (thanks to Ryan) he made it all worthwhile. I love the truck but GM needs to do better quality control in the paint department. It was almost not worth it. Overall for sales and body shop repair, i give 5 stars.

Weir's Motor Sales is great! Setting up the appointment was easy and convenient. The Service Manager Gregg was very helpful in getting tire prices for me and having them there when I arrived so I didn't have to wait. Everyone was excellent in getting the work done, and in a timely manner.
