Stay away from this company. Brandon came by for a quote to replace my front steps back in May. I have yet to receive the quote and have contacted them via phone/email/text. Up until middle of August, the receptionist would just tell me she had not heard from Brandon yet. Now they are completely ignoring my calls and emails. Typical Southern Maine Hardscaping company…..no one wants to work in this state.

I contacted the office for snow plowing late in the season. No problem. I was provided with the company's policies, procedures, and costs in clear terms. The company provided an area on the contract for comments and special instructions. I found that so helpful. Solari requires up-front money (a retainer) at sign up as do many of the reliable, local, snow plowing contractors. Solari's per plow cost and retainer are fair and reasonable. One neighbor mentioned that he had to pay so much up-front to another contractor that he worried that he would not get his money's worth.

The company's crew did an excellent job and miraculously each time I had to leave or return home during a storm my driveway had been cleared. Brandon contacted me soon after a tree came down during one storm to offer removal services. Now I call that proactive. I am so pleased that I intend to tell my neighbors about the reliability and quality of Solari's services.

Solari has been providing landscaping services to us for many years and has always done a great job. Everyone has been friendly and hardworking from the owner, the office and the guys in the field. Regular maintenance always looks great and they have helped us out of many emergencies like needing driveway repairs done, tree removal from snow and wind storms, etc. Thank you guys for the years of hard work and dedication!

I ordered a cord of wood from Brandon on Facebook Marketplace. It was advertised as seasoned and dry. When Brandon came to deliver the wood to me I again asked him if the wood was seasoned and dry and he stated "yes" The next day when I went to stack the wood the wood was waterlogged and extremely wet. I attempted to contact Brandon and he ghosted me. Never replied to any messages. HE stole $ 320.00 from me for wood that I can not use. BEWARE of his business practices. He totally scammed me!!!!

UPDATE: Brandon is a scammer. He NEVER offered to take the wood back as I would have gladly given it back. BEWARE of this company!!!!!!!!

We have had Brandon and his crew do work for us on several occasions over the last several years. Roof shoveling,clearing snow, cutting trees, stump removal, planting grass,clearing gutters and clearing large areas of sumac, berry bushes and more. Always pleased with service, pricing and honesty. Always adds extras that will help the customer. Not long ago they removed a fallen tree and cleared the brush that had grown in over the last winter season. Would not hesitate to hire again
