The experience we had at weimer Ford in Moorefield wva was awesome, nice respectful, got us a good deal on our old Ford, very kind and courteous to us and our grandson we ask for our tonneau cover and they put it on our new truck and my wife is very happy with her truck and the ones from weimer who stayed until we got our papers signed.

Have been contacted by someone they told me they would let me know in the morning if the car I was looking at got sold the evening prior and never got back to me like promised. Tried contacting them back and no answer. So sad! Makes me want to rethink about trying not again in the future.

I have been dealing with Weimer Ford for about 5 years. They are easy to deal with, setting appointments, etc. I usually wait when I bring my truck as it does not take them long to get the work done. Very happy.

Called me to set up appointment to get my transmission flushed and canister vapor sensor replaced said my part was there .so I took my truck in 3 weeks later sit in the waiting room for 8 am till 12pm .I seen them flushing another transmission. So I guess they had to wait on machine .payed them 590.00 got my truck i seen check engine light was still on went back in told them. They said they didn't even put the part on yet.and the mechanic were at lunch to come back in a hour.so I come back at 1 then the service manager were at lunch .so I had to wait till 130 one of them come in said they didn't even have the part. he would call me when they got the part to make another appointment. So I left went right over to auto zone they had the part in stock . I put it on in less then 5 minutes. So the next week called told them I had it fixed I need my debit card refunded so they said they would refund me 116.81 for the part . I said what about the labor he said that was for diagnostics so I will never get service there again or buy a vehicle there because of this .

Great people & an awesome place to buy a car! They have Fords, Chevys, GMCs, Dodges, Jeeps, and even camping trailers!

I had the strangest you where I could not turn my heat off in the car thank God it was a really cold day at least in the afternoon it was.
They advised me over the phone what they could do to help and got me right in. I had to go to Pennsylvania within hours to my 50th class reunion.
They were able to temporarily show me how to manage this problem and where to go to see a specialist about this ASAP. Because they're specialists is booked.
The Ford team was right on and I made it to Pennsylvania without melting.

Honestly a great experience with those guys over there. I met Gavin who did my financing and Troy and Chris the salesman that just made everything easy. They explained things to me clearly and slowly and weren’t trying to just get the most money out of me. They honestly wanted me to walk out with a car I loved with a price that I was ok with. Really nice and fun team they have working over there and I highly recommend wiemer ford and thanks to them I have a car that I’m just in love with!

Weimer for the second to none for customer satisfaction and ease to deal with. There is no high pressure sales and they seem to care about your customers needs. Highly recommend this dealership over any I've ever been to.

I bought a Maverick Chris and Troy was great to deal with they went above and beyond. Only place I will buy a car from.

Purchased a explorer late in 2021 and stumbled onto the review link on my email while doing some inbox cleaning

To keep this short, I will NEVER deal with them again for ANYTHING. The issues include taking a week of emails and phone calls for me to recieve the purchase paperwork that I should have left the dealership with the night of purchase only to find additional coverages that I did not want had been added without even asking me if they were wanted. Also, services had been charged but not done. I canceled through Zurich directly. The entire process took MONTHS after the purchase until the refunds were received for the add-ons. Getting anything done required tons of emails and phone calls as they like to pass the buck or just not reply. The only employee there that was helpful and didn't seem to play their games was the office lady that looked into the receiving and redistribution of the refund from Zurich. If you are not aware, Zurich is the company that provides the coverages they sell. After I found out who provided the coverages and looked up the contracts since they were not provided to me they can be canceled with in a time frame that I don't remember for a 100% refund.

I had my jeep detailed and it turned out Amazing. Dana and her crew done an amazing job on my car! I highly recommend them! My car looked and smelled like a brand new vehicle.

Weimer Dodge in Moorefield is in my opinion a great place to take your vehicle. They are always courteous and help with their customer's needs.

High 5's for Gavin! I was about to drive 3 hours out of my way to come to Weimer today to close out a lease because it would've saved a lot of money over my local Ford dealership. But Gavin did me one better and told me how to save even more money and a trip out there. He could've had my business, but now he's got my loyalty. He'd be the first dealer I'd go to with that kind of integrity!

Also, I know Gavin got that info from someone else there (a manager I think) - so High 5's to the unnamed guy as well! Sounds like a GREAT dealership!

Had issue with my F-150 pulling my camper thru WV. Stopped at Weimer Ford and the sevice technician (didn't get his name) was able to get us back on the road. Thank you guys.

I can always count on Trevor and the service team to always get me in, and back out with ease! The service at Weimer is top notch. Much easier than doing it myself!

I bought a new 2022 Ranger Lariat FX4. The staff was very helpful. I worked with Troy and Kai. Kai got me an unbelievably low interest rate, much better than the bank I've dealt with for 30+ years. After we got the new truck home, we discovered an issue with the Bang & Olafson sound system. The service department tried to get it to work (with no scheduled appointment), but they found out that some major disassembly would be necessary, so have scheduled an appointment in just a few days to take care of it. UPDATE: Weimer replaced the radio module, it now works perfectly.

The staff at Weimer Ford in Moorefield were great! One thing I hate about purchasing a new vehicle is the time it takes to get through the process. Weimer had me in and out of there in no time! Thanks guys...

(Earlier comment.). -.We always receive excellent service at Weimer's from Nathan, in Quick Lane, and Cindy, in Service. Their customer service is great! I feel I can trust them & they always go out their of there way to make sure my car is taken care of. I highly recommend this Ford dealer.

For over 30 yrs, We have been using Ford dealers In both Roth Ford -Weimer Ford. We had bought several explorers ——
Up until to 2014 —we then switched to the Ford Escape!
-Ford dealers here are super! Besides routine maintenance, they are always helpful for unexpected things, like low tire pressure Etc
The staff is helpful & the environment you can wait in— is always comfortable!

Although I was unhappy to lose Roth Ford, —-with Weimer Ford, We gained another Ford dealer. You could depend on..!! Thank you
