My wife and I contracted with Weaver's Construction to remove our old asphalt shingle roof and replace it with a new metal roof. Vernon was very easy to work with, answered all our questions and was able to handle all of our requests. His crew was very friendly and courteous. They put tarps down and minimized damage to our lawn. The completed roof is beautiful. We would highly recommend Vernon's company for all of your metal roofing needs.

Weaver Construction was so quick to respond to our request to fix a brand new metal roof we had by another company (and was absolutely horrible and leaked in several spots the next day). Weavers fit us in to their schedule and did a truley amazing job and looks fantastic! Couldn’t be more happy about the workmanship!

What a great experience we had with Weavers Construction and our metal roof install. The owner , Vernon, is very professional and listens to everything you say, his crew was very efficient and kept an extremely clean work area. Best of all Weavers pricing was very competitive for the high quality product he uses. The final inspection is done by the owner himself.

Excellent communication skills. They replaced all of the screws and ridge vent on my metal roof and I didn't find any screws or debris on the ground around my house. I was impressed from start to finish.

We replaced our home’s cedar shake roof that was leaking with a new metal roof. Weaver Construction Inc. did an admirable job on this project. They did the work in stages to combat the weather. Twice it rained during the construction but we remained dry and once before an unexpected weekend shower Vern Weaver and crew appeared on a Sunday to make sure everything was ok. Removing old cedar shakes can be messy and dirty but they used plastic to protect our attic and tarps to collect any outside mess and cleaned up each day before leaving. We were hardly inconvenienced at all during the work and the only complaints were from our cats who didn’t like the noise on our roof from unknown creatures. But after the first few days they acclimated and took to watching the crew as they worked and ignored any noise. Bottom line is the finished job looks great and we’re now dry and protected in our home for the next 50 years.

Throughout the entire process Vern and his team's expertise and dedication to a quality job and customer satisfaction was obvious. They were responsive, very knowledgeable, the worksite was immaculate, and they started and finished on time and within budget estimates. We would definitely recommend Weaver Construction!

Metal roofing is the "Norm" in rural area's of the western U.S. and having spent most of my life on the Great Plains I am here to tell you this is the most Professional Best looking Metal roof job I have ever seen. The attention to detail was exceptional , especially the "valley's" and vent work. The Crew obviously took great pride in their work. We have had to remodel practically this whole house and this was the best money spent yet. The price was worth every nickel , and was right in line for the "professional" metal roof industry. The greatest quality of this company was their honesty.

Weaver's Construction did a fabulous job on our new metal roof! From the estimate to the completion of the job, the whole crew was nothing but professional and courteous!!! Vernon explained to us about an upgrade in the metal would be better for our home and extend the warranty of the roof. It cost a little more, but we feel it will be well worth it in the long run. The job was completed on schedule and the job site was cleaned up after each day of work. I would highly recommend Weaver's Construction for a metal roof to any one at any time. It was truly a great experience all the way around. I LOVE the sound of the rain on my new metal roof, and it's beautiful! I have received numerous compliments on how nice it looks as well! Weaver's Construction is in the process of installing a metal roof on our house and I can't say enough good things about this company. From the first meeting with Vernon Weaver we were very comfortable with him. Vernon brought a very nice portfolio for us to look at and he answered all of our in depth questions and concerns. Once we decided to move forward we were on the work schedule and our roof was started in just a little under 2 weeks. We're very picky customers and Vernon and his crew are definitely up for the challenge of my perfectionist hubby. The crew takes great care and pride in the work they do. They take their time and make sure things are done right and any questions or concerns we have had during the process are answered and addressed to our liking. When the guys leave each night our property is cleaned up as if it were the last day on the job, very nice having such a conscientious and respectful crew working on our home. I'd give Weaver's Construction more than 5 stars if it was an option.

My wife and I contracted with Weaver Construction to do several metal roofing and siding projects on our home. Soon after the completion of the standing seam metal roof on the main house, we started noticing new water stains on the ceilings and walls of our home. During a bad storm water dripped on our heads through a soffit above our bed. When in our guest bedroom during a storm water can be heard dripping in the attic above. Vernon Weaver returned one time to fix leaks. While some were addressed, not all. Vernon insisted the leaks were coming from our windows. Out of frustration we hired an independent leak inspection firm, who confirmed that while there were other leaks un-related to the roof, the roof was in fact still leaking in specific spots due to improper flashing and caulking. We were provided a written report. In addition, two of three out buildings on the property re-roofed and sided by Weaver Construction are leaking. The insulation in the ceiling of our horse barn is being ruined. We had to relocate straw and materials in a storage barn due to water damage. Weaver Construction refuses to return our calls or respond to the leak inspectors report. We are considering legal action.
