We had a leak in our roof causing us damage to our drywall in a bedroom. Rob was able to come out the next day and found the problem. He was able to repair the leak and even identified some other areas that could cause us problems in the future which he repaired as well. He was very knowledgeable and very affordable. Definitely going to be calling him when it’s time to replace our roof.

I am renovating a duplex in which the original structure was built in 1852. There are many complex issues with this renovation. This included a chimney in which the mortar when touched was turning to sand. I need a contractor to help me with frame in an the opening after removal of a chimney. I had three contractors visit my duplex to look at the job and provide quotes. The quote I had for removal of the Chimney was high but I thought that was to be expected when dealing with Masonry work. Kyle (Grand Exteriors) provided a quote to remove the chimney and frame up the opening for the same cost as the company quoted to remove only the chimney. The second quote from another contractor to remove the chimney and frame up the opening was $2000 higher. The third contractor would not quote the job because they didn't have the expertise to remove the chimney. Later, I asked Kyle (Grand Exteriors) if his crew could replace two doors. I had the doors, I just needed them installed. I had a quote of over $2,100 to replace the two doors. The quote from Grand Exteriors was significantly less. I had Grand Exteriors complete both jobs. Rob and his crew arrived early on the scheduled day to complete. The first thing I noticed was the precautions and care the crew took to ensure no damage was done to any existing structures. There were some challenges associated with the project and Rob made sure they were communicated with me and what potential solutions to resolve the challenge. In the end, the Chimney was removed, the opening was framed up, the wall was wrapped and covered with siding, and the two doors were installed all in one day. I can't thank Kyle, Rob, and Crew for the outstanding job they did on my project. And, they worked later in the day to ensure the project was completed in one day. I would highly recommend Grand Exteriors and will use them for future projects that I will need to complete.

Grand Exteriors was the ONLY company that listened to what I wanted during their discovery visit out of a half dozen companies that I requested a quote from. GE was EXTREMELY thorough in every aspect of the quoting process, most importantly... HE INCLUDED THE SPECIFIC ITEMS ABOVE AND BEYOND they standard "roof replacement" and included them in my quote.

GE arrived promptly on the scheduled day and immediately went to work preparing the site, spent the entire day stripping, prepping, and reinstalling the roof including the extra work that I requested, and completed the job in a single day (7am - 4:30 PM). Their cleanup was just as thorough, and they left nothing behind.

When needing more exterior work for the home (siding, whatever else), I will be contacting Grand Exteriors before anyone else.

Grand Exteriors did an amazing job on my roof, facia, soffit and gutters. I have an older home and they replaced the rotten wood and made it look beautiful! We had really high winds a week after the the roof was installed and some shingles blew off. We called and they replaced the shingles within a few hours. When you price roofing the cost is very similar from one company to the next. Rob and Kyle provide a professional service . Their helpful and personal demeanor exceded my expectations . They removed the old shingles and replaced a few pieces of sheathing before installing the new roof including the sky light! This was a total turnkey operation replacing our roof. I had to do nothing but pay the bill. They were very efficient, cleaned up any debris immediately, and was very careful to protect our property, lawn and flower beds. Even a neighbor stopped and commented how fast and efficient the crew worked to get the job done. Everything was communicated to us as it was happening so there were no surprises when the job was complete. Kyle even called a couple of days later to be sure that we were satisfied and there was no follow up needed at this time. I didn’t have to register or do anything and they sent me the roof warranty. They are a good roofing company and I would absolutely use them again if I had another roof to replace.
