Joe at Weather-Tech Roofing did a great job on our flat roof. He inspected it, offered a proposal along with photos, and pricing was very fair for the scope of work. We agreed on a week to do the work, he was willing to it sooner, but we had a scheduling issue. Work was done without any issues. Joe provided pictures of the finished roof, it looks great. The crew even touched up the paint on our chimney. We appreciated that extra touch. This was certainly one of the better experiences we have had with a contractor at this house.

During a recent rainstorm, we discovered a leak. With other storms expected soon, we were very pleased when Joe 1) answered the phone, 2) came to look at it the same day and found the problem around the A/C unit and, 3) arranged for a crew the next morning. They did a thorough and professional job quickly of taking the shingles down to the plywood, repairing the leaks and re-shingling before the next storm, at a decent price. Stayed honest with just the area needing work, and didn't try to sell us a whole new roof that isn't needed yet. Under the circumstances, we hired them to keep going and re-seal the portions of flat roof, which was needed. Again, quickly, professionally and a decent price. Thank you!

Weather-Tech Roofing is the best roofing company in this area. They are quick, reasonably priced, and the best quality work. They have done five (5) different roofs for me and I have never had any problems with the anything they have done for me!

1st...let me say my husband and I have some experience with roofing and construction, having built a house and completely renovated a 2nd one. We've done research on proper roofing techniques. We called Weather-Tech Roofing after checking references from other roofers and from Yelp reviews and reading their website info. Bottom line... Excellent work! Here's some details...
Joe, Jimmy and team did an awesome job of 1) inspecting our leaky flat patio roof and providing an estimate 2) fitting our repairs into their schedule within a couple days 3) doing a thorough and excellent repair...removing the existing defective roof, replacing rotted plywood, installing base layer membrane, then roofing and sealing all the seams. They added slope where appropriate to direct water to the roof drain scuppers. They also sealed the stucco parapet wall with elastomer, inspected and repaired slipped ridge tiles... applying adhesives where the prior roofers had failed to do so. Also deinstalled a defunct hot water heater solar panel and repaired the roof. All work was done thoroughly with excellent cleanup. Team willingly did a few extra items like checking solar system fencing, removing some cement blocks from the flat roof, and checking satellite internet antenna mount for security. Work was inspected for completeness by Joe after the crews were done. An excellent experience ... highly recommended.

Weather Tech Roofing has done several tear offs, repairs and many new construction jobs for me.
All of them are either Gold fortified on the new houses, and fortified roofs on the tear offs.
They have done simple shingle jobs to complicated standing seam metal roofs.
one of the things that I like most is they take pictures of their work, providing excellent documentation for building inspectors as well as fortified inspectors.
Their pricing is fair and the jobs are completed quickly and neatly.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing of any kind

Joe was great to deal with. They had done a great job on neighboring homes and had great references, so we used him. We are more than satisfied. This has been one of my better contractor experiences. Joe was quick with his bid and everything he said came to fruition. His employee, Jesus, was prompt and diligent. (and a hard worker) He recoated my flat roof and sealed all of the cracks in two days and when he was finished he made certain that the site was cleaned and the work completed.

I have had a very satisfactory experience with Joe and his team and Weather-Tech. In the past eight years I had two major roofing scams costing me $10,000. Joe understood my trust issue and went WAY out of his way to professionally and quickly estimate - photograph- and complete the work. Fixing cracks and sealing. Half the price of two other company’s quoted. He stayed in close touch since I work out of state. And checked the work himself and needed another coat - same price!!! I will never use anyone else!!!

Needed repair or reroof Yelp contractors: phone call highest priced estimate $40,000- 1,000 square-foot house 10 year warranty. Lowest price was $7,200 using tar paper.
Research before hiring. Didn’t want synthetic underlayment titanium 50 on Arizona roof researched revealed. Received bid from company for $9,700 with that product by the sales person on commission does the estimates/inspections explained their warranty was 10 years even though the product was 50 years manufacturer would pay for it if it went bad.
Weather Tech Roofing was the lowest bid. My discussion with Joe/owner, the rubberized asphalt was what I wanted for still under $10,000 with 30 year warranty by product & 5 generation roofer family business. ROC license is ACTIVE!
Did not use WTR’s solar company referral as is a separate company. Joe works with any company and I chose my own highly rated company. I put both companies in touch with each other and they worked very very well with each other.
WTR reroofed the whole roof and ignored where all of the solar panel mounting brackets were. Flashing was thrown away by solar co. WTR turned my roof back into a roof that does not have solar - this was very alarming to me. I put two companies together that never worked together before. The new solar mounting brackets angle and sliver under the tiles, so the tiles do not need to be cut.
WTR is able to give the best price because of being a small roofer family business with great employees with no commissions. Customer has 4 options of product to choose from. Basically only 2 options -best or cheapest. Best is rubberized asphalt 30 year warranty or cheapest tar paper of only 10 year warranty. Bids I received from the other companies lowest price for the cheapest material was WTR price for the best material & warranty!
Work done: moved tiles, pulled up wood pieces/tar paper, cleaned plywood, manufacturer defect half inchx3 feet gap in plywood and replaced with a new snug piece, rolled new rubberized asphalt, new wood sticks, installed new aluminum tops of portholes for dryer bathroom attic vents, reset good tiles & new tiles to the backside, re-cemented the cap ends, inspected area and left clean, done in 3 days AND On the days promised!, took down the old bird stop & put up new.
The price quote I received for materials and work ordered was the invoice I paid after job was completed. No surprises. Plywood that needed to be replaced was part of the quote. Employees were respectful. All the nails were cleaned up. Solar company used polyurethane for mounting brackets and warranty was approved by Joe after inspection.
Joe was always available for all of my questions and concerns and him and the company employees made all of their scheduled appointments on time.
I have no complaints about Joe or Weather Tech Roofing. Joe is one of the most decent honest people I have ever met in my life, which is funny because he had the lowest alarming price that I initially thought was a scam. I was so happy I even gave him a gift.

I had to adjust the dates to do the roof twice but Joe was very accommodating. We had a full roof replacement with solar. Not only were they the most reasonably priced roofer, but they included more in their service than others. They also helped me find a quality solar removal company. I felt very confident in the product I was getting and it was done quickly. The owner personally did my quote and met with me afterwards and inspected the work of his team. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Weather Tech Roofing to repair a leak on a small section of sloped tile roof. They identified the cause of the leak quickly and provided a fair quote. They communicated well, and scheduled the work promptly. The quality of the work was good. Based on my experience so far I would definitely recommend them in the future.
