Sean and his team were amazing.They put in a back patio for us and it looks awesome. The size is 12x50. The whole team was professional, honest and worked hard every day they were out here. I highly recommend PCC Roofing & Construction if you need your home's windows replaced. Sean was referred to me by a friend to replace our condo windows that had been in place since the place was built in 1986. He met with me to review the Milgard windows he planned to install (double pane with tinting, trim to match the community as required by our HOA.) He gave me a fair quote and provided clear information on the product delivery and installation. The product was delivered without issue and was carefully placed in our backyard in preparation for the insatllation. The installation crew of 4 men did a wonderful job, completing everything in one day. They carefully removed the old windows, taking them away to dispose of properly. They took great care to make sure the windows were perfectly placed and that they did not cause any damage to our place. They did a great job of keeping debris out of our home. When they were done, they walked through our home with me to show me the work they had done. This team is truly professional and take great pride in their work. I am so happy with the results and we are enjoying a cooler and quieter home.

There's no better marketing than word of mouth. A number of my neighbors had the roofs redone by PCC Roofing. They were extremely easy to work with, and were competitively price wise.

The job was completed in the timeframe they estimated.

The work was done well and was done as quickly as the weather would allow. Everyone I interacted with was professional and nice. I appreciated that Sean told me up front about a certain period of time he may be difficult to reach; and then after that period, he reached back out to me and maintained communication. I am so relieved to have a new roof in place so that I don't have to worry about leaks during monsoon season. I also like the warranty and Sean's explanations about it.

We selected this company after interviewing 3 companies in the Scottsdale area. We selected them to re-roof out house following storm damage because from Day 1 Sean was patient explaining everything, the procedures, necessities and insurance communication etc. Very responsible in every way. His brother Brian oversaw the job and equally communicative. The crew was extremely diligent and hardworking. They were tidy and considerate leaving the work place each day in good order. PCC Roofing replaced the underlayment and tile on our house and the new roof looks awesome! It was a big job but Sean and team completed it on time and on budget. I did a fair bit of research before starting this project and was very impressed with the quality of the materials they use. Even with that, the pricing was very reasonable. Either Sean or Brian were there every day to make sure everything was being done correctly. Overall, the experience was very much in line with the other great reviews. I will be recommending PCC Roofing to everyone I know who needs this type of work done.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience with PCC Roofing that I felt this review was well deserved. I have a concrete tile roof that needed the underlayment replaced. Sean and Brian were truly amazing to work with. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided solid recommendations. Brian and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and worked tirelessly to complete the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They went above and beyond by fixing additional issues they found while working on the roof and they always cleaned up after themselves every day and finished the job ahead of schedule.

In the past I’ve had poor experiences with other roofing companies not showing up when they said they would, and not following through with everything they said they would do. That was definitely not the experience I had with PCC Roofing.

PCC Roofing did a great job! They really worked hard to get this done because my roof was leaking and it was raining. They made it a point to put me in the front of their schedule and got this done. I don't ever give reviews but this company deserves it!!! I got their name from a neighbor that was very happy with her roof and I am glad I called them. Sean came by to look at my roof. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end and answered all of my questions. He sent over a quote within a suitable time. The price was reasonable so I decided to go with them. When Brian and his crew were replacing the roof they were on time everyday, they cleaned up during the work and at the end of each day. They even removed my old satellite dish. Once the roof was complete Brian met with me to look at the roof to ensure satisfaction. Sean also reached out to ensure I did not have any questions or concerns. Now on to quality...I am a very picky person but this roof is beautiful! The pictures don't do justice. I am very happy with the service this company provides. I will be recommending them to anyone that I hear needs roof work. Thank you Sean, Brian and crew!

I will echo everyone else's positive comments about PCC Roofing. I can't say enough good things about the company and its employees. We needed our very old residential roof replaced and got bids from three companies, PCC being one of them. Sean at PCC was much more thorough than the other two companies and explained everything, including advice on roof color to complement our house.

We felt the bid was fair. We set a date for the work. The supplies and crew showed up when promised. Everything was done in the time frame discussed and a great new roof was the result.

I have been involved with a number of residential construction projects and have had the pleasure and displeasure of working with good and bad construction crews. PCC is one of the great ones! He was thorough and prompt in giving his initial bid, and although there was a waiting time to get started, he kept us abreast of the status, and did the work when he said they would. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and his crew again.

We had our roof updated. Front was to put underlayment to our tile roof and back was to put new shingles. The crew was very prompt and quick . Bryan came by and was here to make sure all was going smoothly and it was. He was here most of the day and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The work was done in one day and it looks very nice. We have used PCC Roofing & Construction before and will use them again.

Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. Service and quality again. They did a fantastic job again this year (2023). The roof had wind damage, I called at least 6 roof contractors, but PCC was the best choice, guarantee 100%. The workers did their best to take down antenna, older vents and modernized the roof venting. Used top quality shingles and in 2 days from tear down, repairing and reroof. Truly recommend PCC for sure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in the market to repair some storm damaged roofing on my garage. The house was also in need of an update. I called several companies to come and give me estimates for the repair and replacement of both roofs. They would show up give me a bid and when I would call them back to clarify some things on the estimate you may or may not get a return call.
I had PCC roofing and construction to also give me an estimate and Sean was the point person. He showed up for the estimate went over the options I wanted. He sent me the proposal the next day, spoke with him about a couple of changes. He came back apx a week later and we firmed up the quote and job. Gave him a deposit and set up a apx date to start.
After that he called about a week before to tell when supplies would be delivered and what day they would show up.
The roofers showed up for the work.The staff were pleasant to deal with Seans brother ( Brian) was the point person during the work. Any questions or concerns he dealt with. The site was cleaned up well each close of the days work.
Sean came out the nest day and we did a final look of the completed work. I was happy with the work and employees.

I would highly recommend this company. When you call PCC Roofing you talk directly to the owner (Sean) who answered all my questions throughly and professionally. Besides replacing the roof they also replaced all the facia boards and were kind enough to deliver the facia and trim boards a couple of weeks ahead of time so I could pre-paint them which meant I only had to do a little touch up when the job was completed!!! His brother Brain ran the crew and also was extremely professional and answered any questions that came up. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they treated the property with great respect !!! I will recommend PCC Roofing every chance I get the opportunity to. Thanks again Sean and Brain.

Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total "dog and pony show" and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.

Sean was very knowledgeable about his trade and products and made us feel confident in using his business. The work was done quickly and looks great. We are very happy with the service and the outcome.

This review has been a long time coming. I called them for the 4th quote I got for a new roof and they were by far the most reasonable. Sean was very responsive and attentive. He also watched the weather very closely to make sure my roof wasn't exposed while work was ongoing. His crew was very thorough and clean. Once the job was done, the only trace left of the crew was a brand new, well done roof. Highly recommend.

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. I found PCC Roofing online and had them bid on roof replacement projects at our 38 unit condo complex built in 1974. Prior to hiring PCC we had a horrible experience with Trades Unlimited who would not honor their warranty because they used unskilled subcontractors. We then worked with Diversified who started out fine but we moved on because their communication and work product suffered. In 2020 I found PCC and have had excellent service to date. The pricing is competitive. Sean and Brian are friendly and good communicators. Informative explanations on how roofing should be done properly. And pictures of work in progress, too. Several tear offs made it clear how badly the previous roofers had been. They have replaced 7 condo unit roofs for us and we will have them back. I recommend them highly.

I had to replace my entire roof which was a very expensive and stressful situation. I hired Brian and Shawn from PCC and was totally satisfied with this experience They were caring, professional, efficient, and thorough. It was a three day job, and every day before the workers left, they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been around. I certainly hope that I will never have to repeat to do this again, I would hire PCC without any hesitation. If you need competent, call PCC.

Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did!
