Andrew and the team at Independence Roofing were very great to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provide honest feedback. Responses to emails/texts were always in a timely fashion. The whole experience felt very personable. I would use Independence Roofing again.

Our roof took about a week and Andrew was frequently on site to monitor progress and make sure everything was done right and looked good. His team was friendly and kept the area clean. Andrew Power with Independence Roofing is very responsive and has taken “ownership" of our building, which we manage from out of state. He approaches problems as if he were the owner and will troubleshoot a leak whether it’s HVAC related or roof related. We had a situation where a leak was coming from an area of a metal roof and he referred us to not only a great HVAC contractor but a specialty metal roof contractor that was able to address our problems. One of Andrew’s specialties is foam roofing and he has helped us maintain our building. Andrew is very communicative. He keeps us well informed with explanations, pictures and videos of the work in progress and keeps us updated on a daily basis. He is quick with his quotes and competitive with his pricing. We’re very lucky to have found Andrew and would highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

One of the easiest experiences I've ever had with a roofing company. I had posted on Reddit about the issues I was having with my almost 30 year old roof and ended up running into Andrew (the owner). He was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly it was hard to not immediately trust him. After a couple of quotes it was clear that Independence Roofing was a no-brainer for my full roof replacement. The work was done carefully and quickly. I was given updates throughout the whole process, which gave me HUGE peace of mind. There were no hidden fees and all of the work was insured (also HUGE peace of mind). Andrew is a fantastic individual. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me. My property is a Frankenstein project with all the additions and spray foam put on over the years. But Andrew was able to work around all that and give me the best quote. He and his crew did a Fanominal job. You couldn't ask for a better job.

We have a 1950’s house that had several roof leaks several old layers of shingles underneath the tile. We knew it was a complicated project with a lot of moving parts. Andrew and his team handled it flawlessly. Our roof is now solid, has no leaks, and looks great. The crew throughly cleaned up the site after every day and were very nice and respectful of our property. I would use them again or recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat.

So often people complain about bad service and forget to brag about great service. I think we can all agree that contractors in general are notorious for working hard to get the sale, but tend to fall short on delivering great service, sticking to timelines and budget once the contract is signed.

Robin is a true professional. Came out, got out her ladder, carefully and safely took a look at the roof, walked carefully on the roof, inspected the tile, lifted a good portion of the tile to inspect the barrier between the plywood and tile. We will be using this company for all our roofing needs.

WOW! AMAZING! Why can't all businesses be like Independence Roofing? I got my new roof within a week from the time of the inspection and quote to the completion of my roof. In one day and in 112+ degree temperatures my roof was done, and on a Saturday too. Unbelievable! I don't know anyone that can match that! Andrew and Robin are the most professional, kind, honest, hardworking people, as well as the crew, and they all did a fantastic job. Andrew and Robin came back after the roof was finished and did a complete inspection and a couple finishing touches. I could not be happier. Great costumer service and responsive! We had a leak in one of our front windows and the roof was over 20 years old! It was time for a replacement. Unknowingly, we had a hole and our underlayment was shot where the leak was. Andrew and the crew did a great job! They were able to match our red tiles, red-ish black shingles and even replaced our solar domes!

Independence Roofing came out and replaced my entire roof. They replaced my patio and removed my old swamp cooler as well. I have an older home so there were a few unexpected issues with my roof.
