I used the guys at Weatherproof for a 5 year roof certification on a property which required an inspection resolution immediately in order to satisfy the conditions of our closing. They were straightforward and did the inspection and repair on the same day that I called. The certificate arrived that evening and we were able to close on the property the following day; all for a flat fee with no changes or headaches! My experience was great and I must say far better than competitors I’ve used in the past! It’s nice to find a roofer that possesses a keen understanding of real estate transactions and communicates to both the buyers and sellers appropriately.
