I used them for my own roof at our house and had a really great experience. They were timely, efficient and professional.

Absolute MIRACLE WORKERS.

I had to remove a chimney that was just badly placed and was causing problems, and I was also on a time crunch. Of the 5 contractors I called, they were the only ones who even showed up.

I called and spoke with Jeanette, the real person, who answered me on my first call. I could instantly tell that she heard the urgency I was conveying - it's so rare to feel like you are really being listened to, especially by people who think their job is just to be an answering machine.

I called them at, I believe, 3:00 PM on Tuesday. By 4:30, Donna and Ethan had already arrived, and had the measurements within 15 mins. Donna blew my mind when she stepped 2 steps up a ladder and identified my shingles by product number - WOW!

They said I would get a quote shortly, which I honestly did not believe given that I had 4 other quotes scheduled and none of the others had even measured yet. Well, just before 6 PM, I received a very affordable bid (no rush-gouging!) and a promise to complete the work the following morning.

Sure enough, they arrived (early! A+!!) and the demo started exactly on time. Absolutely everyone who came out were just good, salt of the earth people - like people you've known your whole life, ya know?

Anyway, I came back out at around 12:30 to see how it was going and it was DONE. LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER I CALLED!!!

I'm putting pictures here because it's hard to believe there was a chimney there at all. The work was thorough and flawless, and my original salespeople even came back to quality check the work.

People who are true to their word are very rare, especially in this field. I am so impressed that I might never have to break my back again doing things others should do while I wait on call backs.

Maybe I just got lucky, maybe they won't be as available when you call, but let me tell you what: once they get there, you'll have a miracle too.

Good company and they do good work. However, two items were less than optimal. First, their scheduling was not accommodating. Second and the reason why my rating is not 5 stars is their gutter crew was very sloppy and did not pick up nails/screws and now 2 of my 3 vehicles have nails in tires. Hard to prove it was their fault but going with the phrase, "where there's smoke, there's fire".

I highly recommend them for any project but also recommend you demand a PM to arrive at the end of each day to check work and clean up (nails/screws everywhere).
