They sent a guy to my house to give me an estimate. I called in to schedule the clean-up, but every time I called in they said they'll call me back later that day. After getting ghosted over and over again, I had to call someone else to do the job.

Very happy with their service and extra care to ensure all the work was done correctly -- they were very thorough and you need that for mold removal!! Highly recommend this company.

I called with crawl space damages and water damages, they was at my house within the hour, took pictures and evaluated the damages. The next day they started working and kept us informed every step of the way. Daniel and his son were very professional and paid attention to every detail. I will refer this company to others.

When we sent out the Bat Signal, this company responded very quickly, within an hour of contact. Tim took pictures and sent them to the insurance company for verification of what was going on underneath the house. It was a scary mess! But he and his team came through and got the job done. (not many companies will do that!) We hired them for the job to clean up the crawl space so a plumber could get in and repair the leak. They showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. They worked with us and with our insurance company when we identified a leak in our kitchen, kept us updated every step of the way, and even helped us find a general contractor when we couldn't find anyone to put our kitchen back together. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm having an emergency plumbing issue and in order for the plumbers to do what they need to do, I need water extracted. The plumbing company highly recommended this company. I called them to schedule an estimate. Gave all of my contact information and was told someone would call me. No one EVER called me. I waited the entire weekend to see if anyone would call and NOTHING. Their hours say 24/7, but when you call during the weekend, no one answers and it goes to voicemail and no one returns your call. I called again on the following Monday to follow up, the young lady that answered the phone took all of my contact information AGAIN, like she never took it on Friday and said the same thing "that someone will call you back" and AGAIN no one called me. This company does not care that you have a major water emergency. I will most definitely tell the plumbing company that recommended them, to stop recommending them because they are not reliable.

Called Sunday on a Holiday weekend and they were here Monday Morning to start drying out our home from a water leak. Very responsive, professional, on time, and cleaned up and removed all debris. Absolutely will use again if I had another reason to call, just hoping that I don't need to call them for water damage again.

This was our first major issue at our home and their team made us feel confident and comfortable in the process from the moment we first spoke over the phone. When water from a plumbing leak wrecked our kitchen ceiling, Water Damage Solutions was quick and thorough to remove all of the wet ceiling, dry everything out, and seal it back up until we could have it repaired. Very friendly and easy to work with!

This company was suggested by our plumber to address "grey water" under our house so that his own workers could work safely to complete our crawl space issues. Water Damage Solutions sent someone out the same day to go under the house to determine the problem (sent excellent photos so that we and our insurance company could see the problem). We had an estimate the next morning. Had to wait for insurance company approval, but they were out as soon as that came to address the issue! The plumber coordinated his arrival that afternoon. WDS had to come one more time to complete the job. Called to coordinate with us. The result is excellent air quality in our home once more!

Darin and Brian were amazing! They came to my condo right away after I had four inches of water flood the whole place. They started mitigation right away and were able to save almost everything. I had a drain pipe in my crawlspace that had eroded and had leaked a good amount of water was very pleased with their response to my inquiry. I had They were very prompt and did an excellent job. Thanks to Steve for suggesting I contact my insurance company about coverage for the cleanup. My agent at first said no coverage but I filed a claim anyway and the insurance covered the cost less the deductible.

Despite the circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience with Water Damage Solutions. We unfortunately had a pipe burst, but Water Damage Solutions was able to quickly start the drying process in our kitchen and crawl space. We had two gentlemen assist us during the drying process and they took adequate precautions, such as face masks and distancing, which I appreciate since one of my family members is high risk. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and if we ever need water damage services done again 10/10 we will be going with Water Damage Solutions. The workers were competent, respectful, patient and informative during what was a very stressful time for me.

Had some left over gray and black water from a plumbing repair that was impeding my hvac ducting replacement in the crawlspace I called water damage solutions after a suggestion from my plumbing company and I was skeptical at first but I received a call back that same day and they did a free inspection only a few hours after that they gave me a quote the next day and once they finished their repairs the price was even better than the quote and once I talked to them about some water that was seeping in from under ground because of the recent heavy rains that was also impeding the hvac repair they offered to come out and fix it at no cost! This whole plumbing and hvac process has been a lot of stress and it really helps knowing that this company and my point of contact Steve have my best interests in mind and have tried their best to make extra repairs as painless and expedient as possible!

I cannot say enough about this company! I was referred to Waters Damage Solutions through our plumber, they contacted me immediately and were able to come out to my home that same day. They did a thorough investigation of our sunroom which had what I believed to look like mold. It did indeed turn out to be mold. The estimate was free, and instead of charging me, he educated me on how I could take care of it myself. You just don’t find companies like this nowadays.... honest and pretty much the definition of integrity. Darin also recommended that I use a product they carried, demonstrated how to use it, and gave me some so I could do it myself. I had water damage to bathroom, bedroom, and a closet. Steve came out same day with industrial fans and dehumidifier. He was extremely knowledgeable and through. Tim and his team followed up the next day for exposure, demo, and mold mitigation. Tim and his team were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. All of the steps at mitigation were seamless with this team and their reports were well documented for the insurance claim! Highly recommend!!!

We had a hot water supply line leak in our crawl space, and as soon as we found out, I called them to see what type of remediation needed to be done. I was pretty distraught....We had mold, fungus, buckled hard wood floors, the whole 9 yards. The manager personally came out to meet me at the house the very same day to take a look and advise us on what needed to be done. They worked with our insurance directly to make sure all of these issues were covered, addressed properly, and kept me posted about everything they were doing the entire time. 10/10 times would hire again. I've never had such a smooth, efficient, professional experience. Steve hustled over expeditiously after hours, he gave us an honest assessment and helped calm our nerves. The restoration team that showed up the following morning to extract were absolute professionals, extremely knowledgeable about the process and what we will go through next dealing with insurance and restoration.
