Waterbear is hands down the best Water and Fire damage mitigation company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish they get to know you and your family, using their many years of experience. They are compassionate, understanding and have an eye for detail that will get your house or property back to the condition it was before the incident. Unlike other restoration companies who put the repair/build back onus on the client, by suggesting a contractor or two, they do all their own repairs. This personal touch begins the moment you contact them and carries through until they hand back your project to you good as new, often better.
They go to bat for you the client and will help navigate the issues involved with having an insurance adjuster involved. They will always advocate to get you the most money from your insurance carrier.

Had a flood a few yrs back. Toilet was running all wkend and flooded my upstairs and downstairs. Waterbear came out immediately and brought the dryers out and got the water out of the ceiling and floors. Great job and use them for rug cleaning too. Very professional and efficient!

I had an area rug that had been cleaned in years. Water bear picked it up, cleaned it, and dropped it back off with no problems. The area rug looked brand new after we got it back. I couldn't recommend them enough. Tabatha has always been quick to return phone calls and get me the answers I need.

Waterbear has done wonderful work for us.. twice! Broken pipes after a winter storm and separately a failed water heater. They arrived quickly, took charge of the problems, and quickly had the situation stabilized. They worked with our insurance company to make the process understandable. I can't say enough great things about them. The owner, Jake, is excellent and makes everything work smoothly. 5 stars for sure!
