We had a wonderful experience with 503 roofing. Incredible customer service and great quality of work. They were on time and super efficient. And to top it off they were the best price. I would highly recommend.

After gathering four quotes in total, 503 Roofing was only ONE of TWO that followed up with me. That was important to me. We worked with Frank and he was attentive and helpful during the entire process. The work team was respectful, checked in with me, and did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterwards. Very happy with the end result.

We have had both a home and garage roof done by 503 Roofing and every single experience with them has been incredible. They are so responsive and do excellent work. I had 2 roofs prior by different companies that continued to leak. But since 503 came and gave us a new roof years ago, we haven't had any issues!

Out of all the roofing companies I called they were the first to call me back And I’m so glad that they did! From the beginning, they were a pleasure to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company and took care to listen to my concerns immediately. They have great customer service And came through for me when my roof was leaking As a result of the ice storm.

In the middle of the night, of course, during the last storm we had a very wet bathroom floor and soggy ceiling around an exhaust fan. Our cousin owns a roofing company, but his schedule was packed. They did a great job cleaning up and the roof looks nice. The workers had made a few chips on my paint job on my house and I asked them to touch them up and they did no problem. They were also quite a bit cheaper than other quotes I got.

The roof and gutters were installed within 2 weeks of the initial bid. I had a few things come up that needed to be fixed after they completed the roof and gutters. This company exceeded all of our expectations. Frank, was the field rep for 503 Roofing that responded to our inquiry re a bid on our roofing project.

Frank met us within 48 hours after my call. He was on time and looked at the project. He answered all of our initial questions. He then returned in 2 days with samples of the shingles etc. and then followed up with a contract proposal by email with all of the details we had discussed. We also had 2 other companies bid on the project. The 503 Roofing bid was slightly less than the others and included some additional items. We chose 503 Roofing!

The project consisted of the following:
-tear off the existing roof
-disposal of debris
-new HD asphalt shingles, approx. 23 squares
-new roof runner(underlayment)
-application of wind and rain shield
-new flashing(color)
-new roof vents(color)
-new drip edge(color)

After we signed the contract, we expected the normal 2-3 week delay for the project to start. WRONG! The 503 field team had an unexpected opening and they could start within 1-2 days with the tear off. The new shingles were delivered to the the roof top once the field crew had the roof space prepared.

The roofing installers worked like a precision machine with an excellent team leader. They made short work of a big project by working long hours.

We had 503 replace our roof and install a skylight a couple of years ago and Ty did a great job of making a big expense as low-stress as possible. He answered our questions (even esoteric things like whether a dark roof would make the house hotter), his crew showed up and finished on time, and Suzy (who really runs the place) was incredibly responsive to emails. After the install was done we had a question about the skylight, so Ty came out and flew a drone over our house to show us what we were seeing. We liked them so much we have them come out every Spring to clean and inspect the roof.

Great company to work with! Called and was able to get a competitive quote the same day. Very nice in all our interactions and the work was done well! Would definitely use again in the future if needed!

I contacted 503 Roofing to get a quote on my roof and from start to finish this company excelled. I was contacted promptly after making a request by Frank. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us in making a great decision on our roof. We are very pleased with the whole process and feel confident our new roof will last many years to come. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and a hard working team.

Just being honest here, no exaggerations. Disclosure: five stars is almost always unreasonable in my opinion and means all expectations were far exceeded. 3 stars means it was OK, but could have been better. The only reason this isn't 2 stars is because the bid beat everyone else, but you do get what you pay for (in my case). In this case I got average quality work for a low price.

Getting a quote was easy, too easy, but welcomed. It was all remote using satellite images for pricing. Suzy was excellent for the most part in terms of quickly getting me paperwork. There was a misunderstanding about when the work would start and I was surprised the morning the delivery came when they knocked on my door out of the blue.

The guys that came to do the work couldn't and wouldn't communicate well with me. Each day they were at my house, which was 3 days spread over about 7 days, they sounded like they were having a party all day (at least we know they were having fun). They blocked the neighbor's driveway one day for no apparent reason, which was odd and a bit of a hassle for everyone.

The worst of what happened during the work was they didn't cover my brand new Trex deck I built myself and they kicked off all the old roofing materials on it and sliced a deep groove in one spot and a bunch of aggressive scratches all over. They also left tools sitting on my covered fire pit for a few days in the rain and it left a huge rust stain.

I was also a bit upset when the work was all done and I'd discovered they'd pulled several strips (8-10 strips) of siding away from the house to remove and install the roof (understandable), but never told me and left them with nails popping out and damage to my new house paint job. They also created a hole in the cement siding above the front door area and never told me (I was told the siding was weakened by weather, which I understand, but tell me about the damage so I can fix it!). I had to ask for someone to come out and fix those things, so 503 Roofing sent a kid. Unfortunately, the quality of the repairs were almost no better than the before the repairs. It looks like someone who's never done any sort of repairs like that did the work. I even provided paint and walked the house with Ty, to get a clear idea of what was needed. Had I not went out and seen the workmanship issues, I would never have been told about the holes in the siding. During the rainy season, that's not good. General area cleanliness around my house was pretty bad too. Since they didn't lay down anything to catch the old roofing debris (and the two tarps I did see were torn to shreds and punctured everywhere), my yard and deck were littered with materials and nails. The nail sweeps left behind a hundred nails at least, many of which were just right in my driveway (great place for nails), but I've heard this is a problem with roofing in general. I still find some randomly, or every time I go looking for some. My dog and 4yo won't like it if they meet one of those nails in the wrong way, neither will my car tires.

Anyway, the roof works (I think, no one has gone up into the attic yet, that wasn't included), the price was low, the process was...passive and easy (though lacking quality and some detailed communications). They did make an effort to come out and fix the issues I found, but the quality of those repairs is actually poor and I should have done them myself (and will likely have to do them again). I actually had to ask if the crew was subcontracted, because it didn't feel like the solid workmanship the website displayed, but I was ensured they were core crew members.

My recommendation is to use 503 Roofing if you're looking for quick and affordable roofing, but be diligent on your end to ensure you're watching the work so you can get on top of potential quality issues before they become a problem. And read communications slowly ask questions because some important details may not be written clearly and could be missed.

We bought our house with a warranty for the roof. The flashing was not done correctly, and was noted in our inspection report. We contacted Ty for about a year asking him and his crew to come out to fix. He would say he would come out, and then never show. We are now using HER Roofing to fix the issue. I would avoid this company at all costs. They did the roof wrong to start by not replacing the old flashing, and then refused to honor their warranty.

We have used Ty and his fantastic team for three projects and have been extremely happy. Their communication is outstanding, and their quality is top-notch. They were on time and very professional throughout the whole project. They are very fair in price and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Frank was the project manager/estimator for our roofing project and his team did a fantastic job completing the project between inclement weather. Our home is a craftsman style with significant peaks valleys and eyebrows. His team took the time to ensure that these areas were done right. 503 Roofing provided excellent value for the money.

503 roofing was super responsive and willing to work with a private adjuster when my insurance company was unwilling to get on the roof to do a proper adjustment. Ty at 503 knew of a private adjuster that he has worked with before who was able to verify our wind damage that couldn't be seen by the insurance company's drone images. On top of that we got the entire roof replaced under my insurance policy through 503 roofing. I wasn't expecting that, and was over the moon excited to know that it would all be covered.

I cannot say enough how great of an experience we had with Ed and his team at 503 Roofing. From the initial estimate and walk through, to the finished product, we were always kept up to date on what work needed to be done and when it was completed. Unlike other estimates we received, Ed walked us through each section step by step and was honest (and upfront) about what work we actually needed done. Although the project took two extra days (due to high wind and over 100 degree temps), we were always in contact to know when the job would be completed. We are very satisfied with the work on both the gutters and the roof and highly recommend the company for any others in the area who want a job professionally done.

Using 503 Roofing to re-roof my home was a good experience. Their communication with me was always timely and informative and when they showed up to re-roof my home the three employees worked extremely hard in the heat for 12 hours to get my roof done. I have reroofed homes myself and when I looked at their work it was excellent.

Hired 503 roofing Suzy came out to give quote and options in replacement of my 27 year old roof that probably should of been replaced 5 years prior got a quote that seemed reasonable so hired them because they did a neighbors home and their roof looks the best out of all recent roof replacements in the area. We wanted the upgraded shingles and a particular color Suzy said they would have to order because their supplier was out of stock so said no problem we can wait. A week later Suzy said they found a new supplier with the shingles and color we desired so I said great and she said we will be out in a couple days to start your job. So, they started and it would rain off and on so took about 5 days for completion as they had to replace 27 plywood sheets as we had lots of water damage. They texted me pictures of the damage and I approved the work not sure what the extra cost would be as plywood sheets are pretty expensive with inflation in building supplies. After job was completed got a message a few days later with payment due it was 20% higher than agreed contract price. I wish I knew the extra cost amount before hand but they did a fantastic job and replaced all the rotten plywood and made everything look as good as new so can’t really complain too much. Now I have a 50 year roof that should last me a lifetime and now have the nicest looking roof in the neighborhood and neighbors giving me dirty looks with jealousy is another plus. A+ Would recommend

We sustained much damage from high winds prior to Chehalem Mtn Fire which blew off siding, lots of shingles and ruffled/destroyed the comp roof. Suzy, Ty and 503 Roofing worked with us extensively through the navigation process with our insurance company and adjusters. They answered all of our phone calls, emails and texts in a quick manner and made themselves available despite their packed schedules. We definitely received 5 Star Service and we truly appreciate all that they did to get our roofs on the home and gazebo back in working order and looking great. Needing a new roof is never on a list of fun things but 503Roofing made the experience as good as it could be. Ed Mann is very easy to do business with. He thoroughly explained everything, answered all questions and concerns, came by several times during the course of the job to check on things. His crew were pleasant to deal with as well. They answered additional questions I had during the job, kept things as clean as possible and were done in a day. One even came back on Sunday to remove the trailer of debris. Their bid was also quite a bit less than the previous 3 bids I already had gotten. I love that they try to source locally made products as well. I highly recommend getting a bid from them and using them. I will give their name to anyone I know looking into roof related jobs.

They had the entire roof done with new gutters in less than 2 days. Working with Ed on our bid and throughout the project was great too! We had a quote within a day, they were delivering supplies within the week, and as soon as it stopped raining they were doing our roof and completed in two days, including new skylights and rain gutters. Making the decision (sometimes forced) to invest in a new roof is a hard, and stressful thing. We procrastinated the whole thing. Not wanting to deal with the financial piece, and the facing up to the hassle. Well, we got told about 503 roofing from a good friend. He watched them do his neighbor's roof, and was impressed by how quick and clean they did their job! We gave them a call. Within an hour I had a quote in my inbox for our home! Not only that, but it was a quarter of the amount that we were estimated by another company!!!!! A QUARTER!!!! I felt like I had won the lottery!! :) With the weather starting to turn, Suzy did a fabulous job of communication and keeping us informed of when the guys would come. They were fabulous!!! They tidied up their stuff after the first day, and finished before the end of the second day!! They cleaned up and even did a magnet sweep of the grounds to pick up any staples and metal debris!!! Which I was so thankful due to our fur babies! :)
