This is a GREAT company to do business with! They were prompt answering our initial contact. We told them what we needed to have done, they gave us an estimate and we set up a date for the job. They called the day before to give us a time and they arrived on time that day. They cleaned our sunroom windows inside and out and power washed the deck, the gutters and soffits on the sunroom. They did a fantastic job! The windows and screens were so clean that we couldn't even tell that there were screens on the windows. Very nice people to do business with. Waited a year too long! These guys did an amazing job on the exterior of our house and garage. We had green guck buildup and the soft wash took care of it no problem! Also had them clean out our dryer vent while they were here. Recommend and will use again

Wash Me was helpful and professional from estimating our job, scheduling the work, developing an estimate of the costs, building in flexibility to limit costs at our discretion depending on how the job unfolded, showing up on time, communicating clearly, and doing great work cleaning off the cedar shakes and cleaning out the gutters on our home.

They did a nice job but I have triple pane windows I told them about up front that require them to be opened and cleaned in between the inside and outside but they did not understand the request and then once there refused to clean the center section. I showed them how to open them and they took pictures for next time.

Requested a quote online and shortly after received a phone call from company. He was very friendly and informative, was able to do the quote over the phone after looking up my address and discussing my property! The actual washing process only took about an hour and they were cautious of permanent Christmas lights on the exterior of the house. We had never had our house washed in the 6 years we have owned it and I was very impressed with their ability to remove the stains. Before and after of shed for reference!

I have always wanted lights along my roof at Christmas time. Well, my ladder days are over, so I was very happy to see the ad online and decided to light up the place! Wash Me Windows did an amazing job. I needed window washing in a hurry, and they came out pretty quickly. I did exterior and interior window cleaning as I have a LOT of windows. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and I would hire them again without hesitation.

I should have taken before and after pictures of my home - what an amazing difference. The first call set the tone for a great outcome. No “send me pictures of your house” - house was looked at on google, based on location recommendations made and the service was scheduled. The team came out in a timely manner, worked quickly and were respectful of my property. Finally the outcome was perfect (I was expecting some of the residual green algae stuff to still be present - but it was all gone! I would highly recommend this service and company to anyone

After I called Wash Me Windows initially, they had me take pictures of the windows that I wanted washed and sent back to them. This allowed them to give me a quote over the phone. I accepted and we set a date for them to come over to do the job. They arrived, as promised. It was just 1 worker but he did a great job, including getting specks of stain off some windows. I would refer them to anyone.

Everyone was friendly and polite, from the gentleman on the phone in the office to the two young men who completed the cleaning. I received the quote via email within 15 minutes of the phone conversation for the window washing service and received a followup call a week before the scheduled day to verify the arrival time of the cleaning crew. The cleaning team arrived on time (actually a bit early), worked quickly and efficiently. Both young men were polite, respectful, and friendly. They had me check their work before leaving. The cost was very reasonable. I will use this company again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I've used this company in the past and they left an impression then, that made me remember them for the new job I had. I'm glad to report that they've impressed me yet again...
First, they showed up 15 minutes early. I'm not THAT old but, I do live by the motto, "if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late.". It's a small thing but, it makes a huge impression.
Next, before they started, they explained a few things and asked a few questions to clarify. Very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Great customer service.
Then they got to work. Approximately 45 minutes later, they were done. They explained it all, and even complimented me on doing the lower gutters and downspouts! Thanks, guys.
I don't know if all your crews do this, but I have to say, the old adage of, "say what you're going to do, do it, then explain what you did" works. These guys were amazing for that and I thank you, and them, for providing a great service.

Wash Me Windows & Exterior Cleaning Service power washed the outside of my home today and it looks fabulous . They did a great job removing the algae and other stains on the siding and cleaning out the gutters. Afterward they went over everything they did and wanted to be sure I was happy with their work.

The folks at Wash Me Windows are a great company to work with. The gentleman that came out were very professional. They were punctual, and kept us informed of their progress. I would highly recommend them.

Will not use this company again. Two workers who came to do the job had an attitude. They left a pile of debris in my yard. Left my back gate wide open with nobody home. Gave feedback through the company’s website and spoke with the owner who in turn seemed to blame me for these issues and told me to choose someone else next time. Guess I should have just cleaned my own gutters. Complete unprofessionalism displayed from the workers to the owner of the company. As someone who works in sales, team management, and customer service I would never conduct myself this way. Especially in a situation where there is potential for relationship building and return customers.

This guy is unreal and a real story teller.

1. I was not home and told him my father was there to pick my kid up for school. He’s the one they gave attitude to.

2. You did not offer to clean up the debris as I told you I already took care of it that day.

3. “Going over it with your team” does not help me a paying customer at all.

4. I gave this company a call to try someone new. Even waited nearly a month for my appointment. Was willing to give business to a local company at my expense.

5. If anyone reading this wants their gutters cleaned properly, mess cleaned up, and at a reasonable price call Ned Stevens. No joke they did a better job for $100 less than what these guys charged me. Also they call me all the time and we have a good working relationship. They’re coming out to do some other work on my house in a few weeks. I’ll have them inspect and redo your work as well.

6. I wasn’t even that upset until I talked to you the owner. If you recall I returned your phone call. I didn’t ask for a refund or compensation in any way. You just talked at me on the phone with your flippant attitude and I barely spoke.

7. I have never written a review positive or negative in my life. But you sir compelled me to do so. So congratulations I guess.

Our exterior of the house is a unique concrete stone veneer and was very ugly in certain areas. We did not know what to expect but we were more than pleased with the outcome. They arrived on time, did all the proposed work and finished right on time!
