I called the business looking for a certain type of metal product. She told me to come down so they could try to match it. I came down and she handed me over to a very knowledgeable person. He took my example of what I needed and closely matched it. For a small extra cutting fee, I thought that was a bargain. I thought that I would have to wait a week or two to get my order completed. I was surprised when he told me to come back in an hour and it would be done. They are reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend going to Warrenton Steel for all of your steel needs.

Jennifer Grooms had some pipe for sale from Warrenton Steel on markeplace I was interested in using for a gantry crane I am building. I needed 3" pipe and 2.5" pipe to slide inside of the 3", she made sure the pipes worked as I wanted before I went out to have them cut and picked up. I bought some 2" square tubing from them last year to build a car rotisserie, they have what I needed and were friendly and easy to work with!

I needed 6 small brackets for a job I had in 3 weeks. After no updates in a week I called and they said they weren't done yet. I called again a week later and still not done. After two and a half weeks I had to cancel order and make the brackets myself for the job. They could have at least told me if they didn't think they could make 6 little brackets in 3 weeks and I would have gone somewhere else. Zero communication.

Laura was amazing!

We are trying to put a metal roof on a 16' x 16' deck. This is the first time we have delt with a metal roof of any kind, so we were in there a couple time getting quotes and asking several questions.... non the less Laura stood with us each time calmly and diligently answering each and every question .

Because of the patience and customer service we have received from this women. I highly recommend you getting all your materials from this company. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to and will even come back for any other needs I will have in the future.
