Walters Construction built us a beautiful new home in New Smyrna Beach, FL! We were very pleased with the work and craftsmanship of our home! The extra touches like crown molding, decorative door and window trims, were an added bonus! When my vision for little changes here and there to the original plan were requested, the changes were made! Brent was great to work with and made himself accessible when we had questions or concerns! He builds houses that are homes!

A year-long project is a source of continuous creativity. We take much pride in this renovation. My coastal design inspiration revolved around both intimacy and solitude. Originally built in the 80s, the place was the most neglected unit in the entire complex. Walters did a complete overhaul of the walls and all interior components, including relocating air ducts, sprinkler systems, and raising some recessed ceilings.
Dave Hardy and his team are not only excellent but they are so nice and care about every detail. The condo management was very appreciative of their professionalism.

Our church had a small job that needed attention that our staff was not equipped to complete. Brent arranged to have the work completed very quickly and efficiently without delay. Great guy to work with.

I'm in the final stages of the project now. The post closing tweaks. I can honestly say, despite the many hurtles that the builder (all builders) had to deal with regarding supply lines and labor, they pressed through with excellence. Quality is fantastic and they worked extra hard to make sure materials arrived. I closed on time! Joannie the design consultant from Walters Construction had the BEST ideas for counters, tile and backsplashes etc. Very fashion forward to assure that the investment still feels fresh years down the line. Nice people through and through from Austin the Superintendent to the crews and the office staff Grace and Amy. Trust me, you don't want to navigate a build on your own. Consider Walters!

Brent Built my Home in 2016. I was lucky to be the 1st home built on 7th & Saxon. Brent's work is outstanding. Evan after 3 years, Brent repaired some tile work for me at no charge. I would highly recommend Walters Construction.
