Everything about this company was 5 star, right down to their amazing receptionist. They are very professional, kept me updated on changes that came up, were respectful of my property and made sure I was happy with the completed job. They even sent someone out the next day to double check that my yard was free of any roofing debris.

Response to the owner: I was contacted via text a week or so after the job was finished and I responded with my complaints along with pictures. I heard nothing back. I filled out the paper review that was provided and returned it. I heard nothing back. A couple weeks after the job was finished I noticed that the one door wasn't latching, so I was lucky enough to get you guys to come out and fix it (installation issue). I told the person fixing it about my complaints and they seemed to agree the work wasn't up to par. He took pictures of everything and said he would relay the information. He even took pictures of something else I wasn't going to mention. It sounded like something was going to be done about it. But once again, I heard nothing back. Then a couple months later I get a voicemail from you when I was on vacation asking if I got the gift you sent. When I get home I see there's nothing about the issues I brought up, just a thank you gift for doing business with you. You obviously thought our business transaction was finished, so I let it go. But not without leaving a review letting others know what they might deal with. I didn't receive a call back about the problems until I made my review public. You advertise a lot about being best in the region, but your competitors handle complaints before the bill is sent in my experience. They even have a foreman check their work afterwards. You could learn from those things.

Also, in regards to bad communication, you initially told me it would be about two weeks. I didn't hear anything for a month, so I called and asked for an update. That's not a huge deal, I wasn't upset, but an update would've been nice without me having to ask. You told me it would be another week. I heard nothing until a couple weeks later on the morning of the day you wanted to schedule the job for. I was home, so not a major issue, but that's still bad communication.

Original review: I had two exterior doors replaced. Decent price but terrible communication and craftsmanship.

Tri-County did repair work on my house and garage , I am very satisfied with the work . They did an awesome job. I will definitely call again when I need something done. Thanks so much.

Very quick and professional and friendly. Communication always happened in a timely manner and always had a willingness to meet at more convenient locations to us, causing them to have to drive further. We did have an issue with our back porch light being wired incorrectly when being hung back up, but they were very quick to fix the issue and very professional during the whole project. Final product was finished quickly and looks amazing! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

AJ and his crews have been great to work with, timely, and answered any questions we had regarding our repairs and rebuilds do to the damage caused by the tree falling on our roof and patio cover. My family and I can't thank them enough.

I have had them re-do my bathroom. just recently they installed a privacy fence. They have been very efficient and always listen to my needs getting the project done in a timely manner .. Ibwould highly recommend Tri-County!

We are very happy with Tri-county Roofing. They were fast in one day and out. They have a fair market rate and are very professional. Any questions we have had since our installation have been answered very quickly and we couldn't be more impressed.

I am torn in my review. While the work they did was very good it wasn't perfect. We had a fence installed and weather conditions weren't great but the guys did a great job. My issue is with the salesman and communication. He told the Installers to put the gate on the opposite side of the house than we discussed. This meant the gate that was ordered couldn't be used and I think, I cant prove it,they replaced it with one they had in the shop. The hinges were already installed and my gate is just not great. They also installed it too high so now I have holes in the post where they lowered it. Ugly, but I can deal with it. My biggest issue is with AJ, the "salesman". His communication with us was horrible, didn't keep promises he made, just made me feel like he was more of a "used car salesman". We won't be using this company again.

Tri-County did a complete remodeling of exterior on front of my house plus installation of new windows and also new facial and gutters around entire house and detached garage. From the beginning working with Steve on getting estimate on entire job that included many different items: from windows, facial, trim, 2 types of siding, stone work, cedar gable sunburst to cedar grand entrance, doors replaced and all trim around doors and 4 garage doors wrapped, all went smoothly. Once project started, Dave and Craig was great to work with. Since working from home, I was able to ask them many questions throughout the project and they would answer every question with a smile. Once project was completed, it looked exactly as we had pictured it in our minds. Great job guys.

Also had them redo exterior of my daughter's house with tear off of old siding and install new siding and window trim on my daughter's house. Did an excellent job and looks great.

Every step in the process from beginning to end of this roofing project were handled quickly and professionally...from sales rep to office personnel to actual workers....they were exceptional!

Tri County will say they haven't done business with me but they have. I needed a new roof and received one along with broken siding and brand new drip edge that's bent and has gaps where my over hangs and fascia meet.
I'm guessing things would be different if Tri County actually did their own work but instead they had a crew of guys that didn't speak English come do my roof. I couldn't communicate with them at all. This crew also thought it was a great idea to stop working and stare at my wife and daughter every time they came home. Unfortunately now my wife and daughter are both uncomfortable thinking these men all know where we live. This whole experience with tri County has been terrible and the price doesn't justify anything either. They're way over priced for what has taken place. Please look around before having the same issues like I've had.

I am on the board at the Independence Condo Association in Napoleon, Ohio, and recently Tri-County Roofing and Home Improvement put a new roof on one of our buildings that houses 3 condos. They were very professional and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner, and we were very happy with the end result. In the past, we have also used them for roof repairs, siding repairs, etc., and we have always been very pleased with their work. I highly recommend their services.

Communication was excellent for when Tri County would be out for my roof repair. They did the best they could with a difficult schedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic going on. The job was completed in 1 day and the price was over $700 less than the quoted price. With that kind of honesty, they will definitely be my first choice in the future for any roofing work needed on my home.

The guys worked hard came and did the job. Where quiet overall and respectful of my schedule. They did really good work and the roof replaced looks well done. The company overall worked well since my mom who owns the home lives out of state. I would definetly refer this company to friends, family, and coworkers.

Tri-county arrived at the time as stated and went right to work on the repair. They completed within a hour and cleaned up the whole work area. Were very polite. Even went above and beyond expectations there was maple seedling caught in my gutter covers and they removed them for me. Very grateful and would use them again if needed.

I had a great experience in every step of the way of getting a new roof on my house. From the estimate to helping me pick the right shingle and color, i was impressed how they communicated delivery of materials and equipment to letting me know when the job was going to be performed. The workers did a very professional job and also did a great clean up after it was done. I was really impressed that after the job was done that they was on the roof again the next morning doing a double inspection and clean up again making sure everything was correct. The Tri-County Roofing team really did a great job on our entire home renovation. We had a very large project with many details and numerous coordination points. This was also slightly unconventional as we added on to an existing steel building to create our shop-house. The finished product is incredible, our dream home wrapped in steel with an incredible outdoor living space. AJ really did a great job lining everything up and keeping everything moving. We had our challenges 1) started in Oct '18 and worked through Winter to completion in July '19. 2) we remained onsite and living in the renovation project. Their team did an excellent job in all aspects of the build; including but not limited to craftsmanship and material used for the project. We would use Tri-County and AJ again for any future needs.

I am a repeat customer. The estimate was done and work was scheduled the next week. The gentlemen that did the work were prompt, friendly and helpful. They clean up after the project is completed. I was to call if had any problems for followup. I will use their services again. Karen
