Everything about this organization is professional. From the estimate all the way to the final cleanup, everything was "complete." No corners were cut, I didn't have to ask for anything.
In my case, there was some additional work that was required (I had suspected and told Vlad to be careful). When the anticipated issue was exposed as they tore the roof off, I was shown a video to explain the extent of the problem and a price was immediately given. At that moment I was in a most vulnerable position and would have had to accept any fee requested. I have been in the residential construction industry for 47 years and I know that the additional price given to me was EXTREMELY fair.
I can only tell anyone looking for a new roof that working with Vlad and Alex will truly be a "worry free" experience. They are extremely competent, knowledgeable and most of all professional.
One last thing that is important here is Delaware; they actually respond!

I really enjoyed working with Vlad, Alex and crew. Vlad was very accommodating to my schedule. His guys worked hard on a hot day up on my roof. Pricing was good and service was good. I would hire them again!

Best of the best!!! Very efficient and prompt fast service. Our roof was in very very bad shape and Vladimir Smiro and his crew placed a tarp over the leak until he was able to replace the entire roof in one day in 100 degree heat. I experienced a leak in the sun room after a previous repair from a different contractor. Called VS Roofing and Valdimir came out and provided me a very thorough assessment of the projected job. He was very knowledgeable of the products he installs and provided all state and certification licenses. His team came out a week later and replaced the entire roof with quality GAF shingles. They did an excellent job I would recommended VS Roofing to anyone needing work.

Vlad and his crew did an amazing job! They responded quickly to the initial request for a quote and explained why roof replacement vs repair made the most sense. They were flexible with the roof replacement timing and the install crew were quick but thorough with the project from start to finish, taking one day as promised. Where’s the pride in workmanship today? You get what you pay for. Anyone can swing a hammer. If you want a job done right the first time and without leaks look no further. The owner was a roofer and still gets on the roof. Hands down excel in installing skylights. Four years later and no leaks. They are meticulous, clean, and treated the property as if it were their own.
