First class. Mark is one of the most honest, responsive, upstanding contractors out there. I had a roof leak that was coming through my front porch ceiling. I called and left a message. He called me back immediately and then came out to look at the job. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the asphalt shingles that were as close as possible. (The shingles I had were no longer made) and did the repair job at a more than fair price. I highly recommend Mark.

I've had great success with Mark and the team from Dirickson Creek Construction. They've repaired a deck/roof leak that required a complete rebuild, replaced attic fans, and repaired a minor leak. I also referred them to my clients, all who have been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I will say this again after getting a nasty phone call 6:30 at night yelling at us to remove the one star review. Had 10 AM appointment. WE called at 10:30 am and he forgot our appointment. Arrived at 11 AM. Spent all of 10 minutes, not thorough. Never checked back of roof where we also had an issue. Said would send estimate on 4-21-22. I Sent a follow up to Mark; a nice email on the 4-23-2022 to request and remind him of estimate. No response! We did not get an estimate to either our Email or Spam as he expects incoming messages to arrive with new top notch phones. I DO NOT LEAVE REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT HONEST, SORRY! We found another top notch roofer who was professional and honest also spent alot of time checking roof and a problem Mark didn't find. I don't expect a professional to yell at me when calling us. I hung up!

Mark Laros and Dirickson Creek are fantastic. We’ve used Mark and this company several times. The first time Mark came out was after a severe storm, from which we sustained lost shingles. Mark came out immediately and performed both the inspection and repair in a single visit. More recently, we required repair of a “boot” and an addition of a downspout gutter. Again, Mark’s response was very prompt, with both an inspection and then repairs. Mark and his workers are professional, courteous, responsive and timely. While our roof is currently sound due to Mark’s work/repairs, we’ll be sticking with Dirickson Creek Construction for all our roofing needs in the future. Mark’s a great guy!

He is professional, returns phone calls and shows up when scheduled. That is not always the case in this field! After a hurricane did major wind damage to one of my restaurants, these guys came out and gave me a fair estimate and helped plug any and all leaks left from the storm.

Dirickson Creek Construction did a phenomenal job on a 2nd story roof replacement at my house. The job presented a unique challenge as it was in very close quarters to a neighboring house (5 feet) and is a 12/12 steepness (I had a few companies come out for estimates not willing to do the job due to challenge level). Although this was a unique challenge, they arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner without disturbing the neighboring house. Mark (the owner) was very knowledgeable about the issues I was facing with the pre existing roof and resolved this problem. He was willing to take time explaining to me where the issues were and why the leaks occurred. While watching the crew work, I could tell they were all very experienced by the way they handled themselves on this difficult job. I could also tell they had great respect for their boss as he did for them! If you want a job done right by a well respected and hard working small business, you can't go wrong with Dirickson Creek. With all of that being said, they also beat every other estimate I received by $3,000+. Thanks again Dirickson!

After storm damage to my roof DCC was there very quickly and fixed the roof. Professional all the way including clean up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any of my roofing needs. Completely satisfied . Top notch

High quality work at a very fair price, and Mark and his crew were very dependable. We had some weather delays but Mark was great with communication throughout the process. I had the team at dirickson at my home on two different occasions to install new shingles on a sun room and shed. Each time they showed up exactly when they said they would, finished exactly when they said they would and, charged me exactly what they initially quoted. They kept very clean job site as welll, extremely happy with the job they did. Highly recommend!

This was the most amazing work I have ever had done here at the beach. Mark and his team are amazing. Mark gave me a price for the work, the same day I called for a quote. He then said it would be about 2 weeks till he could get it done. He called the next morning and said he had a cancellation for the next day and would we like him to start the job earlier.
His crew showed up on time and had the entire roof stripped and properly hauled away and a new roof and skylight installed by noon and it looked amazing.

If I could give him a rating of 10 I would. 5 stars does not feel good enough for this work.
