Everything and everyone at C&B was outstanding. No doubt about it, having to deal with something as critical as water in a crawlspace or basement can be extremely "nerve-wracking", which happened to us last month. However, C&B took care of absolutely everything. We couldn't be happier with how things were handled. From the moment when we first called them until they wrapped things up at the end, their professionalism, knowledge, attitudes, outcome......everything......was terrific! If you encounter anything in your future needing restoration, we're positive C&B will not disappoint you. Don't be afraid to call them right away.

Tyler, Mike, and the rest of the crew did a great job assessing the water damage to my house, drying/removing all the damaged material, cleaning up the mold, and cleaning up the work area. Very professional and very fast workers. Overall, a great experience working with C&B.

Manny Diaz-Lopez is a very professional mitigation crew chief. He runs a very well organized team. He keeps the customer informed through all steps of the work. He has the team clean up and leave the work area safe for the customer to walk-through. Manny answers all questions and is easy to work with. I highly recommend him and his team from C&B Complete.

Mike came to our house to check for humidity in the laundry room which had a leak. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He picked up all the equipment in the crawl space and the laundry room. He was friendly and professional

I cannot speak highly enough about this company!!
My plumbing company highly recommended them and I can understand why. When I first called, the receptionist was very efficient, thorough and friendly. On my appointment day, the technician, Tyler, showed up exactly on time and put shoe covers on his feet as he entered my home.
He did a thorough investigation of my ductwork…even wedging himself into the attic on a very hot day. After identifying the problem, he took care of it immediately…he literally had a microbiological cleaner in his truck and wiped away my mold, something I could have easily done but he offered to do himself.
Afterwards, he cleaned up after himself and was on his way.
Tyler was truly a pleasure to meet…a very friendly, conversant and interesting young man.
Highly recommend both he and C&B!!!

Ruben was on time, introduced himself, explained what he was here for. Very respectful and nice young man. You don't meet a lot of young people today who are polite and considerate, he deserves a raise or at least lunch from his boss. Thanks for everything C&B

We had a leak in our laundry room which spread to an adjacent bedroom and hallway. Liz, Ruben, Mike, Patrick and the whole team at C&B Complete competently handled the mitigation phase of our recovery and did a great job explaining every step of the process.

Water coming from upstairs waterline. C/B came out after plumber's finished and pulled out drywall and floor, put dehumidifiers and all was good to reconstruct within 5 days.

Editing my review because I was uneducated about how the mitigation process worked when I originally wrote my review but after receiving a phone call from Chris yesterday and he explained to me how the process works, I now understand and I appreciate the fact that Chris cared enough to give me a phone call and to hear what I had to say. You can tell that customer satisfaction is his utmost priority. Thank you Chris for the phone call and for giving me some clarity and helping me to better understand the process. I appreciate you for your time. 5 stars! To be clear, I had no issue with the service! The crew was great.

The reason for the 3 stars is simply because of the price. The company its self did a great job with the mitigation. The second reason for the 3 stars was because I hired this company due to the fact that I read they were a COMPLETE project company, I thought this was already stressful and if they can do the entire project without having to search for another contractor to do the Reno work then it would be less stressful on me. The night that I called, I asked, how much is this going to cost me? I was told, no money is due until the mitigation is done. I still should have asked how much it would be because just the mitigation alone took almost half of what my insurance check was for $3,653.39 to be exact. I would hate to see what a bigger project would have cost. Except now I have to get all the repairs done. Patrick did mention that the company wouldn’t be able to do the Reno work when he came out after the project was already started. what I should have done was had c&b come get their equipment ( fans & dehumidifier) and send me a bill for that. It just doesn’t sit well with me that you only will do the mitigation work but not the complete work because I’m 1 hour and 14 mins away and if I were 1 hour away, then you would have. 14 mins and you couldn’t make this 1 exception. Aside from my disappointment:( the staff was courteous and respectful of my home. I’m just upset about the pricing not being transparent and getting slapped with a huge bill and that I had to find a contractor to do the repair work.

We had a water leak and contacted C&B as soon as we found it. They came out the same afternoon and started the mitigation process. Over the past week we have had several C&B employees working in our home periodically. All have been very professional, courteous and thorough in their explanations. One of the gentleman who was moving items out of our kitchen told me to not be afraid to ask for something a particular way because they were there to help make things easier on us. In a situation that has been a little overwhelming, to say the least, I cannot tell you how nice it was to hear that. Even through the process of removing our kitchen cabinets, drywall, and flooring, they kept everything so tidy! I have been so impressed and extremely pleased by C&B. I wish no one had to go thru this, but if you do, you will not be disappointed with this company!

Our Clubhouse Had significant water damage from a frozen water pipe. C&B was recommended by our Property Manager at SeaScape. I wanted a A+ job and C&B delivered. The communication and performance by this company exceeded my expectations. Hats off from beginning to end! Mallory, Mike Alba, Jim Mauser, Pat Molloy, Dylan Spoko did a wonderful job for our community Clubhouse.

My experience with C&B warrants a 10 for superior service. Greg, Ruben and Pierson could not have been more professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my issues and in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any complete cleaning that is needed.

Ruben was great-came early with heads up text message. Able to fix the outage and determined the room was dry and equipment could be removed which really helped. Excellent service.

I had a great experience working with Patrick from C&B Complete. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the next steps. His attention to detail and patience made the process much easier during a stressful time. Ruben went the extra mile by vacuuming up inches of junk in my return duct and putting down plastic sheeting on my exposed sub flooring so my dogs would not harm their paws.

This company came out to my house after we had some water damage to our crawl space. They came in, installed fans & humidifiers, removed all wet insulation, sanitized & applied mold & mildew resistance spray, & cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Corey West was most respectfull, courtious, & friendly throughout the whole process.
