Working with Voyager on our new deck build was hands-down the best home improvement experience we've ever had! From start to finish the quality of service, attention to detail, and expert execution were of the highest standards.

On the sales and initial consulting end, Keith was generously informative with providing ideas and plan variations. He always promptly responded to our questions (and there were many!). His enthusiasm for our project kept us excited. In the office, Cassy kept us informed of scheduling, timelines, and overall coordination of activities (footings, materials delivery, demolition, build, inspection). She also advocated with the city to get our permitting after some delay.

The fabulous builders -- Jimmy and Joe -- built our deck as if it were their own. They were committed to getting everything right, with an eye to both structural integrity, functionality, and the aesthetic of the finished product. We're grateful for their attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. It's something that Voyager's lengthy workmanship warranty can stand behind.  Finally, project manager Matt kept in close touch with the project, often making onsite visits, communicating with the crew and ourselves, keeping us apprised of any issues and next steps.

Bottom line --  We love our beautiful new deck so much we're already thinking about our next Voyager project!

We love our new deck from Voyager! From the initial design consulting meeting to finished product, we are happy. Keith, our sales & design consultant, spent a lot of time with us asking what we wanted & how we could accomplish it. I wanted a curve in the deck & he guided us to the materials necessary to make that dream a reality. Once construction started, Cassy kept us informed of progress. A top notch and professional team at Voyager. We also got gutters on our home & that team was also excellent, making sure we were happy with the placement. I highly recommend Voyager. I love sitting on my deck, enjoying the lovely view and design.

We had a great experience working with Voyagers for our siding, soffits, and fascia project. Cory worked with us to create a vision for the final product and was so easy to communicate with. Vern and Milton’s team were also so professional and extremely hard workers. You could tell they cared about their craftsmanship and doing a good job. They also were great at clean up each day and we rarely found any nails/debris after the project wrapped up. The stone and wood siding is the before and the cypress vinyl siding with the cobblestone shakes is the after.

The installation crew (Jim & Joe) were very meticulous in the work they did and were able to get the job done within our deadline.
The deck looks awesome and we have had several positive comments from friends, family , and neighbors on the finished deck.

We hired Voyager to resurface our deck. Our wood stairs and railings were rotting, so the deck was no longer safe. Keith was patient and knowledgeable as he walked us through the PVC and composite options. I really like that he came with samples so we could see the products up close. We received quotes from several companies and found Voyager to be fairly priced -- and they have an outstanding warranty. The dedicated team members for each phase of the project were responsive to any questions we had. From start to finish, the project went better than any other home improvement project we've undertaken. I highly recommend Voyager!

I would recommend Voyager to anyone looking for exterior improvements to their home. We started our deck journey in December of 2023 and after going over all of the design options and material choices and layout with Keith we were ready to get started. Upon applying for the permit we ran into a bunch of easement and non-compliance issues with the city that were unknown to us when we purchased the home. Cassy was in regular contact with us for over a year as we worked through every step the city and county required before our deck could be built. When we were finally approved Matt got started ASAP and Voyager even honored the original contract. The building process was a breeze and the communication was outstanding. Our new deck is something we will enjoy for many years to come. There was one minor thing we didn't like after completion and they had someone out to quickly remedy it no questions asked. I'm so glad we chose Voyager, I can only imagine how much more stressful a lesser company could have made this process. If we need any more exterior work done they will be our first call. I will try to post pictures but it's hard for me to get a good angle due to the size and layout of the deck. We would like to thank everyone again at Voyager for their amazing work, communication and customer service!

Our decking experience was 5 stars with Voyager. Cory completed the free estimate and answered all my questions thoroughly. We did have a lower bid from another company but after looking at the quality of the materials voyager was using higher quality materials. We are in our forever home so it made sense to get higher quality materials that we know would last. The team that came out were professional, clean, friendly and incredibly fast. The only hiccup was the dumpster that was delivered made a dent in our driveway. This was resolved within a few weeks where a company came out and patched it. Communication was great throughout the project and after to make sure we were happy with the result. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Voyager replaced my wood deck with composite materials. They were the best home improvement company we have worked with. The Voyager team did a great job. They were very efficient and completed our entire deck project, including tear down of upper and lower decks and installation of a new upper deck in only a day and a half. Voyager made updating our 25 year old cedar deck to TimberTech easy from start to finish. The salesperson (Sam) listened to our requirements and provided a product within Timber Teck that met our needs. The carpenters (Aaron and Jodi) worked every day for a week without interruption. They removed existing decking, repaired structure, and installed new decking with craftsman quality. We were impressed that work area was safe and clean each day. We strongly recommend Voyager Decks.

We hired Voyager to replace our failing hardboard siding with Hardie Board - Evening Blue. Their bid was competitive, they repaired unexpected framing damage and stayed on schedule. We get complements on the house all of the time and couldn't be happier.

We had siding put on our house and garage. They had a big crew so it got done quickly and cleaned up every evening since we have our granddaughter here daily. They were also friendly and respectful. Good at answering any questions I had.

We could not be happier with our Voyager experience from start to finish. Cory made a professional sales pitch without any pressure, and their quote was very competitively priced. The crew worked their butt off and finished in just four days while still doing quality work. My experience with Voyager siding, roofing and decks company was not good. I needed to build 12”x20” deck and I had to find a company that has good reviews, experienced and loyal. Got more than 10 quotes from small deck builders to big companies. I didn’t have enough knowledge and experience about deck before . After I received about 10 different quotes from different people or deck builders, I learned a lot about deck like how to build it, about materials and so on.Voyager was one of the ten deck builders that it gave me a quote . I know it’s hard make a decision to pick the best deck builder. After spending a lot research and reading their google reviews, I decided to hire voyager to build my deck. The sales man looks good and loyal , I trust him and I signed a contract agreement with him and I paid half of the price for down payment.After one month of the contract agreement they called me and they had all the materials and they received the permit from the city and told me that they would start building the deck with in the week. I was happy and I could not wait until they built my new deck. After a week they came in and started measuring and preparing. When I looked at them they don’t look like Voyager employees but they are sub contractors. I asked them if they are Voyager employees or a sub contractors. One of them said they are a sub contractors.They were 3 guys. One of them speaks English but the other 2 guys are not speaking English at all. Called the project manager whose name is Matt and asked him if they have employees and why the company uses a sub contractor. He said they are qualified sub contractors who worked for them. He also said that the company has employees but if they use their employees your deck project will be delayed by one month. I was not happy about at all because I didn’t want a subcontractor build my deck . I said ok go ahead and do it now because I don’t want to wait another month .Next day three guys came in and started working on the deck .Only one of them speaks english ,they were employees for the sub contractor guy .The sub contractor guy was not with them . Was watching how they were working on it and asked questions to the guy who speaks English.He looked smart and knew what he was doing. On the 3rd day of the building, the guy who speak English had to leave early. He told and showed to the other guys what they need to do and left. The other two guys were not comfortable doing it but they worked on it. On the fourth day, the sub contractor , the guy who speak English and the other two guys came in.when the sub contractor looked the deck and noticed that they mad mistakes on the deck. He was not happy he was yelling out to them and showed them the drawing and the print.. I went out and asked him if everything was okay. He said that they made mistakes and they are going to re do it. The mistake was picture frame material installed on the stairs and handrails was installed before picture frame installed. To correct the mistake they had to remove the whole handrails , remove the material that installed around the deck and replace by picture frame material ,removed all the stairs and replace by the right material . I personally don’t like reworking. Reworking cost time , materials and affect the quality . After the completion of the project the city had to come and inspection, the city didn’t pass the deck 1st time . The inspector gave me a list of things that needed to be corrected . They had to correct and the inspector had to come back next day for re inspection.The owner , the sales man and the project manager look great personally but my experience with Voyager was not good. I am not criticizing them but they need to fix this kind of problem not to happen to someone in the future .

Everyone from sales to project managers to the 3 man crew were personable, professional and true craftsmen. Everything was done on schedule. The deck is beautiful. Their pricing was very competitive with no surprises.

After a very lengthy process of interviewing siding contractors, we choose Voyager Roofing Siding & Decks and could not be happier with both the company and the results. We wanted James Hardie siding and while many companies claim to be able to install it, Voyager is a James Hardie Preferred contractor. That's extremely important especially after seeing some "hack jobs" done on Hardie siding installed by some other contractors. Voyager does it right, is very professional, pays attention to detail, provided us with a beautiful job, and was very competitive on price. Throughout the process Jeff Conde was a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was done to a very high standard. Milton and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job. Even the building inspector said "Wow - they did a really nice job; you've got some challenging angles and areas to side!". Bottom line - Siding is a big investment; I cannot imagine a better company or better people than those we've encountered at Voyager; 5 stars doesn't seem like enough!

I had Voyager put on a new deck. They were very easy to work with. I had Sam for a sales rep, and he was very responsive to our emails. He quoted several different options for us, and then requoted again when we made changes to where we wanted the stairs, size of the deck, etc. I felt bad making him requote so many times, but we finally got exactly what we wanted. I am very happy with his help during that planning stage. And the prices were competitive. Cassy was our project manager, and she made sure everything went very smoothly. The materials arrived, footings installed, deck built, and inspected all within 1 week. They were efficient. I had Eric and his crew for the build. And I was so impressed with them. Eric was super friendly. These guys were master carpenters, and they did a beautiful job. They were also very efficient with their time. Also, I had to smile when I walked by them and heard the music they were listening to. Usually, I'd expect a construction crew to be blasting heavy metal rock music. They had worship music softly playing as they worked. They were just good people. They did a great job cleaning up and putting my retaining wall back in place. Five stars from start to finish.

Voyager was quick with communication and the work performed. Pricing was fair. And I haven’t found a single errant nail in my yard! I’m grateful to the attentive crew.

From start to finish Voyager surpassed my expectations in our deck build. Our initial estimate consultation was informative and Cory was so understanding while my toddler ran around keeping me on my toes. We had many roadblocks (on our end) and each one Voyager was so understanding and patient. When it came time to move the process along and get building they were ontop of it all! The crew installing our deck was AMAZING! They were so friendly and even played silly faces through the windows while our children watched. That in itself was worth every dollar. Our project manager continued to check in frequently and the end result we could not be more excited about. Our deck is stunning. Our neighbors love our deck… our family loves our deck. We recently had Voyager replace our cedar siding with James Hardie. From start to finish, communication was great. If issues came up, we were able to easily work thru them (unlike some past contractors where they went silent). Overall, we love our new siding and enjoy receiving compliments on it. Crews were meticulous in both phases and work areas were cleaned up each day. Any questions I had could be sent by phone or text and I received immediate responses. Best of all supervisors were very personable and delighted in assisting me to complete the remake of my home. I had brief contacts with my insurance company because they handled all that too!
