I had a new metal roof, cedar roofing replaced, and new gutters installed. The quality of work was very good and Justin was great throughout the process. He goes the extra mile and is always calm to explain things. I needed help for my project quickly and Justin got a crew out to my house within days. At the end when there were a few follow-ups he didn't hesitate to take action. Fully recommend Justin and this company to all!

In a sea of sub par, Justin is a rare gem. Justin is knowledgeable, meticulous, detailed-oriented AND kind. It’s clear that he takes pride in the work and the projects he takes on. He genuinely cares about the outcome, and the people he does the work for. I had been referred to him by a friend and former owner of a building company. She had raved about the work he had done for her and her company. We had recently had roofing and window work done by another company (we didn’t know about Justin at the time) and the company refused to acknowledge that there were any the issues despite some glaringly obvious functional and aesthetic issues. We were left with more issues than we had to begin with. Our windows not only looked horrible, but were now leaking. Out of desperation, I reached out to Justin and he generously offered to come and “take a look” on a Saturday at no cost to us. We did pay him despite his willingness to do as a kindness- though, I am certain less than his going rate. Unheard of. He spent over two and a half hours doing a thorough inspection and taking pictures, up and down a 15 foot ladder! He went the extra mile out of the goodness of his heart and he didn’t even know us. He helped us get resolution. After six months of back and forth, our windows were finally done correctly! Thank you, Justin!

Thrilled! We hired Justin for an association project - replacing 52 mailboxes (in 14 clusters) with a locked mailbox style. He discussed the job beforehand, we discussed what the project would entail, and signed the contract. Justin was very open to small tweaks along the way, and answered my many questions.

We ran into one unexpected event after installation, and even though the final payment had been made, Justin came back to make an adjustment on every box. It was actually quite a bit of extra work, but it needed to be done, and he took care of it.

Justin stands behind his work, is a great communicator, does what he agrees to do (and went above and beyond for us). I would enthusiastically recommend him for other projects. Thanks Justin!

I contacted Justin to get a quote on a new roof for a detached garage. Instead of just getting a new garage roof, Justin found hall damage on my house. All in all, I got a new roof AND new siding and Justin did all of the work dealing with the insurance company. I would use The Expert Co again and highly recommend them.

Justin and his crew were awesome! I had a metal roof, shingle style, replace a traditional asphalt shingle. I received four estimates from different contractors and Justin was not only competitive but upon speaking with him I knew right away he was the person I wanted to do the job.
His crew showed up on time every day and were excellent at cleaning up each day.

Great contractor to work with, after storm, 1st insurance inspection was only to pay for half of my roof on house and garage called the Expert Company they inspected and after his inspection insurance paid full replacement cost of roof. Crew was top notch, cleaned up everything once job was complete. Justin put allot of his own time to get the job done right. Would highly recommend his company.

We had a hail storm come through and leave damage on our roof. Justin was very responsive and diligent to come out, look at the damage, give us a quote and help us work with our home owners insurance. He communicated well on what to expect from him and his team and his team was very respectful. I would work with them again and recommend them to others.

The Expert Co. replaced my mom’s roof in St.Paul. They did a wonderful job, were courteous and thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and Justin was very helpful with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

We worked with Justin and The Expert Co when a large tree fell on the roof of our detached garage. Justin communicated with our insurance company and coordinated tree removal, structural repair, roofing and gutters. We are really pleased with the results. Justin was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the stages of the project.

I have had Justin do several jobs for me, and he has always been pleasant, accommodating, and listens to my needs and/or concerns. He is very honest and conscientious and will go that extra mile to make sure his clients are satisfied. There are not too many people you can trust these days, but you can definitely trust Justin! Continued issues with him leaving the gate open despite telling him to close it. Twice my dogs have gotten out- today one is gone! Sitting with crying kids while we try to find our pup.

Work continues to be an issue. Subpar workmanship- need to keep pushing to get things re-done professionally. Don’t even want this guy back now!

He met with my Insurance Adjuster for several hours pointing out the major hail damage and was instrumental in us getting State Farm to honor the hail damage claim.
