Great experience all around. Austin showed up when he said he would to look at our roof and to do an estimate. He handled dealing with the insurance company and he obviously knows how to do that cause we were told by the insurance months ago that only half the roof would be covered for replacement but Austin got involved and boom entire roof now gets replaced! It got scheduled and Austin and the crew showed up and went to work. Complete tear off and replacement done on the house and two car garage all in one day! Roofs look great and the clean up was great! Highly recommended these guys and would definitely use them again if the need comes up.

I’m the home owner and I’m more than happy with their work. Not only have taken care of problems after installation with the guarantee but I also wrote a check over by $1300.00+. They caught the discrepancy before leaving and I was able to rewrite another check. They could have kept the extra and I wouldn’t have been the wiser. That kind of honesty is very rare. Back in March 2025, during a windstorm, we lost a large number of shingles. Von Eric Roofing sent Wayne out to assess the damage, and he determined that in order to fix it we would need to replace the roof.

Von Eric Roofing helped us work with insurance, sending building codes and documentation to prove to insurance the need for a replacement. While we waited for insurance they put a tarp on our roof to protect it, as it was a long process dealing with insurance. The tarp held up great during all the rain in April. Insurance approved our claim, and then Von Eric came out and replaced our roof in just one day. The crew they brought out did an excellent job, and cleaned up well afterwards.

Their whole team are very efficient, great communicators, friendly, and very kind. They were honest with us throughout the entire process, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely work with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area.

Wow, just wow! Wayne And Austin have a wonderful product in Malarky shingles that exceeded my expectations! Both of these honorable men handled my roofing project very well with a superior product. After reviewing Malarky vista shingle, it certainly is very durable and environmentally friendly product that carry’s a class 4 rating with 130mph wind rating with 40year product warranty.
