Great contractor!! Reasonable and responsive! Such a pleasure to do business with Dan, he clearly takes pride in all his work, a perfectionist! And I really appreciated it! He's all about the details and quality! There's a right way to do things and Dan knows this, he gives 100% to the project, focused and easy to do business with and Dan is definitely fair! His first quote was in the ballpark what i had expected, then the job required more work, I had a feeling which is why I got several quotes, some were handyman companies, no no, I'm just so glad i found Dan, the job required a contractor not a handyman, yet Vista Exteriors price was still fair, it was a lot of work, I saw it myself, so yes, it required a little more but Dan knew exactly what to do, he's efficient and organized and i feel he was honest! He doesn't waste any time and he's busy! But this was the best experience I've had working with a contractor, and now i feel peace of mind.

Also, Dan is careful and thoughtful, from beginning to end, and at the end. he cleaned everything up so well! Great guy to work with and customer service oriented, just a great company! I highly recommend Vista Exteriors, So hard to find anyone this professional these days who provides this level of quality work, reasonable, and customer service oriented! Sorry it's a little long bu this was my experience and what i would want to know, and i can say my home project was in the right hands!

I had a great experience working with Dan at Vista Exteriors. He responded quickly—even on the weekend—which was a huge plus. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Dan! Selling my house and the inspector found a few things wrong with the roof. The buyer had a roofer come out and quote the job for $800. I called Dan and he was completely honest with me and gave me a quote that was way more accurate and fair and didn’t rip me off like the first guy did. I really cannot say enough about Dan's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. He quoted us a very fair price for a leak at the point where our porch roof met our house. I learned from Dan that this is called a transition.

Dan thought it might take 2-2.5 hours & it took about 3.5 hours after he uncovered everything up there.

He did not ask for more than he initially quoted as he cares more about satisfying his customer than he does about money. We gave him more on our own because he earned it!

After the rains we've had the past two days (about a week after roof repair), Dan has followed up to ensure that all is well.

Dan is the Man!!

Dan came to my house after a tree fell onto the corner of my house and damaged several tiles, the surrounding stucco and metal parts. He was honest, knowledgeable, and he just has such a kind demeanor...and his communication was perfect, when he said he was going to be here at 9, he was, every time!

His work is perfect, you cannot even tell that work had to be completed because of his attention to detail.

The most impressive part about Dan, is that we had a small mishap, his stucco worker accidentally hit the hose pipe while trying to mix the cement, he immediately called me, and was at my house with 20 min to remedy the situation. What neither of us realized, is that is caused an unfortunate leak into our guest room in which we did notice for up to 5 days later as it came through the internal wall to the house. It was on a Sunday that I discovered the leak, and by Monday at 9am, he was at my house in fix and detective mode, we got a plumber out, he removed the carpet as it was saturated, and the baseboards, and he took full 100% responsibility for it and made sure to cover and pay for any damage. He handled it with complete professionalism, integrity and as much as it sucked for him, he remained kind and positive. He completed the baseboards, drywall, and paint himself, and paid for the new carpet. And truthfully, again, his attentional to detail was noticeable as you cannot even tell we had an issue.

Accidents happen, but Dan handled this with professionalism, promptness, and showed how ethical and honest he was....which is all hard to find these days. His work is amazing, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely call him again for roof work and will refer him out to all my friends when in need.

Dan responded to my request within a few minutes. He gave me a quote on a small job for my patio cover withing 2 days which was Very reasonable. Other companies weren't interested a small project. Great text communication and followed up on everything he said he would do. Also came back few days later to remove my old satellite dishes and slight roof repair for no charge!

After a storm dislodged a single tile on our roof, we were dismayed by other companies quoting $300-500 just for an estimate.

Dan provided an excellent service for my roofing repair needs. Discovered my roof tiles have been blown off by the winds and Dan was able to come estimate and fix same day within an hour. He also provided suggestions on sealing areas, cracks, etc. Awesome service and will 100% call him again!

Thank you, Dan and the team at Vista exteriors for our brand new roof! We had just closed on this house and inherited a 37-year-old roof! We had a tight timeline in order to get the roof installed because we work from home and did not want to be in the house while they were installing. Dan was able to come through and move his schedule around in order to install our roof before we moved in! They were able to get the roof done on a 2400 square-foot house in two days and also replaced and repainted some damaged fascia! I received several quotes and their prices were the best with the quickest turnaround, and the best customer service. Highly recommended!

Dan did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters. I highly recommend his services. He was prompt, provided a free and accurate estimate and completed the job on time. He took extra care to lay down drop clothes to catch any debris. When he was finished he used a leaf blower to to make sure everything was better than when he started. A+ service!

Dan and his team were beyond professional. They arrived early and stayed late and completed this huge job in only 3 days!! We had massive storm damage, not only did they replace the roof but they also stuccoed, repaired and painted, they are a full service company. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs!!

I highly recommend Dan at Vista Exterior. He is experienced and worked in the industry for so many years. He will go give you an honest opinion as to what is going on. He has experience working with insurance carriers and knows the ins and outs of that. He therefore knows when you put a claim in your home insurance there ARE ramifications to the home owner so it's not always in the best interest of the home owner to put in the home claim -- even IF it could be in his best financial interest because Dan has integrity But that said Dan does know that fine line to say when it IS in the best interest of the home owner to put in that home claim..... and will work with the home owner even when the insurance carrier drags their feet..... I cannot speak higher for Dan In this world when there aren't enough businesses with integrity I CAN tell you Dan and his company is one where they return phone calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time -- IF he doesn't answer the call when you call.... He'll do everything in his power to make everything in his power to make everything as easy and smooth as possible including estimates ASAP & etc Dan is one of the good ones for sure!

Excellent work by this company! They were very responsive, came when they said they would be here, and did a great job on my roof repair. A huge cactus had fallen on our roof during a storm so we had broken tiles of course but also underneath the tiles were all cracked too so they fixed all of that and at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.

Dan was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a time crunch and he went above and beyond to make sure my roof was taken care of and that I got the documentation I needed. If your needing a roofer I highly recommend him.
