Jacob called before coming out and said he would be to my place in 30 minutes. He arrived on time and notified me when arriving. He went under the house and replaced filter to humidifier, cleaned and inspected all components and gave me recommendations for insulation repair (card for company that do this). He was very friendly and professional. A great representative of Virginia Foundation Solutions!

Our technician, Jacob, was great. He was on time, called 15 minutes before he arrived, helped us locate the crawlspace access in our new home. He was super efficient to get everything taken care of, put back and explained to us to ensure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. Really happy with the service.

Caden was terrific. He arrived on time, very courteous, and went straight to work to figure out the issue. He found its source, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to try to get a solution.

Excellent customer service by everyone we have contact with at VFS. Today was our annual inspection and Caden was great! He communicated with updates to arrival time (100% in the scheduled window), and he was super friendly and professional during his time at our home. We had a couple of questions which he was able to answer, and provided a follow up written report on our crawl space.

I’ve been doing business with VFS for almost 10 years and am always impressed with their customer service and mechanical skill. Today Jacob inspected my crawl space and equipment. He was very thorough and provided me with a detailed repot about the condition. I was very pleased with today as I usually am.

Uriel and his crew were here everyday on time and had necessary equipment and materials. They always let me know upon arrival and when they were leaving each of the four days. Any questions I had were answered by him or Nolan or Mikey. Mikey’s thorough explanations and follow up landed the job. Well done.

Caden called ahead to give us an estimate on when he would arrive and he was there about that time. He let us know everything he was doing and recommended improvements but was not pushy about it. He was very nice and respectful.

I did some 11 referrals to V.F.S. in the past but after Danny unofficially turned the running of this company over to his daughter and stepped into the shadows they appear to have put their energies into aggressive sales and forgot about customer service entirely and I can no longer recommend them to anybody. My VFS team was awesome! Sami, José and William worked diligently on my crawl space and floors along with demoing two bathrooms to ready my next project. The work is not easy and the results of my sinking floors back to level status amazed me. Hard working, respectful and knowledgeable. Lino and Michael worked on an outside corner of my home to correct my foundation and brick, another thing I thought was impossible to fix. I can only hope that if I need any additional work I get the same team!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated with VFS. Communication was easy, responsive, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The Gray Crew did a good job with limiting their noise (full disclosure, this is NOT a quite processes but they did a good job at reducing the noise when I needed it) and clean up. When the Gray Crew left my home, it was as if no one had been there... except of course when you looked in the crawlspace. Overall I would recommend.

Jacob was terrific! He went above and beyond my expectations. Our dehumidifier hasn't worked in over two years, yet he worked on it and got it working temporarily. Although he spent a good 45 min or more working on it, he refused to charge us for the service. He was very helpful and humble.

I am so pleased with Cadan & Jacob's work at our house. We needed preventative maintenance on crawl space dehumidifier, and they went above and beyond. They arrived early (yay!) and thoroughly inspected the crawl space in addition to proper upkeep on the dehumidifier. I always ask a lot of questions & they professionally answered each one. The Gray Crew was professional and well trained providing excellent service. They made sure that my husband and I stayed well for informed about every step in the installation process showing pictures after the work was completed. Forman, Joel was very considerate taking time to explain details so that we could actually understand how this fix strengthens our foundation. Jacob came to maintain my dehumidifier under my house. He helped with our until and replaced a battery for our sensor.

My name is Lisa B., and I love this company. I used another local foundation repair company and was so disappointed. When I called VFS, a representative came out to view my issue and assured me that water will never come in my house again. I didn't say it to him, but yeah, right. I didn't believe him. Matter of fact, after VFS came out and fixed the problem - if there were rain storms, I would go to my den and put my bare foot on the floor to feel for wetness. I didn't want to see it. I was traumatized (and for those who have experienced flooding in their homes they know the feeling). I did my barefoot test for 2yrs. Now, all I do is look forward to the guys annual servicing of my sump pump.Today Jon and Kyle came out. It was my first time meeting Kyle. He was just as nice as Jon. They are so professional and very respectful. They seem like friends you have known forever. When you ask a question they take time with you and help you understand. You receive a maintenance check off sheet of service performed and you get your annual refrigerator reminder magnet. I'm here to tell anyone this is the company you need for your home's foundation repair. You will not go wrong.

Had Virginia Foundation Solutions come out do some preventative maintenance on the system they installed two years ago - servicing the dehumidifiers and the sump pumps. We had two great technicians come out, Caden and Jacob. They were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. A first class visit. I've had a good experience with VFS for the past 6-7 years since they encapsulated my crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. I've been especially pleased the last two years with John. He is very friendly, helpful and humble. He has gone above and beyond what is expected in helping me with my dehumidifier; pulling it out when it needed repair and recommending a repair shop.

VFS came out to inspected an encapsulation they completed two years ago. Caden was prompt and very courteous. Went to work right away and gave me a report on the dehumidifier and crawlspace. I will reccomend VSI to anybody that needs a encapsulation.

Caden did our annual maintenance today . He did a fantastic job. He found our crawlspace dehumidifier was unplugged, and immediately plugged it back in. We would have never known. Caden also pointed out some water pooling and gaver me a plummer recommendation. He is a very knowledgeable and professional worker. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor, it means alot. Jacob came out for my annual check up. Called a half hour ahead to let me know he was on the way, let me know what he was doing and just all around great engagement with a top of the line company.

July 2025, Jacob from VFS just came and did our annual inspection. He found one of the Sump Pumps needed to be replaced. No waiting for parts, crazy upselling, or charging outrageous fees, just replaced what needed to be replaced! He was super prompt and friendly. Explained everything else was working great and would see us next year.

My interactions with everyone from this company continues to way exceed my expectations!

Had water in my crawl space and interviewed several companies. Each company had a unique way of handling the water. VFS’ recommendations made the most sense and was 2/3 the price of JES. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Mikey was the sales rep and not pushy in the least. He educated us rather than sold us. He gave options and didn’t push the most expensive option. Joe and the Blue team was professional and customer service oriented. Joe made sure that we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. Provided me with pictures and offered to take me on a tour of my crawl space to show me what they did. It’s been over 24 hours since they completed the job and nobody has even called to collect final payment (I tried to pay before they left but that person had already left the office). I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Virginia Foundation Solutions did an encapsulation in my craw space. They provided excellent, professional and friendly service. I have an annual inspection every year. Caden has done my annual inspection the past two years or so and he provides exceptional customer service. He is professional, thorough and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. I am very pleased with his work. I would recommend Caden and VFS to anyone needing work on their house craw space and foundation.

Replaced dehumidifier and removed old unit in crawl space. Caden did an excellent job of getting this 70pound unit into a difficult area despite having to crawl most of the way, past piping/ductwork - 5 star effort!
Explained new unit well and also a very pleasant young man - nice to see now a days!
