Really having some challenges with the Vinyltech job. Its hard to get a hold of management and when you call the Vinyltech customer service line they only offer to connect you with a different sales person that does not call back. The job done to my house damaged shingles, was expensive, makes it look worse, and prevents me from cleaning the gutters without slicing my hand. Very disappointed. The sales representative has been willing to entertain repairs but its slow getting responsiveness. It all stems from the fact that they needed to run flashing from the eaves into the gutter to ensure the water drained into the gutter. Instead of using a trimmed piece of two inches they used so much that it covered the gutters. When I asked them to fix it the same crew came back out and shoved it futher under my shingles doing roof damage, making the flashing look wavy, and in some spots leaving gaps. I would think for getting my whole house wrapped in gutters and the amount of money I paid that I would not regret it and need this much follow up. The best part is that when you call Vinyltech they told me that only their dedicated full time crews do the jobs but this is not the case.

Vinyl tech did a super job replacing my carport and lanai roof. I can' say enough about Chris. I'm sure I drove him crazy with work order changes, but he answered every text or call I made on the same day---sometimes within minutes. He was very patient, and a pleasure to do business with.

Dave Cloyd was very professional and extremely helpful in getting all of my repairs figured out and I was given a comparable price. I needed a lot of repairs after Hurricane Milton, and VinylTech was the only company that could handle all of the damages.
I really liked having one contractor do it all, and Dave was great to work with.
Omar, and his guys, were very hardworking and extremely kind and did a fantastic job with the siding and other repairs. I would recommend Omar to anyone since it seems he can repair anything, and was so very nice.

James Clesi was extremely communicative and quick to respond! Our windows were damaged in an accident, and once the windows arrived his team was able to install them quickly, efficiently and left no mess! Would absolutely call James next time we need windows done!

I purchased a new roof and gutters with Vinyltech. While the installation went relatively smooth, I have had to contract another company to repair both less than three years later.

The gutters flooded because they did not install the proper amount of downspouts (which they blamed on me for not wanting one in the front of the house while not explaining the risks), and now the roof has developed leaks because the edge was not done properly and is letting in water.

My advice is to look elsewhere.

Worked with Nick at Vinyltech to replace my existing roof with fortified roof. He maintained an excellent line of communication and went out of his way to ensure the job was done correctly per fortified standards. On October 12, while driving on I-49 near Alexandria, LA, I had the misfortune of encountering a driver of a black Toyota Tundra with Vinyl Tech Roofing signage. Not only did this individual recklessly tailgate me, creating a potentially hazardous situation, but they also demonstrated further carelessness. Once they managed to overtake my vehicle, they deliberately sprayed their windshield wiper solution, causing it to splash onto my windshield. This not only obstructed my vision but significantly impacted the safety of my driving. Such behavior is not just thoughtless; it directly endangers other road users and reflects poorly on Vinyl Tech Roofing as a company.

Due to this experience, I have decided never to use Vinyl Tech Roofing services. Furthermore, I will actively encourage friends, family, and colleagues to consider alternative companies that prioritize safety and professionalism both on and off the road.

I have been and will continue recommending Vinyltech to anyone who needs exterior work done to their home! I loved that everything felt so personal. Never once did it feel like I hired just some company. The “salesman” was not just a person there to sign you up then pass you to someone else. The person that you sign your contract with is the same person that handles EVERYTHING, from start to finish. Mike Labit needs a better title, because sales rep doesn’t cut it. He orchestrated every part of the job down to the smallest details. I initially hired them to replace my old, vinyl siding. It was stained and cracking in spots. They did such an amazing job. Once I found out they actually do more than just vinyl, I hired them for everything I needed. My house looks great with the new siding and I LOVE sitting on my brand new deck under the patio I’ve always wanted!!! 5 stars all the way around!

After quite a few fails, these guys came to replace our roof and gutters that were damaged in the storm, and they showed up with great communication, fair pricing, and quality work! The crew was here at 6:45am and on the roof at 7am, and the gutters were beautifully done. Both crews cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient! I already have them online for my next job! No run around, very professional, overall really nice people! 5 out of 5 & will hire them again!

I've used Vinyltech for years. They've done stucco work, gutters, and roofing work on our home. Everytime I've called they were on time and helpful throughout the process. This was especially the case after hurricane Ida. We had a roof that was leaking and gutters that were hanging off of our house. Trevor Bottorff showed up, accessed the situation and went to work. Our roof was secured then repaired before any more damage could take place. Gutters were changed out soon after. If I could give a 6th star I would!!!

Couldn’t be happier!!! Had to remodel my parents outside of their home. We went through Vinyltech. Their service and professionalism was by far the best. Trevor was our project manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a big task to complete and they were patient with all of our requests. From redoing the roofing, gutters and changing out the outdated windows. My house was extremely damaged from Hurricane Ida. I am so happy that I chose the Vinyltech team to help make my house a home again. My sales rep David Cloyd was very attentive & detail oriented. He made multiple site visits and made sure that everything was being installed properly. David was very professional and walked me through the process every step of the way almost like a paint by number. Would definitely recommend David Cloyd & the Vinyltech team.

When the power was restored and we returned from Ida, we found water inside but none in the attic and couldn’t find a leak. Fast forward to the first hard rain and we found the leaks. While catching rainwater in buckets in the attic, I frantically called vinyltech and someone was at my doorstep within 30 minutes. The rain never stopped and tarping began 2 hours later. An entire crew arrived to help stop the flow of water into my house. Once the adjuster finally did her thing and sent her report, vinyltech was at my house installing the roof two days later. 4000+ sqft of roof done in just one work day and the detached garage completed the following day. Dudes did a great job and were very easy to work with. Even cleaned up almost every nail. The house looks great. I hope I do not need a roof anytime soon but if I do, there are no other companies that I’d even consider.

In a day and age where good subs and vendors are hard to come by, Vinyltech has been a our go to source for all things regarding soffit, fascia, porch ceilings and gutters. Our rep, David Cloyd, is responsive, helpful and always available to us. He never hesitates to answer his phone, show up to a job site, or participate in solving problems. Don’t hesitate to use them.

This contractor was extremely unprofessional. They told me they would do the job “next week” for three months. I had to threaten to involving the police in order to get a refund on my payment. No work was ever performed. Go elsewhere as there are better companies in the city that will communicate with honesty and integrity.
