Initially would have rated job at 4 stars - withholding 1 star bc some of the work was a bit sloppy. However, upon informing Mr. Perdomo, he sent his crew back to rectify and they did so to my satisfaction. [I feel the job supervisor should have caught the issues.] In the end, 5 stars bc I was very pleased with the job after the issues were fixed so willingly [once brought to their attention]. I hired Perdomo Roofing to install a fortified roof. The job was completed in two days, and the new roof looks great. However, I found a small leak at the plumbing vent pipe in the attic when it rained. I called their office, and they immediately sent someone out the next day to caulk around the vent pipe on the roof and fix the leak. I really appreciated their quick response.

From start to finish Perdomo Roofing did a very good job for us installing a fortified roof. I got their name from a respected engineer friend, who gave them a strong recommendation. I only got one other quote, but Perdomo’s price was basically the same. So I suspect their pricing is fair, competitive and “right in the pocket.” In our dialogue about the job they were always expert, friendly, clear and helpful. As expected, they provided names of several independent inspectors to handle fortified certification. (That was a separate fee as is standard practice.) Cleanup appears thorough with no debris (including nails!) left on site. I think they are a very solid company.

My husband and I were referred to Perdomo roofing by neighbors and family. We set an appointment with Eric and were met the following week to discuss a new roof and gutters. He was very professional during his presentation and answered all of our questions. Fast forward to the roof installation, which was done in one day. we were very pleased with both the professionalism, speed and attention to detail on our new roof. We had recently had Perdomo replace our entire metal roof on our commercial building. Pricing was very reasonable and Larry and his crew are simply great at what they do. They completed the job sooner than expected and the finished product exceeded my expectations. These guys obviously take pride in their work and paid attention to every little detail. Larry was heavily involved during the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to par. Highly recommend and would hire again tomorrow if needed.

The young men were efficient and obviously well schooled in all aspects, from removal of our original roof, repair and replacement of weathered wood, and wonderful job of tiling. While here, they cleaned up the area and the foreman made sure everything was satisfactory . Thank you!

Perdomo did a very professional job. They arrived as scheduled, kept the worksite uncluttered and safe, removed all the debris, and the finished work looks great.
They installed 180 feet of warehouse building valley replacement gutter in 4 days. The worksite was left weathertight at the end of each day.

I couldn't be happier. The installers worked OT to finish the roof yesterday and came back this morning to clean up. They're currently passing over the gardens with their magnets to pickup the nails. We got a fortified roof and new gutters from Perdomo and I am extremely happy with our experience. Mr. Perdomo met with my husband to explain the process (which was extensive bc of being a fortified roof). The work began on time and was completed in 2 days. The workers tarped our pool and our garden beds to keep them nail/debris free. They also cleaned up at the end of each night. The crew came back the next morning and spend almost an hour picking up stray debris and using the magnet to find nails. Very impressed! Mr. Perdomo came out again with swatches to help us pick a gutter color. They look great! We are so happy that we chose Perdomo.

We cannot say enough good things about Perdomo Roofing! From the very start of the estimating process to helping us navigate our insurance claim, they were nothing but professional and efficient. Despite the chaos of our day-to-day school and church scheduling, they worked seamlessly to complete the project on time and within budget. Requested a quote for a low slope roof replacement on top of my covered back porch. They were punctual, dressed very nice, had all the fancy expensive gadgets, but rude.

I was told that as a homeowner I knew just enough to be dangerous (since I built the overhang) then the guy proceeded to tell me all of the different people he would have to get here and how much detail and skill it was going to require. Keep in mind this is a 5’ wide x 40’ long overhang nothing crazy.

So after I let him big league me and give his speech, I said ok we’ll what’s your price. He said well right now we are so busy with big jobs and we make so much money on putting on new roofs with asphalt shingles that you will just need to call me in 6 months and maybe I’ll have some guys to send here.

Total waste of time, and if you don’t have a easy job that makes them great returns you better keep shopping

Just so everyone else knows, materials on an asphalt roof is around $140 a SQ and labor is around $65 a SQ. So I standard 2000 SF house should be around $5,800. I’m sure these dudes are charging double or more

Eric Perdomo personally did the overview of my roof replacement in 2019. The job involved completely removing all the Spanish clay tiles, repairing the underlayment, adding a membrane barrier and then replacing all the Spanish tiles. The finished job was beautiful and now should last another 75 years. The most impressive aspect of their service came just last month. After 3 years, I noticed a bit of wood rot from the underfacing beadboard on my porch roof addition. Perdomo came out to assess the problem, determined it needed additional wall flashing that the carpenters had neglected to install, and them fixed the flashing, replaced the rotted wood panel and painted to match the original color; all outside of the warrantee and without any cost to me. This is truly a company that stands behind its work and is relentless in seeking complete customer satisfaction. They certainly have mine! You can’t go wrong with Perdomo.

A tornado ripped part of my apartment roof completely off. Perdomo Roofing repaired the roof in a timely manner and did a great fob!!

I interviewed three roofers to remove and reinstall my roof after Ida. I requested to meet each contractor so we could discuss the details. I did not get to meet with two contractors, they came without notice and received quotes via text message. Eric Perdomo was the only one who came to meet with us. He spent well over an hour with my wife going over the fine points of our job. Personal service seems to be lost these days but not so with Perdomo Roofing. A projected date was set and that date was met two weeks in advance. The crew arrived at 7am as well as the job supervisor and all materials needed. The crew work together well. All workmen were very polite and cleaned the site all throughout the day. I watched all of the prep work and more than pleased to see the three layers of protection around my skylights, roof jacks, valleys and flashings. We allowed Perdomo Roofing to negotiate with our insurance company. By doing this we were able to secure proper amount of dollars to get the Elite package of installation and manufacturers warranty. Neither of the other two roofing companies offered this and their quotes were within $300 of Perdomo’s quote. We haven’t had one leak since the install so I feel very confident to refer Perdomo Roofing. Everything estimated was fulfilled plus more. A +++ contractor.

Perdomo was recommended for me after Ida roof damage. They did an excellent job with a pretty great turnaround on a full roof replacement. However, it was a recent structural leak (not related) call that really impressed me. The representative came to my home, found the source, grabbed some pictures, and took the time to explain everything he saw in detail right down to the smallest issue he saw as a threat. He didn't pressure me on a fix or tell me what I need to do just offered advice on how it can be resolved. I took their advice on the spot. Great work, I would highly recommend them.

Perdomo had a tarp on my roof 2 days after it sustained moderate damage during Hurricane Ida, thus preventing any additional damage to my home from roof leakage. They kept us informed on the status of our repair job, gave us a variety in-stock shingle colors to choose from, and did a great job getting the damaged roof removed and replaced with the new one. The finished product looks GREAT, and we are enjoying the look of our home with the beautiful new roof already!

Workers were out two days after Ida and tarped my roof. Two weeks after meeting with
my adjuster, my roof has been replaced. I have a large roof and work was completed with in two days. I could not be more pleased.

Perdomo replaced our entire roof after Hurricane Zeta. They worked with our insurance company to ensure that all necessary work was included in our claim. The fact that not one shingle was displaced by Hurricane Ida is proof of the quality of the work.

Started a contract back on July, they advised that they would work with the insurance that the process took about 60 to 90 days. When I would call to get updates they would say "We are working on it", and that is when they would answer the phone.

The owner very un professional when my wife called and spoke to get an update she was not finished with the conversation when he hung up the phone on her, in a middle of a conversation I was having with him he just walked away. That is the way he runs his business

I scheduled a survey with this company for some minor roof repair. The gentleman came out with a ladder that was too short. He told me he would be back the next day with a taller ladder. I was stood up numerous times throughout a 2 month period without a phone call to even let me know they weren’t coming. After 3 months and calling this morning I received a text message stating that they were too busy for my repair and couldn’t handle any additional business.
