Wow! Can’t say enough about View Top Construction. Jose is kind, knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. His crew is great as well. They showed up on time, worked so hard and left the house better than when they arrived.
Their quote beat everyone else. I felt cared for and all of my questions were answered and addressed.

Extremely happy with this company and crew! They are just finishing up at our place today. The crew is super fast and efficient. The roof looks beautiful and as I type, they are meticulously cleaning up around the house, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived! We are very happy!

We live in a repurposed church that was built in 1893 and is over 4,000 square feet in size with a steep pitched roof.
Our structure is deemed historic so there were limitations on what we could and could not do. We were allowed to cover most of our roof with composition roofing material but were required, by the city, to shingle the most visible portion of the structure with cedar shingles.
The employees from View Top Construction did a great job with the composition and cedar roof.
The crew was very conscious about our plants and preventing shingles from going into our neighbor's yards. The crew came early and worked late to accomplish the work in a respectable amount of time. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day.
Our house looks so much nicer now that it has been reroofed. Facia boards were replaced before the new gutters were installed and flashing was installed in all appropriate places--nice work.

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job! Our roof looks amazing. View Top was the first to get a bid to me, took time to explain it and encouraged me to get multiple bids. I did, and their's was the best by far. I was given timelines that they adhered to and communicated with during the entire process. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.

So glad we found View Top Construction to replace our roof. Jose was quick to come out and gave us a quote within two days. It was the least expensive quote ($10,000 cheaper then the highest bid!) and included replacement of some plywood. And the quote matched the finale price. The crew worked twelve hours days and busted it out in two days. Made me tired just watching them. The roof and gutters look great. Don't replace your roof without getting a quote from these guys.

We couldn't have been more pleased with their quality of work. They followed up with everything they promised, and were on time and completed the job when they said they would. We went with the Antique Black Presidential shingles. It made our house look brand new. So far (5) neighbors on our street have used View Top Construction, and (3) more have just scheduled their roofs to be done by them. And several more this fall. When contractors do what they say they're going to do, and for a competitive price with super high quality, it's greatly appreciated! Great company!

View Top Const. came to our Beaverton home and from start to finish was totally professional in every way. Started when they said they would with a top flight crew and equipment for the jobs. Crew worked safely and was very careful not to destroy any of our property around the house. Clean up was a spotless. Both roof, 35 squares, and full gutter replacement was top quality. I have never left a review in my life, but View Top did such a great job, I felt I owed them that! I'm one of those people that does a ton of research and gets tons of estimates for jobs like this- after all a roof is a big deal. Jose and his crew were phenomenal. Jose researched materials for me to ensure our tricky low-pitch roof had the best product, that not only functioned the best, but looked the nicest too. Not only was his bid LESS THAN HALF of others, the crew worked hard, efficient, were very kind and left our yard cleaner then when they got there. The roof looks incredible and the quality of work is obvious. I can't recommend them enough. Don't waste your time researching tons of roofers, just hire View Top- you'll be so glad you did!!

Sub contractor for our roofing and guttering. Entire job was completed in one and a half days, roof looks excellent, gutters are much nicer than the old ones. Staff were friendly, efficient, cleaned up well and knew what they were doing.

While they were a sub contractor I will contact them directly if I need similar work done.

Roofing might be good.. but he drives his company truck like he's the only one on the road.
Two right turn lanes he uses both and cuts me off..
Then exits left from the right lane in front of another car 1 mile up the road. Causing them to brake hard and almost hit him, all the time oblivious.
I would suggest having your kids/dog inside if you have him over for an estimate.

Highly recommended. Jose and his team were professional, easy to work with, upfront on the costs and timing. They did an excellent job and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. I've asked them to come back and replace the gutters now. I received 4 bids, and they were the least expensive and by far the least "slimy". I'm very pleased.

Jose and his team were very flexible with dates and worked around my framing schedule. They showed up on time and did a very nice job. They were quick and efficient. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.
