Victory Restoration

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My husband and I contracted with this company for roofing repair. A representative came to our home & completed an estimate and we signed a contract for services. We set up installments and paid the first installment that date for supplies for work to start the following week. Four weeks passed and no one returned to our home. After finally reaching the rep by phone we were told that our order was canceled & they were going to be unable to complete the job at the quoted price!! While extremely unprofessional to notify of this weeks later, at this point we no longer want to use this company & we just want our money returned. To date, the owner will NOT return our calls. We will be pursuing other legal means at this time to obtain our money back. Do not use this company.
