Called this company after fighting leak after leak. They removed my metal roof, installed decking and a new shingle roof in 2 days (within days of my call). Great communication, fast and friendly service. We went with Atlas Prolam weathered wood color shingles and it looks great! Definitely recommend.

Found Josh via an actual shingle manufacturing company that recommended him. He was at my home for inspection the day I called. Work was started very soon after. He was easy to get in touch with. Kept me updated along the way. Repaired unknown at the time damage found when removing old roof. His crew is very respectful and friendly. I would not hesitate to use him again for future needs.

He was hired for roof installation and inside repair from tornado damage--he ordered thinner metal roofing than we requested (which we caught because we were checking behind him), did not check after his workers who failed to return to finish the jobs (painters and electrician). After he harassed me on several occasions, we hired someone else to do the rest of the work that was substandard. He lacks professionalism and good customer service. Pictures of some of the painting that had to be redone. Electrician never finished wiring for fans and switches which were destroyed.

Joshua was very thorough during the entire process. Always kept me updated on changes, and when to expect the crew. Our roof has been repaired and updated, and we couldn’t be more happy with the work! Thanks for an awesome job JRR!

Service was fantastic! Josh was available every time we reached out with questions about the available services and what would be involved with each step, helped us figure out what we needed. He was able to give estimates and recommendations based on photos we sent which made the process of communicating what we needed and when we could schedule the work incredibly easy. Scheduled time and day to do the job, and his crew actually ended up completing it early. Whole process was smooth as butter; will definitely use JNR again when needed in the future.

We were in URGENT NEED of a roofer to repair the vent and boot for our tankless hot water heater. We have a metal roof and the prior TWO roofing companies were not able to properly install the boot or fix the leak that continued to happen. Josh was able to get his guys out in a timely manner and FIX our problem on the first trip! He was professional and kept us up to date on any information we needed. We HIGHLY recommend and are so thankful we found them!!

If you want a metal roof installed by this company, this is what you will get. Be sure to click on the pictures to see the uneven edges, scratches, bowing, and absence of flashing. After looking at it, Josh asked me what was wrong with it. Then said it was called "canning." He said that sometimes happens and that if he replaced it, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't look just like this. This was the first time I had been informed of that possibility. I had him replace it with shingles and he charged me for a metal roof, not a shingled roof.
