We are incredibly thankful for the fine folks at ARC! Our Spanish tile roof sustained damage during some storms back last year. With the loss of tiles, several leaks, and other issues we knew the time had come to contact Todd & his very capable crew at ARC. Because our roof requires a certain expertise we had already begun researching groups who could work with this particular kind of roof. We were beyond blessed to discover ARC.
Arc came to us all the way from Canton, MS and gave us an estimate to repair our roof. The entire roof had to be replaced. Arc was more than capable of replacing our clay tile roof.
Every single person from Miss Candice in the front office , Todd, Phillip, William , and Max along with the rest of diligent the work crew — every person we have interacted with over the course of this roof replacement has been professional, courteous, helpful, hard working , and honest.
Honesty in the home repair and construction industry is almost unheard of . But, the professionals with ARC work for a Christian business owner who purposefully lives a submitted life to Christ. Mr Bledsoe proclaims his faith quietly and runs his business led by Christian principles. My family and I trust this company implicitly. Their final product is beyond outstanding . Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Our entire family is without reservation in recommending this fine group of professionals for all of your construction needs. You will not be disappointed.
Once our roof replacement project was complete, the crew left our place in pristine condition .
Lastly , on a side note, until our roof was replaced , and our chimney repaired, we had no concept of the true damage to our home. It wasn’t until Todd , Phillip, and others with ARC came to our rescue that we fully recognized the extent of the damage to your roof. It’s a miracle the roof didn’t collapse from the weight of the tile and the moisture under the tiles. For over a year we had been fighting a moisture problem within our home. There are 2 large wooden cabinets on either side of our fireplace. The cabinets on either side of the fireplace seemed only recently to be prone to mildew. (Keep in mind —We never made the connection to issues with the roof.)
We would clean the cabinets out - and within a few days the moisture / mildew would return. Over the course of a year we had cleaned and replaced moisture absorbers inside each cabinet several times —nothing seemed to help .
Once Todd and his crew completed the roof — along with the fireplace— we no longer have any issue with moisture —ZERO!

To say we’re pleased with the end result of this major roof replacement and chimney repair would be an understatement of epic proportions. WE ARE ECSTATIC!!!

He has replaced my roof, painted the outside of my house, installed new wood expansion joints in my driveway, replaced rotten posts on my pergola, and replaced my bedroom carpet with wood flooring! Todd and crew are basically our heroes. We had a leaking roof with several problems along with a partially flooded home all after a torrential rain. Todd came the day we called, examined the problems and opened our eyes to the full extent of the damage. They started pulling and drying carpeting right then and there.
