I was so impressed with Veterans stellar quality service. The level of professionalism and responsiveness by Chris and his staff are commendable. If I could give 10 stars I would. My air conditioner went out with a worsening intermittent problem wherer it stopped putting out cold air during heat of the day. Chris's troubleshooting efforts were exemplar. I appreciated the explainations and reasonable cost options to correct. It great having a working air conditioner fixed going into a weekend where temperatures are projected to be excessive.

Veterans AC has worked on our cabin along with our home in the valley We will use them for all of our heating and AC needs. Thank you for the great service and awesome customer service. Well the heat sucks. Called to schedule an appointment just to prep for the summer, because last year was nothing but issues. The lady on the phones Cynthia, just set the tone. They dispatched canyon out to service my a/c. “I know interesting name. Parents must have gotten frisky up north at the Grand Canyon”. But he let me know the unit was pulling a lot of amps. Guess that explains the electric bill in the past. But let me know the unit has limited life. About 2 months later, Over the holiday weekend, well ice melting heat. A/C just quits. I’m dying the dog is panting, beer is getting warm. Called Veterans A/C again they confirm the a/c is shot. Their manager Vinny shows up with a portable a/c! And something about the condenser motor and run capacitor. I don’t know but I just know they showed up and provided relief when other companies were busy. Got the unit replaced. And as I sit here and enjoy my cold beer and cold air, I just can’t help but be thankful for your help. You three are just a blessing. Won’t ever call another company for my hvac needs. All of my questions were answered with great customer service. Berto and Eddie were on time, professional, respectful and did a great job with the install of our new Bosch A/C unit and Thermostat. I was very happy with the follow up call from Cynthia to check that everything went well and with their tech Canyon coming out a few days later to check pressures and make sure everything is working properly. I’d like to share a remarkable experience I had with a new service provider. My air conditioning system stopped in the master bedroom. We have a dual zone HVAC system. My current service provider came out twice two different reps, advising they could not fix without tearing out an exterior wall. I accepted that and as my system is older, I asked to get a quote for a new HVAC system. Also thought time to shop so I talked with Chris Adams from VETERANS AC Phoenix. He took all my details and sent out his rep Canyon for measurements today. During the process Canyon asked why no air in master bedroom. Within 20 minutes he pulled the necessary wires to reconnect those eaten by field rats and I now have cold air again in my master bedroom. Very professional, knowledgeable, family run business. I’m looking forward to getting my quote from Chris on my new system looking to possibly change to VETERANS AC Phoenix. I would just say give them a shot. They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend Veterans AC PHX! They were able to come out and fix my ac unit the same day it broke down. Veterans Heating & A/C are a bunch of good people. I have met some of their guys on job sites and met Canyon who was able to come out the next day and see what was wrong with my roof top unit and gave me 3 options to fixing or replacing my unit.
Definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night. Called Veterans AC at 1:30am and by 8am my unit was evaluated and repaired. Cannot speak highly enough about the team that takes care of us! Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Veterans!

Smoothest service call I've had in a while. Tech arrived within window and and updated text was sent to set expectation, which helps so much. Air blowing nice and cool!

My daughters AC went out on the weekend, (almost the hottest day of the year). I Called Veterans AC first thing that Monday morning to schedule a service call. They told me they could have someone out that afternoon. They sent my daughter a text message when they were heading her way. The technician showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired her A/C that very afternoon. My daughter said the tech explained the problem to her and was very professional. Tyler and Chris came out in my time of need (same day) and quickly diagnosed my issue. They even let me borrow a new thermostat while I ordered a new smart thermostat which was part of the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I feel very blessed to finally have found such an honest and competent company! The tech, Canyon came out to check our casita unit after two other very well known companies were here without resolution, but only weeks of stressful interactions and back and forth.
My elderly mother was treated with respect and concern, and an urgency to get her comfortable that we did not get with the other companies. We were well taken care of, had the entire process and information explained in detail. We didn't need any work done, but were reassured that pressures and temps, etc were all normal. The other companies refused to come back out, leaving us worried! An example of the price difference between what the other company charged me and what VETERANS AC price would have been was more than double!

Since this original post, I have had VETERANS AC out for another (separate) issue and again had excellent service. The problem was diagnosed and service/repair options given, with my finances respectfully kept in mind.
The work done quickly and again I am 100% satisfied. Side note that the tech again was so personable and friendly and took extra time to answer questions and explain everything going on.

Had Veterans AC install a mini split in my garage. From contacting them to install was less than a week. They did a great job and very hassle free. Vinnie was straight forward and honest with the sale. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks.

The best find ever. It started with a simple Maintenance just to make sure everything was good, they didn't make me wait weeks because I wasn't an emergency like others did. I had an emergency sat after normal hrs with my ac blowing warm, me scrambling because I have alot of animals involved. Within a very timely matter they were out and it was fixed. This company went above and beyond to try to diagnose our AC unit before determining we needed a new one. The customer service from the office staff to their field guys and even the owner when I inquired about a quote for a new system, is customer service that you rarely come across anymore. Out of a handful of quotes we got, we found Veterans Heating & AC Repair to be the most comepetetive overall when it came to price of unit and install and customer service.

Great company! We had an emergency heat situation over the winter (no heat!) and Veteran's AC was here immediately and able to remove the 17 year old existing unit and put in a brand new system the next day. They also had the best price, answered all of my questions and were not high pressure. We even discussed ways to save me money. High quality installation, great customer service and great pricing, can't beat that!

This was my first experience with VETERANS AC PHX. It won’t be my last. Canyon and Colton came out and looked at my AC system the same day I called. They identified what the problem was. Given the age of the system I asked them to give me an estimate to replace it. That evening I received two estimates from Chris the owner. Both estimates highlighted the warranties and features of two different air conditioning units. Based on the estimates, I made a decision and scheduled a day for them to come out to install the new unit. Canyon and Justin arrived at 6 AM on the scheduled day. 12 1/2 hours later they finished. Chris, the owner stopped by twice to check on their progress and make sure the new unit was working properly. I was impressed with this. Canyon stopped by the next day to make one final adjustment. Canyon is a bright young guy with a great work ethic. In fact, I was impressed with all three technicians. Chris, the owner in his final inspection made sure everything was cleaned up after they finished the job. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

I had multiple AC companies come out and look at what was going on with my unit all I was told from them was its old refrigerant r22 and I need a new system I kept doing my research and found veterans a/c phx! So glad I found them they came out in a 2-3 hour period just like they said and took the time to explain the options I have along with the prices! They explained to me the cost to repair my unit and the benefits of having a new unit! I couldnt afford to get a new unit at this time so they got it fixed and working great again! The patiance they have to talk to customers and explain what's going on and give you options is what sealed the deal for me! A great group of guys very honest and very very very helpful!

My AC went out on a Friday night in the middle of summer and I have a household of reptiles and pets (I’m talking like 100 geckos as I’m a hobby breeder). Chris was able to get out first thing Saturday morning. He identified that the fan needed replaced and then proceeded to drive around town to find that specific part so he could fix it that day.
