They were going door to door and seemed legit. However, after my agent informed me their license has been cancelled, I decided to cancel with them. I emailed them after trying to reach them by phone and their emails were kicked back to me notifying me they no longer exist.

I also have researched their jobs. And one job they were paid for but never even started on. And another one is for mold which was caused by their negligence. So they are probably getting sued right now. I would definitely steer clear.

Vesta did a wonderful job with my roof and siding. Their staff is extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely choose to work with this company again! Great experience!

We just used Vesta for our new roof. We had hail damage and were referred to them as we were cautious about roofing companies. So glad we chose Vesta! They guided us through the process, answering all our questions/concerns quickly (Ronnie even answered our call on a Sunday!). We were very impressed with their integrity and professionalism. Was a referral from my sister in law. I was looking to just make a roof repair for a couple of shingles that had blown off. One company, I kinda got the feeling I was not enough work for them, even for a $600 service call which I wouldn’t have minded paying. In comes Vesta and Frank the adjuster saw more areas that needed work not just on the house and garage roof but siding and gutters that had what was determined to be hail damage. Began the process with insurance with Anthony partnering up with Frank to move things through. Then the project managers Ronnie and Daniel were very responsive and helpful with the process to replace the roofing, the siding on the garage and the gutters. The work crews took pride in their work with cleaning up around after the work was done.

Great team to work with! We had a lot of work done. New roof, which required the removal and installation of solar panels, new gutters, new fascia and new soffits.

Everything exceeded my expectations!

Ronnie and his team were very easy to work with from the beginning. They came to our house to go over the process and followed up every step of the way. They worked directly with our insurance company and were extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and they cleaned up very well after. The only issue we had was with the color of the shingles, as we wanted to match the new shingles of our house to the existing shingles of our garage, which we were not replacing. We should have looked at the samples more closely as they really do not match, so I would recommend checking very carefully with your own eyes first. Aside from that they were a great company to work with and would recommend their services...which I already did to others that need work done.

Roof and gutters were done. They stayed on top of things and fought every roadblock the insurance company tried to put up. Just had to wait and let the cards fall into place. No complaints on my end. Would recommend for sure

From start to finish, i was so impressed with the professionalism of this company. The crew did a fantastic job. I appreciate the attention to detail, making sure roof shingles had the proper base, replacing plywood where needed. It was a pleasure meeting with Taylor, Simone and Jeremy. Had a very good expierence with the company. The installation and end result are 5* work for me. The reason why I gave them 4* is because I had to go back and forth to the bank when it couldve been done once and also because they had to reschedule my installation appointment on the very last second.

Id definitely would use Vesta again! Office is very transparent always let's me know what's happening and what to expect. Installers created Great looking work, that was fast and made it easy for me to deal with my insurance claim. Great company couldn't be happier!

My 60 year old home and garage now have a beautiful new roof, siding and gutters. Each work crew that came to do the work were very hard working and left my home spotless when the job was completed . Daniel oversaw most of the projects. He was excellent . Frank Volpi , Simone, Jeremy were all very helpful in making sure I was satisfied completely , and I am very satisfied . My home looks new. We loved doing business with Vesta the guys were so friendly and the roof looks awesome! The left no mess behind. Everything they said they would do they did! All of the employees went out of their way to make us happy! The whole job was done in one day and dumpster gone also. They are the best so look no further you found the right company!

A great experience overall with every Vesta team member I met. The whole process was very streamlined and easy to understand and the work itself was done all in one day! I wish I would post some photos but the state of my yard would take away from how nice the roof looks . If I remember I’ll add some in the future. Vesta Home Services is a great company to work with. Anthony, Ronnie, Daniel and workers were wonderful from start to finish of my roofing project. They handled the inspection and insurance company and did an awesome job bringing a damaged roof back to new! Clean up was perfect too. I would definitely recommend them!

The entire process was basically seamless from start to finish. I thought this was gonna be a headache but Vesta took care of 95% of the paperwork and filing for the claim etc.

Vesta Home Services did an amazing job on the roof repair of my home. They did almost all of the work with the insurance company.
Ronnie and his crew were great. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. They ran into a little bit of rain and had to pause, but still completed the job in one day as promised.
When they left the area was in better shape than before. Their clean up left no trace of all the work they had just done.

From start to finish everyone was super friendly and professional.

They helped with getting the insurance claim for my roof done, then kept in great contact about when things would be scheduled, then the day of the install, they moved quick and finished up by the middle of the day.

There was a bit of a hiccup with the dumpster company they worked with, but it was quickly resolved and everything else went smoothly.

I just had my roof replaced by Vesta Home Services. A wonderful young man, Taylor, asked me if he could assess possible hail damage to my roof. There was damage. He recommended I ask my insurance to replace it. Although skeptical I agreed to do this. Another wonderful young man, Anthony, came from Vesta to discuss the authorization to work with my insurance company. Vesta turned out to be a remarkable surprise. Anthony met my ins. agent at my house to assess the damage and discuss payment for the replacement. Communication with Vesta reps was fluid and efficient. Vesta’s workers arrived on time, worked hard for about 10 hours and completed my house and garage in one day. I was very impressed with the care they took to protect my landscaping and the thorough clean up when the job was finished. Another wonderful young man, Ron, supervised everything and was very helpful whenever I had questions. It’s been a long time since I felt so pleased with such a professional service organization. Vesta’s greatest asset is the personnel they have hired. Taylor, Anthony and Ron were outstanding.

These guys showed up and walked me through the step by step process. Everything they said would happen did. They are so perfessional and returned every email and phone call where it felt like I was the only customer they had! When it was time for the installation of the new roof these guys knocked it out in a day and cleaned up everything I mean everything. Nails, tar paper, shingles everything etc.... 150% satisfied

I have only had positive experiences with Vesta Home Services. Every person I have worked with has been helpful and considerate. I originally contacted them based on a referral and they have been great every step of the way. From the first meeting to the installation of my roof and the final insurance paperwork they were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to texts, phone calls, and emails. They did everything for me, including filing my insurance claim and even meeting the insurance adjuster with me. They made a big project completely stress free and easy. They provided specific details about my project throughout each step and the final installation was completed exactly as they said it would be. The crew completed the job in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. The project manager communicated with me throughout the day of the installation and took time to walk around the house with me to answer my questions and complete an inspection when it was finished. The new roof looks great. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Vesta did a great job replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage from a large storm last spring. Anthony came and performed an initial inspection and showed me the extent of damage. He was very pleasant to deal with and he and his team handled everything with my insurance company-Allstate He handed off to Jeremy who went over the project financials. They secured approval and obtained the roofing materials in a very timely fashion. There was some questions from the insurance company about the gutter replacement, but Anthony came back and reinspected and insured that the claim was amended and my gutters were fully covered. Project Managers Ronnie and Danny remained in contact throughout the entire project. They kept me informed and saw that everything was completed satisfactorily.

First of all we were contemplating how we would afford a new roof that was needed. Vesta came out of nowhere and offered to inspect our roof and if there was damage they would handle the claim. They were definitely a God send. All was approved with the insurance company we had in the beginning of the year when the hail damage happened. Vesta went beyond expectations. They were held up for months because of Sunrun solar. Vesta was in and out in one day. Now with Sunrun I must wait until February to have panel re installed. Vestas material made the house stand out in the crowd. Thank you Vesta.

Communicated very well. Got my roof done in a day and the gutters were done in about a few hours. I didnt have to handle anything, which was great..especially after having a baby!

A friend down the street used Vesta for a post-hailstorm roof replacement, and recommended them. They inspected my roof and then referred me to my insurance company who did their own inspection and approved the work. I appreciated that Vesta was on time, talked me through the process, and wasn't pushy - it wasn't a "hard sales" job.

Once insurance approved they came back again for us to pick the shingles and schedule the work. Roofing team arrived early on Monday and worked past sunset to finish the big job by the end of a long day on Tuesday. Communication before, during, and after was great - clear expectations and very responsive. Ronnie mentioned that since the crew finished up after dark they may not have fully swept for nails and that I should let him know if I found any.

Wednesday evening I called about some nails and Ronnie was at my house first thing on Thursday morning. He spent an hour of his time going back and forth with the magnet all over my yard and both neighbors, and then apologized to us and to the neighbors for any issues (even though there weren't any).

I was really impressed by their approach, communication, and commitment to do the job right even after the job was done and they had their check. I'd happily recommend them and would use them again!

This company has been wonderful. We were one of those homes where our insurance company was giving us a runaround. Vesta spent several months, countless emails and phone interactions, and 2 or 3 inspections before our roof was approved. With all the storm damage in the area they could have easily just moved on to an easier case but they didn't. They treated us like family and they did everything they could to finally get us the roof we deserved! From the initial conversation, to the final step of the process, their communication was great and they worked hard every step of the way. Our roof looks fantastic!! We highly recommend them!

The team from Vesta handled everything for me when I needed a new roof due to hail damage. It was great not to have to deal with the insurance company at all. The team that performed the work was excellent, even though they had to contend with rain. They needed to start and stop because of that, but they still got it done. Anthony, Jeremy and Ronnie were honest and great to work with. I am glad I chose Vesta to handle this project!

Vesta Home Services in River Grove IL, installed a new roof on my home, 5 months called them to investigate a potential leak, they did not check the roof, they checked the attic and said the leak was from a duct/vent in the attic unrelated to their work. A year from the initial install, discovered the real source of the leak caused by a hole near the newly installed roof vent. The leak existed for over a year, resulting in mold developing in the attic. Vesta sent someone to seal the hole but refuse to compensate me for the poor workmanship that lead to the need to have mold remediation. Because this issue is unresolved I would not recommend Vesta Homes to anyone going forward until they address the mold issues and subsequent health issues resulting from their negligence.

The Company is very knowledgeable about helping the customer make sound decisions on what looks marketable and gives curbside appeal I worked with several member and the quality of customer service was superb from each person. just want to thank Daniel for helping with the color selection
