Reliable Roofing & Remodeling

I was in need of a new roof and started calling around for estimates. Had 5 estimates before Reliable came out . Casey from Reliable gave me an estimate and we choose them to do our roof. What a good decision to use them. They were here at 8:00 for 4 days and stayed till 4:30 5:00 every day. Very very professional crew who did the work. My wife and I were delighted at the quality work they do. I would refer this company to anyone looking for a Great priced and Great workmanship roofing company. If I could give more than 5 stars to Reliable roofing I would. They are that good

This is hands down the BEST roofing company around! Incredibly clean, respectful, on time, great work and just genuinely nice people. I had a tornado come thru my neighborhood a year ago and damaged a lot of roofs. I went outside my insurance company and used Reliable Roofing to replace mine, because I had seen their work and was very impressed. After they installed our roof, I have had multiple neighbors (who had there roofs repaired or replaced) ask me who did mine and they all said they wish they would have used Reliable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We’ve recommended this business to our friends and family for years. They’ve done my roof and my in-law’s, repairs, estimates ... we’ve always been happy to use them because they do great work for a reasonable price. What changes my opinion about them is our recent business dealings, which has a very strange and somewhat unexpected outcome.

Recently we bought a new house and wanted our trusted roofers to give us an estimate on a potential attic venting repair. When time was of the essence, getting ahold of the company was very difficult in a pinch. Suddenly they were very noncommittal and UNreliable. We paid for the inspection of a potential issue with our new roof. It wasn’t our property yet, so we gladly paid for what would have been an otherwise free estimate and were told by the contractor Casey that the money from the inspection would come off the repair, which made sense. When we successfully purchased the house and called to schedule the repair and additional repairs, they changed their story. If I would have known the story would change later, I would have used another company that we didn’t know, for the sake of starting a business relationship with someone new. Now, to be honest, I am not sure I should have trusted the guy with his opinion and quote on the attic venting issue since he was so quick to bail after saying he would do that work.

This is a disappointing ending to what had been our most trusted roof repair relationship. When we called them for our recent job, nobody outright said they wouldn’t come to northwest Indiana, or they didn’t want to, maybe they didn’t usually work so far ... nothing. Just suddenly poor business relations, and then going back on what they said would happen. I’ll never recommend them again.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for roofing/ gutters. Once I received their quote and agreed to the replacement. They were on site replacing the house and garage roof / gutters within a week. Left my place cleaner than it was when they arrived and am happy with the work. They even covered my neighbors windows to prevent any damage. Very responsive and professional

Super clean and professional work at a competitive price. Installation of my new roof with a tear off of 2 layers took 5-6 hours and yes, they left the place super clean- the way it was before. Strongly recommend them.Do not hesitate to give them a call!

Cant say enuff good things about these people . I had house & garage roofs, gutters, with gutter guards . the cost was very reasonable .The company that does windows & advertises big time on t. v. wanted twice as much! Reliable did the job in one day & left the place cleaner than when they came .

They redid our roof a few years - we had a leak so called them - they immediately came out to troubleshoot. Turns out roof is ok but the gutters are clogged causing ice to build up. Would definitely recommend this company as they stand by their work

Reliable Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and also replacing some bad plywood. A very professional company. They have now done three houses in my neighborhood. They can work for me anytime.

I was impressed by the superb service that I received from everyone at Reliable Roofing & Remodeling, beginning with scheduling an appointment, getting an estimate, executing the contract and then having the work done. For example the owner, Casey, had come out shortly after I had learned that I had a leak in my roof so that he was able to diagnose where the leak was and the extent of work that had to be done.

Casey and his team were meticulous and efficient and did a great job.
They put a new roof on my garage and helped repair a leak in my house roof at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with their work!

Do not waste your time with on-line sites to find someone to do your roof...these guys are the best!

I have had Reliable Roofing do at least 15 roofs, 3 houses sided as well as gutters for me. Won't find a better price or better workmanship. Also recommended them to at least 25 friends and family and everyone had the same experience!
