Magdan Construction installed R15 insulation in my home's exterior walls and sided my house with Hardie board and it looks amazing! It all started with Adrian coming to my house the day after I spoke with him and he spent three hours measuring the outside of the house. He brought plenty of samples of siding colors and made us feel unrushed, as he patiently listened to us and gave us input on the products available. He provided us with a timely and detailed proposal to do the complete job, which included a detailed listing of all costs of materials and labor. Once we accepted the proposal, the Magdan construction crew arrived a few weeks later and went to work. Adrian introduced me to the foreman, Jose, who kept me informed of the crews progress and was available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. The crew did quality work and kept a clean and organized work site at my home. The work was complete in a little over a week and the results were outstanding! My home exterior looks great! Fixed our roof and saved us money: Failed attic fan caused moisture and plywood rotting in a small section of roof. I was afraid that we need to replace entire roof for lots of $$$, but they inspected damage, replaced couple of plywood sheets, installed new fan and matching shingles. Saved us a lot of money. Quick and professional. Highly recommended.

After having Magdan fix our basement interior wall due to water damage, we discovered that the issue was not actually addressed as we had water damage again just a few months later. While Magdan inspected our basement, they assumed that the sump pump didn’t clear water fast enough and overflowed, but in fact it was a crack in the foundation near the sewage line that they didn’t see and never fixed. Getting somebody over here to look at this issue, as well as other projects we wanted to work on was near impossible. Multiple cancelled appointments over the course of months and after a while we just gave up trying to work with them. We found another contractor that addressed the foundation issue but would’ve saved a lot of money and time if this was addressed the first time.

Used Magdan Construction for complete new gutters, fascia, and soffits all around my house and it came out perfect better than i ever expected. Really transformed my house by going from white to brown. Completely satisfied with their work and speed. They are willing to work with you unlike some company’s. Highly recommend their work and looking forward to using them in the future. Thank you guys for all the hard fast work.
