Vesel Roofing Repair & Replacement

Exceptional service and customer care. Came out the day I called for a quote, and came the very next day for repairs!

We had a metal roof and gutters installed 8 years ago by Vesel and have been extremely pleased with the product and work performed. This year, our gutters clogged from an over-abundance of seeds from nearby trees. I called Vesel and they promptly came out to clear the gutters at no charge! We could not be happier with their quality, warranty and service!

I had my house re-roofed last month. I used a local company (Caledonia) called Vesel Services. I can't say enough good things about this company. The company rep I dealt with is Cody Sanfelippo, who did an extraordinary job. He kept me up-to-date on a regular basis. The day of the work, a group of about 10 workers arrived. When the started, they did a complete tear-off, and installed all the new shingles. The level of profiency and team work they showed was impressive. The got the entire job ( tear-off, install the new shingles, and clean-up) done in about 5 hours. I have seen other roofing companies take up to 4-5 days to complete a compatible sized house in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Vesel Services to anybody considering a re-roof job for your house. Try to get Cody Sanfelippo as your company rep. He was great to work with. I give the entire company a 5 Star rating.

So far, they've done a great job of expediting the entire process of roof replacement and getting insurance to pay for it. Ive authorized Brad to also do upgrades on soffit, gutters, and facia and he is taking care of the whole process.

I had roof replaced on the house and crew that does actual work is very fast (hopefully good, time will tell). They started before 7 am and everything was completed, cleaned and packed by 3 pm. The reason for 4 stars maybe it should be 2 is everything else. Sales representative and office people are not the greatest. The company does not stand behind their own employees. I was emailing back and forth with somebody in the office but when sales person came he said that person is no longer with the company and basically everything we talked about no longer applies. I was like OK, weird but OK. That sales person (also no longer with the company as well) was typical used car salesmen. He was saying things that I knew was not true, for example we talked about gutters; he said they will remove them but since they are in great condition they will install the same back. I remember we even talked about 2 bird nests he said will be affected, well they did not remove any gutters and bird nests are still there. The other thing he said multiple times is they include lifetime warranty and if I ever sell a house it can be transferred to new owner, which is nice. The only problem is after trying to get any kind of written warranty from the office, all I was provided was IKO material warranty but they don’t have anything in writing for this lifetime warranty and I ‘ve being told this warranty stays with original owner and it is not transferable, again nothing in writing.
They are pushing very hard these IKO shingles and wanted extra 2K for OC or Gap shingles. The shingles for entire house were less then 4K so this seems excessive to me. Labor is the same regardless of manufacture used.
After signing a contract I was told it will be 2-3 weeks, 5 weeks later I call the office for an update, first 2 times they said need to talk to PM and get back to me and nobody ever did. 3rd time they actually call me back with estimated time (it was a week between every call). All I wanted is estimated time of completion since they wanted entire amount as a “down” payment which I did not do.
And the last thing, contract clearly stated 6’ ice and water shield on 18-24” overhangs. I was home “supervising “which I am glad I did, they put single 3’ and regular underlayment after that. I got in touch with PM and it was not too late to make it 6.
If I have to do it again I would look elsewhere, too many red flags. I feel I was being manipulated. I can’t believe any legit business don’t have warranty in writing, but rest assure their contract include 6 pages, 5 of those are legal stuff in small print.
EDIT: after few rains I notice a lot of particles in gutters and by downspouts. I know some are normal but this is way more than what I had on detached garage with GAF shingles. I would say just stay away from Vesel and IKO singles, they are not as good as anything you can get in big box store. There is a reason why there is only very few contractors is WI that are certified with IKO, they are probably super cheap and not as durable

Vessel sales did a great job with assistance in processing the insurance claim and seems to have the trust of my insurance provider. As what would be expected for a company that does good work, they are busy so ended up with sudden schedule changes, but in the end very high priority to make sure all works out.

Excellent company to have work done on your home. Great group of folks to work with. They are very honest and easy to work with.

This was the third project I have hired Vesel for. This project was to apply metal siding and roofing to my barn and a two story out building. The weather offered some challenges but their team got it done. The barn went from an eyesore to "wow". Vesel does excellent work at a fair price. They use quality materials and are skilled at their trade. I would highly recommend them for their construction and renovation services.

They did a great job replacing our nasty glass block windows with fully functional custom windows. I would use them again. The window replacement transformed our space!

I had a leaking window that was causing water in the basement, I called and they had someone there that day, gave me an estimate and fixed it that day, great reliable and fast company to deal with.

We were very happy with the work done by Vessel. The employees were super knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased with the job they did but thought one spot needed touching up and they did not hesitate to com back out to do the touch up and perfect their work.

We have used Vessel Services for 2 jobs now. Replacing our roof and replacing all of our windows and patio door. For both jobs we have been very happy with price and quality of service provided. Workers were on time , cleaned up after themselves, and were polite and respectful of our property and privacy. For our window job there was a mistake on the patio door that was ordered but Vessel has ordered a replacement and has removed the wrong door from our property as to not take up space. They have been in contact with us keeping us informed about the process. Our roof still looks great after about 8 years. We love our new windows. We will definitely call on Vessel Services for any upcoming home remodeling jobs or upgrades.

Forgot the name of the plumber but he was early from the scheduled appointment and got the job done very quickly. Will use them again

A piece of aluminum fascia at the highest peak of our roof came off partially today in the gale winds and was banging against the house. Vessel sent Troy over to estimate the repair. He arrived in about an hour, and a roofing professional was here later in the day to remove the damaged piece. They are returning tomorrow to install a replacement piece and secure a few loose pieces. When you look up the word “service “ in the dictionary, the meaning should be “Vesel”. They get an A+ from me!!

We signed a contract 8/10/23 and have not received information as of 10/6/23 concerning instalation of the window that was ordered. Although it was a custom window that was ordered and we paid the required 50% down on 8/10, we expected some call/followup on the time-frame for the work to be completed. It was made clear that this window needed to be installed before the cold weather set in. Still waiting...

Vesel Services did an amazing job. I called during late business hours on a Thursday and I left a voicemail and received a call back pretty quickly. I spoke to a rep who was able to schedule an appointment the very next day and was able to schedule an early appointment as this was an emergency situation. The HVAC service manager Mark called to inform me that he was on his way and he showed up right on time. Mark was very honest and reasonable. He was very professional, knowledgeable, & personable. Vessel is great! I purchased a new AC unit and they were professional and very helpful. The went above and beyond with their service.

i am a senior citizen and woke up at 5am one morning freezing!! i waited until 8am and called comfort systems only t find out that they are a new company called vessel services. i explained my situation and they sent someone immediately. i was met by a man named Tom. Tom listened to my situation and was very respectful and understanding. He is a young man and was very personable. He checked my furnace and determined this was a result of other work i had gotten done in my basement. Tom was able to fix my problem right away and direct me to a restoration company. Together we called them and they also sent someone right away. by about 1pm my heat was back running and my basement floor was spotless! My entire interaction with Tom was very respectful and pleasant, i even asked for multiple business cards to hand out to my friends and to recommend them to everyone.

I called on 3/6/23 after my basement floor drain backed up. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, and were at my house within an hour. Jon was very professional, and informative. He cleared the line from my house to the street in an hour, plus recommended a treatment for maintaining a root free line. He cleaned up after the job and was a pleasure to work with. All of this for a reasonable price!! I highly recommend Vesel after this experience and have added them to our neighborhood FB feed.

Tom and Josh were both very pleasant professional and punctual. Tom was able to figure out the problem with my hot water and radiant heat. He quickly acquired a new boiler and they replaced it the next day. They also graciously put up with the supervising canines Winnie and pugsley!! I am very pleased with their work and the company .

I have used Vesel services on multiple occasions. a couple years ago for a new roof and most recently new siding and a new AC. Vesel has always done great work and this is the most important part to me they have always been incredibly respectful, honest, and ethical. My wife and I hired Vesel to remediate work from a house flipped on a recent home purchase. The Vesel team did an amazing job. They were available, and were able to get on the job within days! Maureen managed the project which required work on roof, siding, windows, interior remodel, removing walls, you name it, we needed it done to this house.
Nick and Sam did most of the work at our house and got it down in a timely matter. (Not to mention my wife and I were on our honeymoon in Alaska for the 2 weeks they worked on the house, and Vesel sent pictures and consulted us with decisions that needed to be made.) Nick and Sam made a good looking house look even better! Kevin and Jason performed exterior work on the house, and help make the entire house water tight. My wife was by her self working at the house and called me just to let me know how nice and professional Kevin was when he was finishing up a job he got rained out on! Needless to say, I'd highly recommend Vesel Services for your home remodeling work! They left the house spotless once they finished their work.

First, I put in a request for a quote and they were one of the very first to return my call. Then they were able to schedule someone out to my home in a very short period of time. They arrived early (but not too early).

The two service professionals (Eric and Aiden) introduced themselves, they were wearing branded gear, and they handed me their business card.

The service call itself was quick and painless. They resolved our issue, let us know what was going on, and cleaned up when done. Lastly, the payment and paperwork were all automated and very fast. I felt that my financial information was safe as everything was done via secure services.

My first experience with Vesel Contractors was to renovate my grandparents’ 1938 home. In addition to updating plumbing and electric, floor plans were modified. Additions to the original home were also included in this work.

I was extremely pleased with the final results of this immense project. Eric Vesel and the persons he employed on this construction task were quality workers, talented in each of their specialties. Eric himself offered helpful and creative suggestions along the way to make this a home I love.

I recently employed Vesel Contractors to reroof some outbuildings and again was pleased with the quality of work done.
