Vertex Roofing came out and did a wonderful job repairing our 3rd story window. All other contractors told us it was too high.
Manuel was prompt, did the repairs and cleaned up.
Yes, we will be using them for other home renovations we need.

Highly recommend! They are consistently professional, responsive, keep their commitments, and do excellent work. The communication with the office (Jamie) is a pleasure. We had several projects done: they repaired our roof and rotted soffit; replaced our garage Hardie plank and trim after collision damage, and repaired wood rot on some porch posts. Note: their pricing reflects their quality, well worth it.

I needed to have some maintenance and repairs done to my roof. The team at Vertex did a great job. The initial walk through with Antonio was professional and informative. He did a thorough inspection of roof. Jamie was great to work with setting up the appointment and talking though questions in the estimate. The crew that did the repairs were detailed and took their time. Overall, Vertex did a wonderful job and I would recommend them.

This review has been a long time coming! I reached out to the team at Vertex Roofing & Home Renovations at a really busy time to help me with a leak in my roof. Jamie reached out promptly and set up a consultation.

On the day, I was told some unpredictable circumstances held up the technician that was supposed to visit my home, so Antonio came out himself to do the consultation in the early evening. Not only did he quote me an excellent and fair price, but had the work done THAT. DAY.

The entire process was explained to me with before/during/after pictures, and the team even offered to fix a few other things they found up there that were not quite right (gutter pitch and sewer vent, if I recall correctly).

I like to find good folks who do good business and stick with them. The team at Vertex definitely fit the bill. Fast, fair, professional, and communicative. Can't ask for more.

Very very pleased with Vertex Roofing. Thoroughly reviewed my concerns, provided a very detailed quote, and a really good crew that accomplished the work.

I had a large 120' oak hit my house, my car, 3 sets of fencing both chain link and wood, my car, the driveway a retaining wall. I have a very full plate being a FT caregiver among other things. Antonio and Jamie made this experience as smooth as possibke. Antonio is thorough in his inspections and saw what others didn't. He handled the conversations with insurance for me. The process happened so quickly, no extraordinary waiting. They handle everything - roof, gutters, fencing, lretaining wall, sprinkler system of it were damaged, tree removal, stump grinding, whatever I needed, they had it covered. And they were the only company that coukd get out and put a new roof on before tornado producing storms rolled through. The others were several weeks out. I can't sing their praises enough!

Guys were great did everything in one day. Even cleaned up after they were finished. A one service would highly recommend them.

Vertex did a great job on our roof at a very good price and fast.

They saved us TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars and possibly LITIGATION by finding a way to procure the same shingles that were out of production, while other companies quoted a full roof replacement that would have also included a neighbors roof as I have a townhome and couldn’t mix shingles, AND the insurance didn’t want to cover all of that - it would have been a big mess!

Antonio was great and super professional. He went over the project plan the day I met him and provided a rough estimate on the spot with tentative schedule and all.

Vertex was able to get the shingles ahead of schedule and came back within a week. This team worked HARD for a full day, cleaned up everything, and did a final walkthrough before leaving.

Vertex provided before and after pictures throughout the day of the project through a convenient portal/link, and followed up with needed documentation for insurance.

I would definitely have roof work done again by them!

Whenever I need help with a problem concerning home maintenance, I am more stressed out with needing to find someone I can trust to treat me fairly. Well, I lucked up again and was referred to Vortex Roofing. Mr. Vincent and his crew were responsive, punctual, professional and affordable. Best of all they did a great job. Excellent job, Antonio Vincent kept everything within budget with no hidden cost. Antonio is true to his word during the entire process of replacing the roof and carport rebuild. His team was very kind and polite during the entire time. There attention to detail was excellent. The storm tore my home to pieces and Antonio with his team put it back together. I am very pleased with my experience with Vertex. Both Antonio and Denise are extremely professional and responsive. I engaged their company for a job that I thought would be “too small” for them, and ended up having two under cabinets (bathroom & kitchen) that needed repairs. They sent out Milton & Carlos who realized that, even though the jobs were small, they were intricate and a little tricky. These guys did a great job and were obviously intent on making sure I was satisfied. This has been an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the time I made the phone call til the job was actually finished, I stood in awe at the quality and integrity that goes into the job....Even the owner takes pride in the job and the overall performance of the work crew by personally getting a birds eye view,I mean going up and assessing the whole process himself which is unique in itself...I myself had to call Vertex Roofing in to go over a recent Roofing job that a reputable Roofing company had started and completed but within time showed the signs and leakage of a botched job,which was quickly diagnosed and by Vertex Roofing...They even go as far as sending you pictures of each step and phase of the project....So if you want the job done right the first time, make no mistake...Make Vertex Roofing your first and only call....The job has been completed and no mess left behind plus I received a FIVE year warranty on top of that,even the original company could not match that assurance...

Called my insurance company for a reference and they referred Vertex. Vertex called me within 24 hrs. I scheduled an appt for them to assess the damage next day and they arrived on time. They conducted an assessment, provide an estimate (which was BERY FAIR) and came out next day as promised and got the job done. They were professional! Prompt! Fair rate! And my hubs and I are happy with the work they provided. I have saved their name/number and will refer them to anyone in need of roof repair.

Oh! I forgot to mention, I needed a vent to be replaced and they replaced at no cost AND they cleaned the gutters! Thank you Vertex, and I approve this message.

I had my downspout was clogged and I asked them to help and amazingly very quickly they helped me out and cleaned for me. You guys are awesome. Love it

I finally got the right company to fix my roof. I’ve had 2 different companies to come out over the past 3 years. Neither Hamby Roofing nor J&B fixed the recurring issue with leakage in my kitchen. The weird thing was the leak didn’t occur every time it rained. It didn’t even occur when rain was pouring down. I noticed the stain resurface again last week. Of courses I said oh my goodness, can I please find somebody to finally find out what the problem is and fix this roof! Well Antonio and his team did not disappoint. No patch job this time! He was absolutely amazing. He assessed the roof issue and explained exactly what was occurring. He replaced the rotted wood , put down the stuff lol over the wood( he would need to tell you what ) but it’s not the cheap stuff. He cleaned all my gutters that I hadn’t cleaned in years. He also repaired soffit and rotted wood around window trim with pretreated wood. He even removed the satellite that had been on the roof for years and replaced the wood and added brand new architect shingles. I am just soo happy! All at a great price! I want my money back from the other companies lol! I am so relieved! I wish I could give 10 stars but since I can’t I will spread the news of this wonderful company. Finally fixed the problem and not patch the problem!!!

I liked the product GAF, the warranty, the workmanship of the crew was great, everything promised was done, the owner was on top of everything. They had the lowest bid by far and I got 4 bids with other companies. With other companies I was paying more for less. Also got new gutters with this company. Very happy with overall project. Hands down the most honest Roofing company I have ever experienced! I had numerous companies tell me I needed a new $40k roof but Vertex Roofing did a full inspection and determined my ridge vent was leaking. They fixed the leakages and repaired all the inside water stains. Call them before wasting your time!
